还原焙烧赤泥-综合回收铁铝研究

摘    要:通过单因素试验系统研究了还原焙烧赤泥过程中各因素对铁铝回收效果的影响。结果表明, 控制配碳质量比15%, 在焙烧温度800 ℃、钙硅比2.6、碱比1.5条件下焙烧60 min, 通过氢氧化钠调整液浸出铝和磁选回收铁, 铝溶出率达到83.8%, 铁回收率在95.0%以上, 铁精矿品位62.0%左右。磁选尾矿钪含量约为200 g/t, 满足工业利用要求。

Abstract:Factors affecting the recovery of Fe and Al from red mud were investigated by single factor experiments. Results showed that with the carbon addition controlled at a mass ratio of 15%, calcium/silicon ratio at 2. 6 and N/A ratio at 1. 5, the raw material was roasted at 800 ℃ for 60 min, followed by aluminum leached by NaOH leaching solution and iron recovered by magnetic separation, resulting in aluminum leaching rate up to 83.8% and over 95.0% Fe recovery to the iron concentrate grading around 62.0% Fe. The tailings from magnetic separation contained 200 g/t Sc, meeting the requirements for industrial exploitation.
