原子荧光法测定微细浸染型金矿中化探样品的方法研究

摘    要:秦岭地区金龙山和寨上微细浸染型金矿床矿石样品中砷、锑含量均较高,采用原子荧光光谱法测定时存在双通道干扰、荧光饱和及荧光猝灭等问题,测定难度大。经过多年对比分析,建立了针对“锑含量高、砷含量低,砷含量高、锑含量低及含有机物”3 种难测试样品的测试方法,可确保检测数据准确可靠。主要方法:As、Sb 同时测定过程中,对于同一样品,当砷值<10 μg/L、锑值>50 μg/L 时,应采用单道测定;当锑值<1 μg/L、砷值>200 μg/L 时,也采用单道测定;当样品含量较高时,存在荧光猝灭现象,应当用稀释的办法解决;AFS-830 原子荧光光度计为自动进样装置,低含量样品一般可采用自动进样,高含量样品采用手动进样,以保证监控每一个样品;为了方便高含量锑的测定,锑的最高点可取到50 μg/L,但砷浓度达到200 μg/L 时,超出了砷的线性范围,在测定完标准曲线后,去掉砷曲线中超过200 μg/L 的点。

Abstract:The arsenic and antimony contents in the samples from Jinlongshan and Zhaishang fine-disseminated refractory gold deposit in Qinling area are high.Atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) is a common method used for determination the contents of arsenic and antimony.However,several problems arise in the conventional AFS analysis,such as dual-channel interference,fluorescence saturation,fluorescence quenching and so on,which make it difficult to obtain accurate results.According to repeated comparison and analysis,we have developed several methods for determination of high-antimony low-arsenic,high-arsenic low-antimony,organic compound contained samples by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and the results are accuracy and reliability.Our approach is to:the process of determination As,Sb at the same time,the same samples when the arsenic is less than 10 μg/L and antimony values greater than 50 μg/L,we should use single-channel measurement,when the antimony value is less than 1 μg/L,the arsenic values greater than 200 μg/L,we should use single-channel measurement,exists in the samples with higher levels of fluorescence quenching,it should be with diluted solution.AFS-830 atomic fluorescence spectrometer for the automatic injection device,the low concentration samples can be autosampler general,high levels of manual injection sample to ensure that monitor each sample.In order to facilitate high levels of antimony,antimony preferable to the highest point of 50 μg/L,but the arsenic concentration of 200 μg/L,arsenic exceeded the linear range of the time,after determination of standard curve,we overtake the points of 200 μg/L.
