化学镀非晶态Ni—B合金的研究

本文通过化学镀方法在铜和钢上沉积非晶态Ni-B合金。着重讨论了还原剂浓度、络合剂浓度对化学镀沉积速率的影响;分析了它的耐蚀原因和其显微硬度随退火温度的变化情况并就其应用和发展略作说明。     

Influence of inhibitor addition on the corrosion protection performance of sol–gel coatings on AA2024

Sol–gel films are actively investigated during the last decade as possible candidates for environmentally friendly pre-treatments. However, the important drawback in this case is the lack of active corrosion protection and self-healing ability.     

Ring‐opening polymerization of D,L‐lactide by rare earth 2,6‐dimethylaryloxide

Ring‐opening polymerization of D,L ‐lactide (LA) has been successfully carried out by using rare earth 2,6‐dimethylaryloxide (Ln(ODMP)₃) as single component catalyst or initiator for the first time. The effects of different rare earth elements, solvents, monomers and catalyst concentration as well as polymerization temperature and time on the polymerization were investigated. The results show that La(ODMP)₃ exhibits higher activity to prepare poly(D,L ‐lactide) (PLA) with a viscosity molecular weight of 4.5 × 10⁴ g mol^?1 and the conversion of 97 % at 100 °C in 45 min. The catalytic activity of Ln(ODMP)₃ has following sequence: La > Nd > Sm > Gd > Er > Y. A kinetic study has indicated that the polymerization is first order with respect to both monomer and catalyst concentration. The apparent activation energy of the polymerization of LA with La(ODMP)₃ is 69.6 kJ mol^?1. The analyses of polymer ends indicate that the LA polymerization proceeds according to ‘coordination–insertion’ mechanism with selective cleavage of the acyl–oxygen bond of the monomer. 新型超微晶软磁合金FePCCuMoSi微观结构缺陷的正电子湮没研究

用正电子湮没方法研究了新型超微晶软磁合金的微观结构缺陷，样品选用的是在不同温度下退火的Ｆｅ８１Ｐ１２Ｃ３Ｃｕ１Ｍｏ０．５Ｓｉ２．５合金，结果表明，合金的微观结构构陷大小，密度随退火温度有规律地变化，这种现象可能与非晶的晶化过程有关。     

氧化铝/锌合金复合材料界面的SEM观察

利用挤压铸造制备氧化铝／锌合金复合材料，在扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）上观察复合材料的界面。结果表明，在复合材料中纤维与基体间存在致密界面层，合金元素通过适当的化学反应可改善纤维与基体间的结合；在凝固过程中，纤维／基体界面上的硅在共晶体的共生生长过程中起了领先相作用，导致复合材料的共晶转变是由铝硅共晶转变和锌铝共晶转变两者组成。     

用过滤工艺全面提高铸锭质量

探讨了过滤器孔径对6063铝合金铸锭组织和性能的影响规律。在此基础上指出,在过滤工艺恰当时,不仅可以减少铸锭中的夹杂物,而且可以有效地防止裂纹、羽毛晶等连续铸锭中的常见缺陷。     

Monte Carlo simulation of hydrogen absorption in palladium and palladium–silver alloys

A modified Monte Carlo (MC) simulation was performed to investigate the hydrogen absorption behavior in Pd and Pd–Ag alloys of the composition Pd_xAg_1−x (x=0.7–0.8) under H₂ pressure (0.1 MPa) at different temperatures. The present method employed can consider the dissociative adsorption of hydrogen molecule and the subsequent absorption of hydrogen atom by formalizing the relationship between the pressure of hydrogen molecule and hydrogen atom. The potential parameters were determined to reproduce the solution enthalpy of hydrogen in pure metals. The results are in good agreement with experimental findings as well as previous theoretical studies. We confirmed that our method is useful to simulate the absorption of hydrogen in metals and alloys.     

用φ20mm离心萃取器两步法制取高纯钇

本文研究了中钇富镧稀土的氧化物溶液在环烷酸中的萃取行为，测定了镧钇组成、温度变化与分离系数的关系；在Ｐ＿（５０７）体系中研究了ｐＨ值与分配比的关系；提出用环烷酸、Ｐ＿（５０７）两种萃取剂制备高纯钇的工艺流程。用８４台φ２０ｍｍ离心萃取器进行了一个月的台架试验，结果证明两种萃取剂有很好的互补性，在满足钇的纯度要求下有较高收率。离心萃取器具有易分相、体系存留量少、液流密闭性好等优点，它更适宜于粘度大、级数多、产品纯度要求高的体系。     

WTG420铁路罐车用钢的组织结构和力学性能分析

分析了ＷＴＧ４２０铁路罐车用钢的组织结构和力学性能。提出了冶炼与轧制的技术关键，其一，添加稀土元素改善钢中夹杂物；其二，采用控轧控冷使铁素体晶粒细化。     

过共晶铝硅合金细化初晶硅的研究

研究了ZL8604过共晶铝硅合金初晶硅细化剂和加入方式与加入量以及影响细化效果的冶铸工艺因素,实验结果达到了技术指标要求。
