| 摘 要： | 介绍了汽车座椅的主要结构、主要塑料部件以及常用的高分子材料如聚丙烯、丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料、聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚酰胺,并介绍了这些高分子材料的使用性能、加工工艺及针对某种使用要求的改性。指出随着新能源汽车的发展,对汽车座椅塑料件的要求也愈加严格,介绍了能满足汽车座椅塑料件新要求的高分子材料如聚甲醛、聚碳酸酯及其合金、丙烯酸–苯乙烯–丙烯腈塑料、可发泡聚丙烯、聚氨酯合成革/超纤革。
