喷动床反应模型的研究进展

喷动床是一种可实现热量重复循环的高效反应器 .介绍了目前喷动床研究中出现的各种反应模型 ,从等温和非等温两个方面讨论了一维轴向、流管、半分割和流动反应耦合等各类模型的基本思想和理论及各自的特点 ,并提出了进一步发展的方向 .     

Determination and correlation solubility of 4-nitroimidazole in twelve pure solvents from 278.15 K to 323.15 K

In this paper, the solubility of 4-nitroimidazole in twelve pure solvents (toluene, benzene, 1,4-dioxane, acetonitrile, ethyl acetate, acetone, GBL, ethanol, methanol, n-butanol, DMF and NMP) were determined by using the laser monitoring system from 278.15 K to 323.15 K under 101.1 kPa, which are 0.00018-0.00070, 0.00021-0.00073, 0.00034-0.00092, 0.00038-0.00142, 0.00047-0.00120, 0.00126-0.00303, 0.00225-0.00517, 0.00310-0.00724, 0.00467-0.00982, 0.00453-0.01940, 0.01947-0.04652, and 0.04670-0.07452, respectively. At constant temperature, the mole fraction solubility of 4-nitroimidazole were increased as the following order: toluene < benzene < 1,4-dioxane < (ethyl acetate or acetonitrile) < acetone < GBL < ethanol < (methanol or nbutanol) < DMF < NMP, and the solubility of 4-nitroimidazole in (ethyl acetate, acetonitrile) and (methanol, n-butanol) had an intersection point at 297.55 K and 281.85 K, respectively. The solubility of 4-nitroimidazole could be increased with increasing temperature in twelve pure solvents. The ideal model, modified Apelblat equation, polynomial empirical equation, and λh equation were used to correlate the experimental values. The experimental solubility values were employed to calculate the standard dissolution enthalpy, standard dissolution entropy and Gibbs energy. The dissolution of 4-nitroimidazole could be an endothermic process in twelve pure solvents. The determination and fitting solubility of 4-nitroimidazole have important guiding significance for the purification and crystallization of its preparation process.     

黑方台焦家4号黄土滑坡发育特征及滑动机理

20世纪60年代以来,大量的灌溉系统在黄土地区建设运营,解决了农业的干旱问题,但同时灌溉也诱发了大量的滑坡。其中,2015年1月28日20:00,甘肃省永靖县焦家村发生了一起中等规模的黄土滑坡,滑坡严重影响其下方309国道线和六盘峡水库的安全。采用对裂缝分布、水文地质的调查,结合低空摄影测量、精细工程地质测绘、室内三轴试验等研究方法,对焦家4号滑坡的基本特征进行了分析,对形成滑坡的成灾机理有了初步认识。结果表明:(1)滑坡发生前,后缘裂缝有明显的变形情况;(2)滑坡滑动距离为548.3 m,体积为15.35万m~3,面积为6.6万m~2;(3)饱和黄土应力应变模式表现为强烈的应变软化剪缩型,并具有一定的静态液化特性;(4)滑坡是饱和黄土层静态液化引起的。     

黄藏寺水库运行方案多方法综合评价浅议

多方法评价较单一方法更科学、可靠,可以丰富水资源评价的理论,利用熵值法、模糊物元法、非负矩阵对黄藏寺水库运行方案进行综合评价,三种方法结果的一致性为0.57,评价结果基本一致,利用序号总和理论,得到黄藏寺水库运行最优方案是方案12。多方法评价可以克服单一方法的局限性,较单一方法更可靠。     

严寒地区大型倒虹吸工程管道应力及水力安全控制

新疆北疆供水工程跨越吉拉沟大洼槽的三个泉倒虹吸,跨度11 km,内径2.8 m,工作水头160m,是国内外同类工程中综合难度较高的大型倒虹吸工程,在结构强度、材料工艺、安装敷设、工程质量方面都有极高的要求,特别是高水头管道运行、充水、放空、水锤防护等各种工况下的水力安全控制问题,高温差与严寒条件下管道的应力应变问题尤为突出。对该工程设计、科研、施工及运行管理方面的经验进行介绍,对其在新技术、新材料、新工艺等方面取得的理论研究和技术创新成果进行总结,研究认为:工程总体布置合理,工程运行后监测资料及工程安全评价表明各项性状指标良好,通过模型试验研究确定的闸门开度、关闭速率、充水排气、放空排水等水力安全控制关键技术科学合理,为严寒地区大型倒虹吸工程的技术发展提供借鉴。     

Dynamic response of Ti3SiC2 under shock compression up to 112 GPa

Ti₃SiC₂ is of interest due to its unique dual nature reminiscent of both brittle ceramics and ductile metals at ambient conditions. In this work, plate-impact experiments have been performed to study the dynamic behavior of Ti₃SiC₂ under shock compression up to 112 GPa by using laser velocity interferometer and electric pin techniques. Hugoniot elastic limits (HEL), spall strength, and Hugoniot equations of state have been obtained based on measured particle velocity profiles and shock wave velocities. The ratio of spall strength to HEL for Ti₃SiC₂ is larger than brittle ceramics but smaller than metals. This result indicates that the dual nature of Ti₃SiC₂ remains at least up to 10 GPa. On the other hand, the linearity of the Hugoniot equation of state, $D=6.9\text{0}1(22)+1.153(53)u_{\text{p}}$, suggests that the initial structure of Ti₃SiC₂ should be stable up to 112 GPa, in contrast to the result reported by Jordan et al. [J. Appl. Phys., 93 (2003) 9639].     

Effect of morphology on brittle-ductile transition of HPDE/CaCO3 blends

In this paper, the results of a series of investigations of the effect of morphology on the brittle-ductile transition for HDPE/CaCO₃ blends are summarized: (1) It seems the critical ligament thickness increases with increasing matrix toughness; (2) the interphase adhesion is very important for the toughness of HDPE/CaCO₃ blends; (3) small particles are more effective than large ones; (4) CaCO₃ particle aggregation will reduce toughening efficiency; (5) uniform CaCO₃ particle size is more effective than heterogeneous size for the toughening of HDPE. It is expected that a polymer with higher modulus as well as higher toughness will be obtained by appropriately controlling the morphology of HDPE/CaCO₃ blends. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
