新型高分子絮凝剂在赤泥沉降中的应用实验研究

摘    要:将实验合成的系列新型高分子絮凝剂及厂家使用的絮凝剂对赤泥进行沉降实验,结果表明:合成产品中HH1处理赤泥具有用量小,不清液浊度低,絮团小,结实耐剪切,二次搅拌对上清液浊度影响较小等优点。

Abstract:A comparative test on red mud settlement is made using a series of experimentally-synthesized new high-molecular flocculants and mill's flocculants, respectively. It is showed that HH1, one of the synthetic products is characterized by small reagent dosage, low turbidity supernatant and small and compact flocs, that have no effect on the turbidity of supernant due to their good shearing-resistance in secondary stirring.
