偏压类型对磁过滤等离子体制备优质类金刚石膜的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
采用自行研制的磁过滤等离子体装置在单晶Si基底上制备了优质类金刚石(DLC)薄膜.运用红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM),原子力显微镜(AFM)和纳米压痕仪对样品进行了表征和分析,着重研究了衬底偏压类型对制备薄膜的影响.结果表明:在无偏压或周期性负偏压下制备的DLC薄膜的sp3含量比连续负偏压下制备的薄膜的sp3含量要高;同时在周期性偏压下制备的薄膜表面较光滑,其表面粗糙度仅为0.1 nm,sp3含量达到66.8%,相应的纳米硬度也较高(达到80GPa).同时对相应的成膜机理进行了讨论.  相似文献

研究了TC4-316L异种金属铆接件在模拟海洋大气环境条件下的腐蚀行为。利用失重法、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光共聚焦显微镜等方法分析了试样的腐蚀动力学、锈层成分、腐蚀形貌。结果表明,TC4-316L铆接件在周期浸润实验1200 h后,316L不锈钢发生了腐蚀,而TC4钛合金并没有明显的腐蚀现象;316L不锈钢腐蚀产物包含FeOOH,Fe3O4和Fe2O3,而TC4钛合金表面主要为TiO2和Ti2O3等钛的氧化物组成的氧化膜。与单件316L不锈钢相比,由于电偶腐蚀与缝隙腐蚀的共同作用,TC4-316L铆接件中的316L不锈钢腐蚀加速。  相似文献

The relative sliding motion of two elastic bodies in contact induces wear process and contact shape evolution. In the case of a punch sliding on a substrate the transient process tends to a steady state for which the fixed contact stress and strain distribution develops in the contact zone. This state usually corresponds to a minimum of the wear dissipation power. The optimality conditions of the wear dissipation functional provide the contact stress distribution and the wear rate compatible with the rigid body punch motion. The present paper is aimed to extend the previous analyses [1], [2], [3], [4], [5] of steady state conditions to cases of periodic sliding of punch, assuming cyclic steady state conditions for both mechanical and thermal fields.  相似文献

In this paper, a multi‐rejector of periodic disturbances is proposed for discrete‐time nonlinear systems represented by a decoupled state multimodel. We report a decoupled state multimodel repetitive‐predictive control based on a supervised algorithm to ensure reference trajectory tracking and periodic disturbances rejection. Partial predictors associated to the local controllers make the best choice of the most valid partial controller that meets the desired closed loop performances. The effectiveness of the supervised multi‐rejector is shown via a simulation example. The obtained results are satisfactory and show a good rejection of periodic disturbances and reference trajectory tracking.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of designing robust tracking control for a large class of uncertain robotic systems. A more general model of the external disturbance is employed in the sense that the external disturbance can be expressed as the sum of a modeled disturbance and an unmodeled disturbance, for example, any periodic disturbance can be expressed in this general form. An adaptive neural network system is constructed to approximate the behavior of unknown robot dynamics. An adaptive control algorithm is designed to estimate the behavior of the modeled disturbance, and in turn the robust H control algorithm is required to attenuate the effects of the unmodeled disturbance only. Consequently, an intelligent adaptive/robust tracking control scheme is constructed such that an H tracking control is achieved in the sense that all the states and signals of the closed‐loop system are bounded and the effect due to the unmodeled disturbance on the tracking error can be attenuated to any preassigned level. Finally, simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and performance of the proposed control algorithm.  相似文献

The nonlinear stochastic optimal control problem of quasi‐integrable Hamiltonian systems with uncertain parameters is investigated. The uncertain parameters are described by using a random vector with λ probability density function. First, the partially averaged Itô stochastic differential equations are derived by using the stochastic averaging method for quasi‐integrable Hamiltonian systems. Then, the dynamical programming equation is established based on stochastic dynamical programming principle. By minimizing the dynamical programming equation with respect to control forces, the optimal control forces can be derived, which are functions of the uncertain parameters. The final optimal control forces are then determined by probability‐weighted average of the obtained control forces with the probability density of the uncertain parameters as weighting function. The mean control effectiveness and mean control efficiency are used to evaluate the proposed control strategy. The robustness of the proposed control is measured by using the ratios of the variation coefficients of mean control effectiveness and mean control efficiency to the variation coefficients of uncertain parameters. Finally, two examples are given to illustrate the proposed control strategy and its effectiveness and robustness. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this article, a V‐band printed log‐periodic dipole array (PLPDA) antenna with high gain is proposed. The antenna prototype is designed, simulated, fabricated, and tested. Simulation results show that this antenna can operate from 42 to 82 GHz with a fractional impedance bandwidth of 64.5% covering the whole V‐band (50–75 GHz). The antenna has a measured impedance matching bandwidth that starts from 42 to beyond 65 GHz with good agreement between the experimental and simulated results. At 50 and 65 GHz, the antenna has a measured gain of 10.45 and 10.28 dBi, respectively, with a gain variation of 2.6 dBi across the measured frequency range. The antenna prototype exhibits also stable radiation patterns over the operating band. It achieves side‐lobe suppression better than 17.26 dB in the H‐plane and better than 8.95 dB in the E‐plane, respectively. In addition, the cross‐polarization component is 18.5 dB lower than the copolarization with front‐to‐back ratio lower than 24.1 dB in both E‐ and H‐planes across the desired frequency range. Based on a comparison of performance among the reported work in the literature, we can say that the proposed PLPDA antenna is a proper candidate to be used in many applications at V‐band frequency. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The solution to the nonlinear output regulation problem requires one to solve a first‐order partial differential equation, known as the Francis–Byrnes–Isidori equations. In this paper, we propose a method to compute approximate solutions to the Francis–Byrnes–Isidori equations when the zero dynamics of the plant are hyperbolic and the exosystem is two dimensional. With our method, we are able to produce approximations that converge uniformly to the true solution. Our method relies on the periodic nature of two‐dimensional analytic center manifolds. 利用复杂周期信号频谱存在大量等间隔幅度起伏的谐波分量.提出了复杂周期信号的谐波法周期测量.谐波法之FT-Abs-IFT(FAIF)是周期信号频谱包络的反傅里叶变换,输出为频谱包络对应时域信号与周期冲击信号的卷积.其最大值是等幅度或起伏幅度(噪声条件下)的周期冲击信号,通过门限栓测和周期测量得到信号周期(或频率).最后通过与常用周期信号测量方法(同态滤波法、自相关法和AMDF)的仿真比较,表明对于复杂周期信号,谐波法之FAIF测量精度高,误差率低和良好的抗噪性能.  相似文献
