Strengthening technology and mechanism for semi-solid die casting of aluminum alloy

Combined with theoretical evaluation,an optimized strengthening process for the semi-solid die castings of A356 aluminum alloy was obtained by studying the mechanical properties of castings solution treated and aged under different conditions in detail,then,the semi-solid die castings and liquid die castings were heat treated with the optimized process.The results show that the mechanical properties of semi-solid die castings of aluminum alloy are superior to those of the liquid die castings,especially the strengthening degree of heat treated semi-solid die castingsis much greater than that of liquid die castings with the tensile strength more than 330 MPa and the elongation more than 10％,and this is mainly contributed to the non-dendritic and more compact microstructure of semi-solid die castings.The strengthening mechanism of heat treatment for the semi-solid die castings of A356 aluminum alloy is due to the dispersive precipitation of the second phase(Mg2 Si) and formation of GP Zone.

纺牵—步法中粗旦丙纶长丝沸水收缩率初探

在纺牵联合一步法纺丝机上研究了丙纶切片的熔融指数对纤维沸水收缩率的影响，发现熔融指数高的切片，其纤维的沸水收缩率变化大。沸水收缩率随热定型的温度升高而下降。沸水收缩率可根据用户提供中心值（Ｍ）通过实验确定，一般以Ｍ±１．５为宜。

本文分析了70年代以来国际化工设备朝单系列大型化及高压力的发展趋势,以及高效能、低能耗的要求,在这个基础上介绍当前国内外化工设备新设备研制及旧设备改造的进展情况。最后提出对广州市、广东省在“八·五”期间化工设备技术的展望:乙烯设备国产化与旧设备的更新换代,进行技术改造。     

A 5 GHz LC-VCO frequency synthesizer for unlicensed band of WiMAX

This paper presents a low power and low phase noise CMOS integer-N frequency synthesizer based on the charge-pump Phase Locked Loop (PLL) topology. The frequency synthesizer can be used for IEEE 802.16 unlicensed band of WiMAX (World Interoperability for Microwave Access). The operation frequency of the proposed design is ranged from 5.13 to 5.22 GHz. The proposed Voltage-Controlled Oscillator (VCO) achieves low power consumption and low phase noise. The high speed divider is implemented by an optimal extended true single phase clock (E-TSPC) prescaler. It can achieve higher operating frequency and lower power consumption. A new frequency divider is also proposed to eliminate the hardware overhead of the S counter in the conventional programmable divider. The proposed frequency synthesizer consists of a phase-frequency detector (PFD), a charge pump, a low-pass loop filter, a VCO, and a frequency divider. The simulated phase noise of the proposed VCO is −121.6 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset from the carrier frequency. The proposed frequency synthesizer consumes 13.1 mW. The chip with an area of 1.048 × 1.076 mm² is fabricated in a TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS 1P6M technology process.     

一步法生产涤纶FDY工艺的探讨

利用ＫＶ７３１纺丝设备一步法生产出涤纶ＦＤＹ，探讨了热辊拉伸和熔体温度对纤维质量的影响。采用高特性粘数的聚酯切片，严格控制纺丝工艺，可以在５０００ｍ／ｍｉｎ的纺丝速度下纺制高质量的细旦涤纶ＦＤＹ。     

交流接触器温度场仿真及试验验证

将ANSYS有限元热分析应用到交流接触器热特性分析中,模仿其实际工作环境,构建交流接触器三维稳态热分析模型,确定热源、导热系数和表面散热系数,对接触器的稳态温度场进行分析;进一步改变施加的边界条件,研究不同散热方式下接触器的温度分布。最后对CJX2-0910型交流接触器进行温升试验,将温度场的仿真结果与试验结果比较,误差较小,表明所建立热分析模型的可行性。研究结果对接触器材料的选择、结构的设计及其性能的优化有重要意义。     

电除尘器出口烟气废热的利用

介绍了采用热管锅炉回收硫酸系统电除尘器出口烟气废热情况，可回收废热生产0．8MPa饱和蒸汽1．0t/h。通过严格控制饱和蒸汽压力、炉气的三氧化硫含量及入炉原料的水分含量，热管锅炉连续运行两年未发生泄漏。运行一年即可收回成本，经济效益显著。
