FeAl系电热爆炸喷涂层抗高温氧化腐蚀性能对比 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用金属导体FeAl系合金箔,电热爆炸产生的瞬间高能量冲击波效应,制备FeAI、FeCrAl、FeCrAlRE三种等离子体喷涂层.通过涂层SEM等检测手段,可以看出涂层具有致密的组织结构,同时涂层与基体之间存在较为明显的过渡层.经高温氧化耐蚀性测试等综合分析,结果表明,FeCrAlRE喷涂层耐高温氧化腐蚀能力较FeCrAl平均提高2.20倍,较FeAl喷涂层增加3.83倍,同时还研究了三种等离子体喷涂层的高温氧化过程变化规律. 相似文献

采用电热爆炸喷涂和等离子喷涂联合制备热障涂层,以电热爆炸喷涂法在DZ125合金表面制备NiCoCrAlY粘结层,以等离子喷涂技术制备陶瓷顶层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)仪对所制备的粘结层进行分析,结果表明:电热爆炸喷涂的粘结层与基体结合良好,喷涂态的粘结层的相主要由Ni3Al组成。采用联合法制备的热障涂层,在喷涂态的陶瓷层、粘结层、基体3者结合良好,界面清晰。在高温热循环过程中,粘结层/陶瓷层界面间生成了连续、致密的Al2O3膜,阻碍粘结层的氧化。粘结层/TGO界面产生平行于界面的裂纹,是导致热障涂层失效的主要原因。 相似文献

目的 研究Ni60和Ni60WC喷焊涂层的显微组织、防腐和耐磨性能及其腐蚀机理,为恶劣工况下服役的零件选择合适的喷焊涂层提供参考.方法 采用氧乙炔火焰喷焊工艺在16Mn钢基体上制备Ni60和Ni60WC涂层,用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析了喷焊涂层的相结构和显微组织,并采用电化学工作站、盐雾腐蚀试验机、磨粒磨损试验机测试了两种喷焊涂层的防腐和耐磨性能.结果 喷焊层与基体间都存在冶金结合层和热影响区,Ni60涂层的显微组织为NiCr固溶体基体上弥散分布着大量细小粒状和杆状碳化物和硼化物.Ni60WC喷焊涂层组织中,除了具有与Ni60涂层类似的基体相和细颗粒硬质相外,还较均匀地分布着不同尺寸的WC颗粒.Ni60和Ni60WC涂层的磨损率分别为16Mn钢的8.3%和2.3%,自腐蚀电流密度分别为16Mn钢的1.0%和7.6%.另外,基体相和硬质相之间的电偶腐蚀是两种镍基喷焊涂层的主要腐蚀机理.结论 这两种镍基喷焊涂层均能显著提高16Mn钢的抗磨和防腐性能,其中,Ni60喷焊涂层耐腐蚀性更好,Ni60WC喷焊涂层耐磨损性能更好. 相似文献

As a new spraying technology used in the remanufacturing engineering, electro-thermal explosion plasma spraying technique holds a lot of advantages. Three kinds of FeAl-base plasma spraying coatings, FeAl, FeCrAl and FeCrAlRE coatings, were prepared by using instantaneous high-energy shock wave effect produced by the electro-thermal explosion of metal conductor alloy foil of FeAl base. Nano-structure and micro-structure especially a metallurgy binding layer with FeAl-base body are formed. It is shown that microstructures of the FeCrAl and FeCrAlRE coatings were greatly improved due to the addition of Cr and RE. Meanwhile corrosion changing laws of these three plasma spray coatings can be gained after anti-corrosion tests under the conditions of high temperature and then sequentially select better electro-thermal explosion plasma spray coating of anti-corrosion and heat resistance. 相似文献

FeAl and Mo–Si–B intermetallic coatings for elevated temperature environmental resistance were prepared using high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) and air plasma spray (APS) techniques. For both coating types, the effect of coating parameters (spray particle velocity and temperature) on the microstructure and physical properties of the coatings was assessed. Fe–24Al (wt%) coatings were prepared using HVOF thermal spraying at spray particle velocities varying from 540 to 700 m/s. Mo–13.4Si–2.6B coatings were prepared using APS at particle velocities of 180 and 350 m/s. Residual stresses in the HVOF FeAl coatings were compressive, while stresses in the APS Mo–Si–B coatings were tensile. In both cases, residual stresses became more compressive with increasing spray particle velocity due to increased peening imparted by the spray particles. The hardness and elastic moduli of FeAl coatings also increased with increasing particle velocity. For Mo–Si–B coatings, plasma spraying at 180 m/s resulted in significant oxidation of the spray particles and conversion of the T1 phase into amorphous silica and -Mo. The T1 phase was retained after spraying at 350 m/s. 相似文献

With the purpose of elaborating high-quality FeAl coatings, a so-called very low pressure reactive plasma spray technique that combines very low pressure plasma spray and self-propagation high-temperature synthesis processes was used in the present study. A dense and homogeneous FeAl coating was thus successfully in situ synthesized by reactive plasma spraying of an Al/Fe2O3 composite powder under 1 mbar. The phase composition and microstructural features of the coating were characterized by XRD and SEM. Results indicated that the B2 ordered FeAl phase was synthesized, and the coating featured a dense and defect-free microstructure. The fracture mechanism of the coating remains mainly a brittle failure but the appearance of some dimples in local zones suggested some unexpected toughness. 相似文献

大气等离子喷涂(APS)金属时,熔滴不可避免地发生氧化是难以获得粒子间结合充分的致密涂层的主要原因。以FeAl金属间化合物为例,提出一种在粉末中添加亚微米金刚石颗粒引入碳源,以期利用碳在高温下优先氧化的特性抑制等离子喷涂飞行粒子中Fe、Al元素的氧化,获得无氧化物的高温熔滴从而制备低氧含量(质量分数)、粒子间充分结合的FeAl金属间化合物涂层的新方法。采用APS制备Fe Al涂层,研究金刚石的添加对涂层氧含量、碳含量、涂层内粒子间结合质量与硬度的影响规律,探讨FeAl熔滴飞行中的氧化行为。采用商用热喷涂粒子诊断系统测量APS喷涂中的粒子温度,通过SEM与XRD表征了涂层的组织结构,并表征涂层的结合强度与硬度。结果表明,在等离子射流的加热和Fe、Al元素放热反应的联合作用下,飞行中FeAl熔滴的表面温度可达2 000℃以上,满足C原位脱氧的热力学条件。与不含碳的传统Fe Al涂层中的氧含量随喷涂距离的增加而显著增加的规律完全不同,用Fe/Al/2.5C粉末喷涂时涂层中的氧含量随距离的增加而减小,表明飞行中熔滴的氧化得到抑制,实现了C原位脱氧抑制金属元素氧化的自清洁氧化物的效应。FeAl/... 相似文献

采用电热爆炸喷涂技术在铝合金基体上制备钼涂层,用SEM、划痕仪、显微硬度计、表面粗糙度仪、微磨损试验机等表征了涂层性能。借助正交试验方法分析了钼涂层制备中各工艺参数对涂层质量的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数。结果表明:用电热爆炸喷涂方法制备的钼涂层均匀致密,孔隙率低;涂层与基体形成冶金结合,结合强度高;涂层硬度为基体的4.9倍,体积磨损量仅为基体的11.2%,耐磨性大幅增加。电爆炸喷涂的工艺参数中,对涂层质量和结合力影响最大的是喷涂距离,其次是喷涂次数,影响最小的是喷涂电压。 相似文献
