Energetic approach of waste water processing using dry kernel as a fuel

The aim of this paper is to identify a suitable usage of the enormous amount of dry kernel, a biomass derived from olive-oil processing, as a combustible fuel in the disposal process of waste water. The method recommended besides the disposal of waste water, allows the recovery of the diluted substances with a remarkable reduction of functional costs. The method is supported by a two-year long experimental campaign during which more than 13,000 tons of waste water were processed.
