本文提出励磁电流可自动控制的他励式双高调速系统设计方案。系统在提升特别是在下放重物时，具有较硬的机械性；在负载１０－１００％的变化范围内，可实现最大偏差Δｎｍａｘ／ｎｍｉｎ１００％≤１０％，调速范围Ｄ≥１０；在满载运行条件下，可节约电能８０％以上。     

Absolute Measurements of the Magnetic Field Generated by Different Coils in the Center of EGYPTOR Tokamak

The present work is devoted to measure the absolute magnetic field produced by different coils in the EGYPTOR tokamak using a calibrated pickup coil. Scaling these measurements in different equations connected with the discharge currents from each supply system are performed. The pickup coil used in the present study is well calibrated with Helmholz coils at the IPP in Prague, Czech Republic. A 0.2% deviation has been found between an evaluation done in the present study and the calibration using Helmholz coils. Experimental measurements of the toroidal magnetic field are in good agreement with calculations to within 2%. Very low values of stray magnetic field components arising from TF and OH coils are recorded which proves that the compensation coils for these components are sufficient.     

Improvement of levitation characteristics in a magnetic bearing system using HTSC‐permanent magnet hybrid structure

Magnetic bearing using pinning force of a permanent magnet and a high‐temperature superconductor has been developed. Additional permanent magnet is introduced to increase the levitation force of the magnetic bearing. In this hybrid magnetic bearing system, levitation force is mainly given by the repulsive force of the permanent magnets, and stability for the lateral direction is given by pinning force of the superconductor. The experimental device is developed. A ring‐type superconductor and a bulk one are examined. Levitation characteristics of the hybrid magnetic bearing are measured. The bulk superconductor shows better characteristics of both levitation and lateral stability than the ring one. Levitation force of the hybrid system becomes about twice as large as that of the nonhybrid one. Although, the repulsive force of the permanent magnet decreases the lateral stability of the system, its influence becomes small by choosing an adequate position of the permanent magnets and the superconductor. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Industrialization of High Performance Sintered NdFeB Magnets

Crystalline Behavior and Magnetic Properties of Nd60Fe30-x Al10Cox（x = 0,5,10） Bulk Amorphous Alloys

Crystalline behavior and magnetic properties of Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox( x = 0, 5, 10) bulk amorphous alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Neither glass transition nor supercooled liquid region before crystallization was observed for the as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox ( x = 0,5,10) bulk amorphous alloys. The glass forming ability can be improved significantly by the addition of Co. The as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox (x = 0,5,10) alloys show hard magnetic behavior. With the addition of Co content, intrinsic coercivity (iHc) increases while the saturation magnetization(σs) and remanence (σr) decrease. The Curie temperature for the as-cast Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox alloys increases from 451 K for x =0 to 468 K for x = 10. Some pre-cipitation of crystalline phases does not affect the hard magnetic properties of Nd60Fe30-xAl10Cox(x = 0,5,10) alloys, while the hard magnetic behavior disappears quickly after the alloys being completely crystallized.

时序电路逻辑初始化问题研究

讨论同步时序电路初始化问题,提出了一种基于电路存储元件逻辑定级和可控性分析的同步时序电路逻辑初始化方法。同时也给出了针对ISCAS89电路的一些实验结果。     

Steady-state torque control system with secondary-current feedback for three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors

This paper presents a highly stable steady-state torque control system with a feedback of a secondary current signal. The torque control system is constructed with a feedback of the secondary current (I₂) signal using a quick response magnetic-field sensor constructed with an amorphous core multivibrator bridge, which can solve the secondary resistance change problem for temperature variation in the IM. Moreover, we added a state feedback to the system to improve the response speed for the unit step function of a torque order. The I₂ sensor method has advantages especially at a low-speed range, in which conventional method using an integrator shows control errors.     

混合集成电路激光功能调值技术

本文提出了激光功能微调技术在高精度混合集成电路上的应用，讨论了关键技术问题，并以实例具体说明。该技术的应用为研制高精度混合集成电路开辟了新途径。
