在硫酸盐镀液中加入纳米WC颗粒,通过电沉积在紫铜表面制备了Ni-Co/WC复合镀层.采用单因素分析法考察了镀液中纳米颗粒浓度、温度、阴极电流密度和搅拌速度对复合镀层硬度的影响,确定了电沉积Ni-Co/WC复合镀层的最佳工艺条件为:镀液中纳米颗粒浓度11 g/L、温度60℃、阴极电流密度5 A/dm2、搅拌速度450 r/min.在最佳工艺条件下电沉积的Ni-Co/WC复合镀层硬度达到467.2 HV,显著高于紫铜的硬度(116.7 HV),也高于对照的Ni-Co合金镀层硬度(416.0 HV).最佳条件下制备的Ni-Co/WC复合镀层能起到表面强化的作用,为解决紫铜硬度较低的问题提供了借鉴. 相似文献

通过有机溶剂对多壁碳纳米管薄膜进行溶剂热及有机电镀处理,制备了高导电性能和载流能力的Cu/MWCNTs复合薄膜,其中铜晶体均匀的分布在MWCNTs内部及外部,且复合材料的密度仅为铜的1/4。在碳纳米管薄膜的电学性能提高下进一步分析了溶剂热、不同电流密度、退火还原及热压对碳纳米管电学性能的影响。结果表明:溶液浓度为7. 5 mmol/L电流密度为2 m A/cm2,沉积时间2 h,水浴温度为26℃,复合薄膜的性能达到最佳;退火温度为300℃,以及在1000℃和2. 6 MPa压力下热压,复合薄膜的电导率及载流性能达到最佳,分别为2. 5×107 S/m和1×105 A/cm2。 相似文献

研究了电流密度对镍-铁薄膜的电化学过程、成分、表面形貌、耐蚀性和磁性能的影响。通过实验发现,镍-铁薄膜的电沉积属于一种"异常共沉积"现象。低电流密度下,镍-铁薄膜中铁的质量分数较高;高电流密度下,镍-铁薄膜中镍的质量分数较高。镍-铁薄膜属于一种典型的颗粒膜层,在4A/dm2下制得的镍-铁薄膜表面致密、颗粒细致、耐蚀性较好。随着电流密度的增大,镍-铁薄膜的矫顽力逐渐升高,而比饱和磁化强度逐渐降低。 相似文献

Magnetic water-in-oil microemulsions with anisotropic morphology have been generated by mixing single-chain magnetic surfactants (dodecyltrimethylammonium trichloromonobromoferrate, DTAF) with non-magnetic di-chain analogues (didodecyldimethylammonium bromide, DDAB). Full phase diagrams have been mapped as a function of surfactant composition, water content, and temperature. It was shown that for all surfactant concentrations [Surfactanttotal], on replacing 30 wt% DDAB with DTAF optimum (i.e. wt% of the total surfactant) w ratios (w = [water]/[surfactant]) could be achieved; up to w = 120 for [Surfactanttotal] = 0.050 M. Small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) indicated that microemulsion droplets have a rod-like morphology with a radius commensurate with the surfactant tail length and an aspect ratio between 6 and 35. In the presence of a large magnetic field (6.7 T) no reorientation of the droplets was observed by SANS. 相似文献

We study magnetic-field directed self-assembly of magnetic nanoparticles onto templates recorded on perpendicular magnetic recording media, and quantify feature width and height as a function of assembly time. Feature widths are determined from Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images, while heights are obtained with Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). For short assembly times, widths were ~150 nm, while heights were ~14 nm, a single nanoparticle on average with a 10:1 aspect ratio. For long assembly times, widths approach 550 nm, while the average height grows to 3 nanoparticles, ~35 nm; a 16:1 aspect ratio. We perform magnetometry on these self-assembled structures and observe the slope of the magnetic moment vs. field curve increases with time. This increase suggests magnetic nanoparticle interactions evolve from nanoparticle–nanoparticle interactions to cluster–cluster interactions as opposed to feature–feature interactions. We suggest the aspect ratio increase occurs because the magnetic field gradients are strongest near the transitions between recorded regions in perpendicular media. If these gradients can be optimized for assembly, strong potential exists for using perpendicular recording templates to assemble complex heterogeneous materials. 相似文献

The preparation of nonoriented as well as magnetically oriented specimens of 2MeO · 2BaO·-6Fe2 O3 and 2MeO·3BaO·12Fe2 O3 is described. The MeO component is limited to NiO, ZnO, CoO, and CuO and mixtures of these in this discussion. The orienting apparatus and technique employed are briefly described. The magnetic permeability and loss as measured at 250 Mc is shown for many of these prepared compositions. The effect of the orienting magnetic field strength as well as firing temperature on the observed magnetic properties is discussed. 相似文献

为了解决单颗磁性磨粒其磁场力难以定量分析和测量的问题,本文通过对现有磁场力理论进行分析,利用特斯拉仪对永磁极轴线方向上的磁场强度进行测量,并利用MATLAB对磁场强度的实际测量值进行数值拟合,得出了磁场强度关于加工距离的函数曲线,进而获得磁场强度变化率的函数曲线,以其代替理论公式中的磁场强度梯度推导得出了便于定量分析的磁性磨粒所受磁场力的数学模型.同时设计了一种单颗磁性磨粒磁场力的测量装置,在磁化后磁性磨粒磁场力的作用下,精密电子天平上永磁极的重量发生改变,其改变量即为一定体积磁性磨粒的磁场力,通过体积比计算出单颗磁性磨粒磁场力的大小.结果表明,在1.5、3.5、5.5、7.5和9.5 mm处,相同体积、磁场强度下的数学模型计算值和实际测量值均方根误差为0.01366,验证了该数学模型的准确性. 相似文献

磁性液体是一种高分子稳定胶体,实验观察发现磁性液体在外施磁场作用下,磁性颗粒沿着外磁场方向形成一定有序排列的球链簇,却又不是絮凝使胶体系统失稳,显示出与其它胶体系统的不同之处。在一般胶体系统中弱絮凝行为表现不明显,不引起重视,通过计算分析发现磁性液体在外加磁场下弱絮凝行为表现却异常明显,而且弱絮凝行为存在着方向性,又不使胶体系统失稳,与实验和实际应用相符。从而揭示了磁性液体在外施磁场作用下各向异性的机理,并且很好地解释了光波在在外施磁场作用下的磁性液体中会产生光的双折射效应等现象。 相似文献
