Comprehensive numerical investigations on the thermal performance of heat recirculating micro combustor with pin fins for micro-thermal voltaic system applications

Aiming at improving the relatively low energy output and energy conversion efficiency of the micro-thermal voltaic (MTPV) system, an innovative heat recirculating micro combustor with pin fins is designed. The effects of pin fins arrangement, hydrogen/air equivalent ratio on the energy output and performance of CHMC, HMCP and HMCI are compared and investigated. The result shows that when the V_in is 6 m/s and Φ is 1.0, the emitter power of CHMC is 72.76W, and that of HCMP and HCMI micro combustor are 75.99W and 76.35W. and the emitter efficiency of CHMC, HCMP and HCMI is 41.93%, 43.26% and 44.01%. HMCI has better energy output capability compared with CHMC and HMCP. Even though, HMCI brings a higher pressure drop, it is within the acceptable range. When the V_in is 6 m/s, the pressure drop from the pin fins only accounts for 26.4% of the total pressure drop for HMCI. Through the study of equivalent ratio, it is found that HMCI has good adaptability in different equivalent ratio range. This work provides new ideas for the development of MTPV system in the future.

DB590钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性的研究

超低碳贝氏体钢是具有高强度高韧性的新型钢种，它的合金元素含量少，含碳量又低，具有较好的焊接性能。采用插销试验研究了ＤＢ５９０钢焊接冷裂纹敏感性，同时用扫描电镜分析该钢插销试样的冷裂纹断口形貌。试验表明该钢具有优良的抗冷裂性能。     

游梁式抽油机曲柄销所受扭矩分析

在分析游梁式抽油机连杆大头轴承座因装配不当而产生变形的基础上，用有限元法分析了轴承所受的径向力，得出了曲柄销上所受的扭矩。最后，以ＣＹＪ１０－３－５３ＨＢ游梁式抽油机曲柄销为例进行计算，得出当轴承座径向变形量为０．１ｍｍ时，曲柄销中相应产生的扭矩可达１．０８ｋＮ·ｍ。为消除这种不良影响，应考虑采用其他的联接方式，以避免装配时产生过大的装配应力。     

轧机主传动安全销弹塑性有限元分析

本文针对轧机主传动系统的安全销在破坏前已产生了塑性变形,采用三维弹塑性有限元对安全销进行应力分析,模拟出材料的应力-应变非线性曲线,并运用牛顿-拉普森平衡迭代法根据模拟出的应力-应变非线性曲线对安全销进行应力计算,通过多次试算得出其能承受的最大载荷,并提出了改进意见.     

对接型销双向斜抽芯注塑模设计

给出了灯罩注塑模实用结构。该模具型芯由主型芯和副型芯组成，采用将副型芯推出方法实现塑件内侧壁凹槽抽芯，在塑件倾斜通孔处采用对接型销双向分型斜抽芯。既满足制品的成型和抽芯要求，又省去了斜抽芯和水平抽芯机构，模具结构紧凑，脱型可靠，成型塑件质量好。     

Conjugate heat transfer in turbulent falling liquid films

Heat transfer characteristics for a falling turbulent liquid film flow over a fin are analyzed using the conjugate convection-conduction theory. Numerical results are obtained from a simultaneous solution of the energy equations of the fluid and the fin. Results are presented for the fin temperature distribution, dimensionless heat transfer coefficients, local heat fluxes, and fin efficiencies.
