薄板坯连铸生产SS400钢工艺技术研究

对唐钢薄板坯连铸机生产的SS400钢的生产工艺进行了分析,认为薄板坯连铸机生产的SS400钢,在采取了精炼站在线定氧,将钢水全氧控制在25×10~(-6)左右,同时连铸采取保护浇注和轻压下等技术后,能够确保薄板坯连铸SS400钢的顺利浇注,轧制的板带材表面质量良好,机械性能符合要求。     

Catalytic reduction of N2O with CH4 and C3H6 over Ag–Rh/Al2O3 bimetallic catalyst in the presence of oxygen

A study of nitrous oxide (N₂O) reduction with methane (CH₄) and propene (C₃H₆) in the presence of oxygen (5%) over Ag/Al₂O₃, Rh/Al₂O₃ and Ag–Rh/Al₂O₃ catalysts, with Ag and Rh loadings of 5 wt% and 0.05 wt% respectively, has been performed. From the results, it was observed that the Ag–Rh bimetallic catalyst was the most active for both nitrous oxide removal (more than 95%) and hydrocarbon oxidation. This high activity seems to be connected with a synergistic effect between Ag and Rh. The findings from X‐ray diffraction and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy studies showed also, that there were no strong interactions (eg alloying) between Ag and Rh. 钠冷快堆中喷雾钠火的计算分析

根据钠冷快堆中喷雾钠火的特点建立了理论模型，编制了SSPRAY程序。该程序模拟钠喷雾燃料过程中钠滴的运动、钠和氧气的燃烧反应、热量传递和质量传递等瞬态过程。用该程序计算了气体和墙壁温度、气体压力、氧气摩尔份额、喷雾流燃烧速率和热量热递速率等主要参数。利用AI实验数据和美国SPRAY－3A的计算结果对程序进行了验证，结果符合较好。     

对洪水分级的浅见

洪水的等级划分应考虑流量、水位、防洪能力及灾害等因素,综合这些因素把洪水分成5个等级。1、2级洪水,洪水流量小,水位低,基本无灾;3级洪水,洪水流量较大或水位较高,有一定灾害;4级洪水,为大洪水或高水位,有较大灾害;5级洪水,为特大洪水或高水位,灾情严重。     

应用音平化渣图象分析和指导转炉造渣操作

利用音平化渣图象可以清晰地看出在转炉造渣过程中何时发生喷溅，何时发生炉渣返干和何时化渣正常。应用音平化渣图象和炉渣三元相图，可以正确地分析发生喷溅和返干的原因，从而找到避免突发性喷溅和严重返干的方法。正确的枪位和炉渣碱度控制是实现平稳吹炼的保证，而音平化渣图象能帮助操作工实现这一目标。     

Validation of a Method of Determination of Apparent Diffusivity Versus Composition in Solids

A method is presented for computing the values of apparent diffusivity in solids with respect to the concentration of the diffusing substance (water or sodium chloride). This method does not require any assumption upon the mathematical relationship between diffusivity and concentration. It can be applied to experimental measurements of local concentration versus position within the solid (profiles) with relatively few measurements (circa 10) and a mathematical smoothing of the experimental data by using an artificial neural network model. The method was first validated on simulated data obtained by using a constant diffusivity value and on experimental profiles when the relation between diffusivity and concentration was given. It was then applied to original experimental moisture profiles obtained by putting gelatin gels with different initial moisture contents into contact for up to 14 days. The method was also successfully applied to five sets of experimental moisture and sodium chloride profiles taken from the literature and obtained from different food products. Apparent diffusivities calculated by our method were found in agreement with those obtained by authors using different numerical methods to compute the diffusivity values.     

浅谈降低电解槽氟化铝单耗的方法

An orthogonal basis for the hyperbolic hybrid polynomial space

Motivated by the wide usage of the Tchebyshev basis and Legendre basis in the algebra polynomial space, we construct an orthogonal basis with the properties of the H-Bézier basis in the hyperbolic hybrid polynomial space, which is similar to the Legendre basis and holds remarkable properties. Moreover, we derive the transformation matrices that map the H-Bézier basis and the orthogonal basis forms into each other. An example for approximating the degree reduction of the H- Bézier curves is sketched to illustrate the utility of the orthogonal basis.
