薄壁筒形件多道次滚珠旋压成形机理研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
为研究多道次成形条件下薄壁筒形件滚珠旋压的成形机理,采用实验和有限元法相结合对薄壁筒形件多道次滚珠旋压的应力应变、旋压力和成形性进行了分析。结果表明:各道次下的等效应力和等效应变都是由旋压件的内表面向外表面逐渐增大,且随着旋压道次数的增加,等效应力和等效应变也都是逐渐增大;每道次的轴向旋压力随着滚珠行程的增加而增大,且各道次的旋压力也逐渐增大;多道次滚珠旋压时,由于采用较小的壁厚减薄量和材料的加工硬化,金属易于稳定流动,能够保证管坯的轴向伸长。因此,通过多道次滚珠旋压可实现大减薄量薄壁筒形件的旋压成形。 相似文献

运用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对铝合金筒形件旋压成形过程进行了数值模拟。通过在不同参数下的模拟,得出了一组较优的工艺参数,即:旋压温度为20℃,主轴转速为400r/min,壁厚减薄率为50%,旋轮进给率为0.75mm/r。同时分析了最优化模拟条件下工件变形区的应力、应变状态,即在毛坯与旋轮的接触区,等效应力和等效应变达到最大值。径向方向受到的力是旋压力的主要表现形式。 相似文献

Based on the process experiments, micrography analysis was dedicated to advancing the understanding of plastic flow of the metal in backward ball spinning of thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs. Micrography analysis reveals that severe plastic deformation leads to grain refinement, grain orientation and grain flow line of the spun part. Based on rigid-plastic finite element method, DEFORME3D finite element code was used to simulate and analyze multi-pass backward ball spinning of thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs. Finite element simulation results involve the distributions of the strain, the shape variation of the inner ribs as well as the prediction of the spinning loading. 相似文献

As a successively and locally plastic deformation process, backward ball spinning is applied in order to manufacture thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs. Based on the experiments and rigid-plastic finite element method (FEM), the influence of the ball size on deformability of thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs during the backward ball spinning is investigated in the present study. The size of ball plays a significant role in backward ball spinning of thin-walled tubular part with longitudinal inner ribs. The size of the ball not only is a critical factor in determining the magnitude of the spinning force, but also has a great influence on the surface finish of the spun part, the steady flow of the metal material as well as the formability of the inner ribs. The results have shown that increasing the size of the balls contributes to the formability of the inner ribs as well as the steady flow of the metal material on the surface of the spun part, but too large ball size leads to poor dimensional accuracy and inferior surface quality of the spun part. 相似文献

As a successively and locally plastic deformation process, ball backward spinning is applied for the purpose of producing thin-walled tubular parts with longitudinal inner ribs. By simplifying ball backward spinning as forward extrusion mechanics model, slab method is used in order to solve spinning force. Based on plastic mechanics, the influence of the process parameters involved on formability of inner ribs as well as the quality defects of spun parts is analyzed so as to present an approach to acquire the desired parts. The quality of inner ribs is one of the critical tasks in obtaining the desired spun workpieces and the height of inner rib depends greatly on spinning material,ball diameter, feed ratio, and wall thickness of tubular blank. The knowledge of the influence of process variables such as ball diameter, feed ratio, and wall thickness of tubular blank on the spinning process is essential to prevent the quality defects of the spun parts and obtain the desired spun parts. 相似文献

采用传统的切削、挤压方法加工外表面带纵向外筋薄壁筒形件,存在着材料利用率较低、成本较高的问题,因此,提出了一种新的复合流动成形工艺。利用有限元分析软件,研究了预成形压下量、道次减薄量分配比以及滚珠直径等工艺参数对外筋成形效果的影响规律。研究发现:预成形压下量越大,外筋填充效果越好;不同阶段中,滚珠直径对外筋填充效果影响不同;采用两道次成形时,可以显著降低成形过程中的轴向旋压力。以外筋填充率和旋压力作为优化指标,通过正交试验,获得外表面带纵向外筋薄壁筒形件复合流动成形的最佳工艺方案,选取最佳工艺方案,通过试验验证了复合流动成形工艺的可行性,为此类构件的高效、低耗生产提供了理论设计依据。 相似文献
