A method to estimate entropies and heat capacities applied to alkali oxides

We present a method that is useful in the estimate and assessment of heat capacity data. The approach is based on an analysis of the logarithmic average of the phonon frequencies. In this quantity, that may be easily derived from experimental data on the vibrational entropy, the influence of atomic masses can be exactly accounted for even in polyatomic solids. Our method is applied to Li₂O, Na₂O, K₂O, Rb₂O, and Cs₂O. In particular, literature data for K₂O are critically examined.     

Effect of high temperature alkali cooking on the constituents,structure and thermal degradation of hemp fiber

Degumming of hemp fiber by high temperature alkali cooking was investigated, and the effect of temperature and dosage of alkali on the constituents, structure, and thermal degradation of hemp fiber was also discussed in this work. The morphology, structure, and thermal degradation of hemp fiber after high temperature cooking were investigated through SEM, FTIR, WAXD, and TG analysis. The results indicated that the high temperature cooking process was effective for removing hemicelluloses and lignin and could also improve the thermal stability of cellulose. Crystallinity index of the treated hemp fiber was increased, which was related to the cooking temperature and NaOH dosage. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008

以三聚磷酸钠生产过程为例,论述了在以纯碱为原料的非强酸性水溶液体系中,由于反应不完全导致反应物中存在少量的碳酸盐,这部分碳酸盐干扰了用酸碱滴定法测量的中和度,并据此提出中和度分析改进方法.由此可以推广到其它以纯碱为原料的非强酸性水溶液体系中.

Evidence for non-site-isolation in ZSM-5 from ion-exchange and catalytic studies

Ion exchange of HZSM-5 samples with alkali metal cations, using metal chloride solutions, results in partially exchanged zeolites, MHZSM-5, M = Li, Na, K or Cs. The degree of exchange is found to increase with increasing ionic radius of the cations. The catalytic properties of the alkalized zeolites were evaluated using the reaction conditions under which the catalytic activity of the HZSM-5 samples in terms of n-hexane cracking is proportional to the aluminium content. From the residual catalytic activity exhibited by the Na-, K- and CsHZSM-5 samples it is concluded that each of the larger Na⁺, K⁺ and Cs⁺ ions is influencing more than one AlO ₄ ^– tetrahedron, implying that the aluminium sites in ZSM-5 are not isolated. The ion-exchange results are then interpreted in terms of non-isolated aluminium sites. The ion-exchange and catalytic properties of the zeolites as a function of aluminium content are also discussed.

本文继续深入研究该体系中相关物质的红外光谱和拉曼光谱的性质.论文结果说明,在碱体系中,NaOH只与羟基苯基卟啉周边meso-位的羟基反应形成盐,这个性质与紫外可见光谱性质是一致的.同时这一结果也为研究卟啉与金属的相互作用提供了有益的理论支持.

DCS控制系统在蒸发工段的应用

分析了碱回收蒸发工段的工艺流程和控制要求,从硬件配置和软件设计等方面对碱回收蒸发工段进行了详细的叙述,同时采取软测量的方法测量黑液浓度,提出黑液浓度-压力串级控制方法;根据工艺要求设计出一种新型的DCS控制方法,它是由西门子公司的SIMATIC 400系列PLC连接ET200系列的分布式I/O系统及标准伺服控制系统组成的DP控制网络,通过相应的智能仪表及阀门对现场信号进行采集和控制;由此对碱回收蒸发工段实施集散控制的优化控制法案;工程实践表明,该系统在江苏甲乙粘胶公司生产线上投用,各种控制性指标能够很好地满足公司的要求。     

一级除盐系统再生酸碱用量调整与探讨

论述了该厂300MW机组火电厂化学水处理一级除盐设备再生的酸碱用量调整试验的基本过程，并对一级除盐设备运行提出了相应的措施，调整试验达到节约酸碱用量、降低生产成本的目的。     

微细粒浸染型金矿碱性介质浮选法研究

介绍了微细粒浸染型金矿石浮选富集的一种新方法———以碳酸钠作为pH调整剂的碱性介质浮选法,并研究了这种方法浮选富集矿石过程中各种因素的影响。研究表明,在弱碱性矿浆中(pH值7 5～8 5)能够较好地实现载金矿物与脉石矿物的浮选分离。
