介绍了一种轨道交通车辆车轮在线自动化测量装置。这套装置采用了分段测量和大数、小数分开测量的原则。使用时将测量装置固定在车轮上,电机驱动测头沿车轮轮径完成摆动扫描测量,将所测值通过采样传到上位机,其中的极大值即为车轮的直径。通过实验比对验证该装置的可靠性,并且进行了使用该装置测量结果的不确定度分析,其结果表明完全满足轨道交通标准轮对的技术要求。  相似文献

房间空调器实际运行性能的测量往往需要利用多种类型的物理量,相应的测量装置也包含多种类型的传感器,采用误差合成方法难以准确地反映现场性能测量装置在实际使用过程中的测量精度。鉴于此,本文提出了一种利用空气焓值法试验装置标定实际性能测量装置精度的方法,并给出了其标定测试工况。在此基础上,将标定后的测量装置应用于两台空调器的实际运行性能测量,获得了用户对空调器的使用行为和空调器的实际运行性能。本研究所提出的测量装置精度标定方法有利于推动我国房间空调器行业现场性能测量工作的开展。  相似文献

汽车四轮定位仪校准装置是用于对汽车四轮定位仪的测量和校准。本文针对目前汽车四轮定位仪校准装置为一体式结构,采用涡轮蜗杆驱动模式,在检测过程中存在间隙大、测量准确度低、工作效率不高、不能涵盖对各类四轮定位仪的测量和校准,包括不便携带等使用缺陷,提出了汽车四轮定位仪校准装置采用四分体式结构,步进电机作为驱动器,圆光栅传感器作为测量标准的设计方案,提高了校准装置的测量准确度,仅供参考。  相似文献

对采用公式法进行空气密度测量进行了分析,基于CIPM-2007公式,研制精密空气密度测量装置,改进了目前测量工作中的缺点和不足,实现对空气密度的自动实时测量;通过实际测量,当CO2含量达到1470.6×10^-6时,与采用近似公式进行测量的数据的相对误差达到0.040%,验证了该装置对空气密度测量准确度的提高;装置配套软件方便易用,具有良好、完善的使用功能。  相似文献

夹层真空度是影响低温容器真空绝热性能的主要因素。真空度测量结果不仅与真空规管本身的测量精度有关,还与真空测量装置的流导有关。搭建了真空测量系统,设计两种不同流导的真空测量装置,模拟高真空多层绝热低温容器真空测量系统的实际工况,测量这两种装置下的真空度并进行分析。结果表明真空测量装置的流导大小对该装置的真空度测量有较大影响,流导大的测量装置需要较短的抽气时间就能保证该装置上规管的测量值有较好的精度。结果可为低温容器真空测量系统的设计、试验和使用提供参考。  相似文献

The propagation characteristics, viz., phase velocity and attenuation, of leaky surface acoustic waves (LSAWs), excited on the water/sample boundary are obtained through analyzing the V(z) curves measured by line-focus-beam acoustic microscopy. However, different values of these characteristics are obtained, depending upon different ultrasonic devices and operating frequencies employed. The construction mechanism of V(z) curves was investigated experimentally by measuring the amplitude and phase for Teflon to provide an understanding of the device performance for velocity measurements. A V(z) curve measured for Teflon, on which no leaky waves are excited when water is the coupling medium, can be used for the characteristic device response, depending only upon the device parameters and the operating frequencies. From the investigation of the ultrasonic device and the frequency dependences of the characteristic device responses, the phase gradient was found to be directly related to values of measured LSAW velocities. From this result, apparent frequency dependences in LSAW velocity measurements are explained quantitatively for a specimen of gadolinium gallium garnet.  相似文献

The aim of the present work is to test the sensing behaviour of tin dioxide nanowires, which have been grown directly onto a sensing device. This device consists in an alumina substrate provided with platinum interdigitated microelectrodes and a Pt heater on the reverse side. The nanowire growing process based on a vapour-liquid-solid method consists of three steps: deposition of a tin thin film by DC sputtering, a 5 nm-thick Au layer deposition and an annealing treatment in the presence of oxygen for the growth of the SnO2 nanowires.These samples have been tested under different concentrations of formaldehyde (HCHO), showing a high sensitivity and very short response and recovery times even at low operating temperatures (130 °C).  相似文献

This paper describes a simple and accurate experimental device specially developed to measure autogenous deformation in hardening cement-based materials. The measuring system consists of a so-called thermal coparator sensor and a modular thermostatically controlled system. The operating principle of the thermal comparator is based on thermal expansion of aluminium. A particular characteristic of the measuring system is the fixation of the thermal comparator sensor to the deforming speciment. The modular system ensures effective thermostatic control of the hydrating cement paste samples. The technique allows continuous measurement with high accuracy of the linear deformation as well as determination of the activation energy of autogenous deformation.  相似文献

Conclusion In the device described, a semiconductor diode is used as the radiant energy receiver. Although the photoelectric method is not absolute, practice shows that instruments based on it can be used successfully for measuring the energy of laser radiation pulses when calibrating these devices by means of calorimeters, bolometers, etc. An operating test of the device described for measuring the energy of laser radiation pulses showed its high sensitivity stability.The great advantage of the photoelectric method is the high rate of repetition of the measurements, which is unattainable by the use of calorimetric methods.The use of two channels of different sensitivity for measuring the energy of radiation of one wavelength makes it possible to extend the dynamic range.
