一款紧凑增强型可变阻抗电磁带隙结构

基于传统AI-EBG结构,提出了一种小尺寸的增强型电磁带隙结构,实现了从0.5~9.4 GHz的宽频带-40 dB噪声抑制深度,且下截止频率减少到数百MHz,可有效抑制多层PCB板间地弹噪声。文中同时研究了EBG结构在高速电路应用时的信号完整性问题,使用差分信号方案可改善信号完整性。     

Structural dependence of microwave dielectric properties of spinel structured Mg2(Ti1-xSnx)O4 solid solutions: Crystal structure refinement,Raman spectra study and complex chemical bond theory

Mg₂(Ti_1-xSn_x)O₄ (x?=?0–1) ceramics were prepared through conventional solid-state method. This paper focused on the dependence of microwave dielectric properties on crystal structural characteristics via crystal structure refinement, Raman spectra study and complex chemical bond theory. XRD spectrums delineated the phase information of a spinel structure, and structural characteristic of these compositions were achieved with the help of Rietveld refinements. Raman spectrums were used to depict the correlations between vibrational phonon modes and dielectric properties. The variation of permittivity is ascribed to the Mg₂(Ti_1-xSn_x)O₄ average bond covalency. The relationship among the B-site octahedral bond energy, tetrahedral bond energy and temperature coefficient are discussed by defining on the change rate of bond energy and the contribution rate of octahedral bond energy. The quality factor is affected by systematic total lattice energy, and the research of XPS patterns illustrated that oxygen vacancies can be effectively restrained in rich oxygen sintering process. Obviously, the microwave dielectric properties of Mg₂(Ti_1-xSn_x)O₄ compounds were obtained (${\epsilon }_r$= 12.18, $Q\times f$?=?170,130?GHz, ${\tau }_f$?=??53.1?ppm/°C, x?=?0.2).     

埋地管道泄漏内封堵装置设计与研究

针对流体输送埋地管道泄漏问题,设计了一种利用管道机器人携带封堵气囊进行快速应急封堵修复的埋地管道泄漏内封堵装置。采用矩阵变换方法建立了牵引系统驱动轮过弯方程,利用MATLAB软件对过弯方程进行了验证,同时利用ADAMS软件仿真分析过弯路径与驱动轮转角对牵引系统行走速度的影响。研究结果表明:由两个串联封堵器组成的应急封堵系统可满足复杂工况下的管道泄漏封堵要求;牵引系统驱动轮在弯管内部行走时,单轮速度呈周期性变化,但三个驱动轮整体周期运动特性一致;驱动轮转角在25°~40°时,牵引系统行走速度与驱动轮转角成正比,且转角为30°时驱动效果最好。该内封堵装置的结构设计可为管道泄漏应急封堵领域装备的研发提供重要参考。     

无源光网络标准发展及关键技术研究

无源光网络(Passive Optical Network,PON)作为当今接入网的主要技术解决方案,具有带宽使用效率高、传输距离远、抗干扰能力强等特点.通过研究PON技术的发展动态,本文首先归纳了各种PON技术的产生背景和应用特点,整理出各技术间的连接关系及主要标准;其次介绍了PON技术的帧结构,并对带宽、波长、传输模式等PON技术的主要参数进行了汇总;然后将国内外研究热点进行划分,围绕媒体访问控制协议、帧结构、动态带宽分配算法、节能机制等关键技术,阐述了其研究现状及在PON中的重要作用;最后对PON技术的发展趋势进行了展望.     

Influences of magnetic fields on current–voltage characteristics of gold-DNA-gold structure with variable gaps

Achieving highly sensitive magnetic sensors by means of Metal-DNA-Metal (MDM) structure is a key issue. DNA, being a genetic information carrier in living cells reveals tunable semiconducting response in the presence of external electric and magnetic fields, which is promising for molecular electronics. The influence of magnetic fields up to 1200 mT on the current–voltage (I–V) behavior of Gold-DNA-Gold (GDG) structure having variable gap sizes from 20–50 μm are reported in this work. These structures were fabricated using UV lithography, DC magnetron sputtering and thermal evaporation techniques. DNA strands were extracted from Boesenbergia rotunda plant via standard protocol. The acquired I–V characteristics display the semiconducting diode nature of DNA in GDG structures. The potential barrier for all the structures exhibit an increasing trend with the increase of externally imposed magnetic field irrespective of variable gap sizes. Furthermore, the potential barrier in GDG junction at higher magnetic field strengths (>1000 mT) is found to be considerably enhanced. This enhancement in the junction barrier height at elevated magnetic fields is attributed to the reduction of carrier mobility and augmentation of resistance. The achieved admirable features of magnetic sensitivity suggest the viability of using these GDG sandwiches as a prospective magnetic sensor.     

土壤中石油污染物的脱附过程

文章中主要采用有机溶剂萃取法（OSE）对高浓度石油污染土壤进行修复，经过精馏操作，有效回收原油，建立脱附等温曲线，研究了石油污染物在土壤-有机溶剂两相间的迁移规律。     

构皮滩水电站泄洪洞优化设计

构皮滩水电站为满足2008年12月工程提前发电的需要,结合现有泄洪洞地质情况和施工情况对泄洪洞布置进行了专题研究,结果表明利用降低进口高程为550 m的泄洪洞和坝身放空底孔联合参与后期导流,可缓解2007年导流隧洞下闸封堵后大坝在2008年汛期施工的压力,为大坝施工增加了2个月左右的工期。     

离心泵并联运行工况点的数值求解

建立了求解多台不同型号离心泵并联运行工况点的数学模型,给出了用数值计算中的“二分法”求解该模型的方法,并附有用Exce l计算的实例。

目前,我国股票市场上的股票评级尚处于探索阶段,评级时多采用专家法或历史法,而对于影响股票评级的各因素的确定以及因素间的相互作用缺乏定量分析。研究将结构模型应用到我国股票市场的股票评级中,建立关于我国股票评级的财务结构模型;分析各个因素对股票评级的影响;建立股票评级经验模式值。
