摘    要:对添加了不同常用添加剂的聚丙烯(PP)经挤出的粒料的加工稳定性数据进行了测试和分析,结果表明:受阻酚类抗氧剂对二次挤出的PP的氧化诱导期(OIT)和多次挤出的PP的熔体流动速率(MFR)有明显改善,对其黄色指数(YI)有不良影响。胺类抗氧剂对二次挤出的PP有明显改善,对多次挤出的PP的MFR改善程度不及受阻酚,对YI的不良影响大于受阻酚。亚磷酸酯类及硫酯类抗氧剂对二次挤出的PP的OIT无改善,对多次挤出的PP的MFR有改善但不及受阻酚,亚磷酸酯类对PP的YI及MFR的改善均大于硫代酯。此外,还介绍了紫外线吸收剂、HALS、吸酸剂、抗静电剂及滑爽剂对PP加工稳定性的影响。

Abstract:The results got by measured and analyzed the stabilities data of PP granule contained different plastics additives after extruded processings showed : the effect of hindered phenol antioxidant on the oxygen in- duced time(OIT) of the second extruded PP and melt flow rate(MFR) of the many times extruded PP are im- proved evidently, but has bad effect on its yellow index (YI). The amine antioxidants improves on the OIT of the second extruded PP evidently, on the MFR of the many times extruded PP is less than hinder phenol antiox- idant, and the effect on its YI is worse. Phoshpite and thioesters antioxidant not improve the OIT of the second time extruded PP and improve MFR of the many times extruded PP but the effect is lesser than hindered phe- nol. Phosphites improve the MFR and YI of PP are greater than thionates. In addition, the effects of ultraviolet absorers, HALS, acid absorbent agents, anti-static agents and lubricants on the processing stability of PP were introduced.
