新法合成１，４ 二羟基 ２ 萘甲酸，操作简便，溶剂消耗少，反应时间短，收率高。探索了影响反应产率的几种因素。     

透明聚烯烃用成核剂合成的研究

介绍了聚烯烃成核剂合成反应所用助剂选择,反应条件的确立,利用均匀设计实现最佳配比实验,对不同侧基苯甲醛缩合反应进行了研究。     

Synthesis and characteristics of carbon encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles produced by a hydrothermal reaction

A novel process to synthesize carbon encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles was developed by heating an aqueous glucose solution containing Fe@Au (Au coated Fe nanoparticles) or Ni nanoparticles at 160–180 °C for 2 h. In comparison with traditional methods, such a hydrothermal approach is not only simple but also able to provide functional groups such as –OH on the surface of carbon sphere. Only pure Fe nanoparticles did not favor the formation of carbon encapsulated magnetic nanoparticles due to the oxidation of Fe nanoparticles by H₂O during the reaction and their surfaces had to be coated by an Au shell in advance. The results of TEM, HRTEM, XRD, XPS and vibration sample magnetometer characterization show that uniform carbon spheres containing some embedded Fe@Au nanoparticles with a saturation of 14.6 emu/g are obtained and the size of a typical product is 200 nm. Carbon encapsulated Ni nanoparticles have been successfully prepared in the same way.

Synthesis and self-assembly of hyperbranched polyester peripherally modified by touluene-4-sulfonyl groups

In this paper, hyperbranched polyesters (HPs) were synthesized in the molten state from 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl) propionic acid (bis-MPA) and 2-ethyl-2-hydroxymethyl-1,3-propanediol (TMP) using acid catalysis. The modified hyperbranched polyesters were obtained through the chemical modification of the hyperbranched polyester cores by substituting a controlled fraction of the terminal hydroxyl groups with touluene-4-sulfonyl chloride using triethylamine (TEA) as an acceptor of HCl. The resultant polyesters were characterized by ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, FT-IR, UV and GPC and their self-assembly behaviors were investigated. The results revealed that self-assembled structures could be formed in selected solvents (trichloromethane/acetone or trichloromethane/n-hexane).     

自蔓延高温合成法制备金属—陶瓷复合材料

本文就自蔓延高温合成技术（ＳＨＳ）在制备金属－陶瓷复合材料方面的进展进行了回顾，对ＳＨＳ技术用于制备金属－陶瓷块体复合材料，梯度功能材料（ＦａＭ），金属－陶瓷复合管，金属－陶瓷的焊接工艺原理以及金属材料的陶瓷涂层进行了探讨。     

现有合成氨厂建设8万吨/年硫酸钾及4万吨/年纯碱装置的可行性

本文试图论述现有合成氨厂改变产品结构,采取以生产化肥为主,联产化工产品。通过对钾芒硝法工艺及联碱工艺技术路线的选择,技术经济分析,以期提高化肥厂的经济效益。     

Synthesis and properties of an alkoxysilane dye containing three electronic donor groups for nonlinear optical applications

In order to obtain an efficient hybrid inorganic–organic nonlinear optical (NLO) materials, an azo-dye containing three electronic donor groups 2,5-dimethyl-4-(4′-nitrophenylazo)phenol (DMNPAP) was synthesized and reacted with 3-isocyanatopropyl triethoxysilane (ICTES) to give an alkoxysilane dye (ICTES–DMNPAP). Molecular structural characterizations for DMNPAP and ICTES–DMNPAP were investigated by elemental analysis, ¹H NMR, FTIR, UV–visible spectra and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The alkoxysilane dye could be hydrolyzed and polymerized in the presence of water, and then transparent hybrid films could be fabricated by spin coating on the indium–tin-oxide (ITO) glass substrates. Compared with the dye 4-nitro-4′-hydroxy-azobenzene (NHA) containing only one hydroxyl as donor group, DMNPAP exhibited larger β_CTμ_g value measured by solvatochromic method, and second harmonic generation (SHG) measurement of the hybrid films was in agreement with the result.
