继电器作为工业生产中的常用设备,其误动作或故障问题会直接影响工业设备安全性、电力供应稳定性,进而对企业综合效益造成负面影响。因此,在实施继电器选型时必须实施严格的试验测试分析,触点接触电阻作为直接反映继电器综合性能的重要参数之一,更是继电器试验测试中需着重分析的内容。本文将介绍一种基于LabVIEW的继电器触点接触电阻自动测试设计方案,此设计主要包括系统硬件平台、自动测试方案、系统软件设计3个部分,为进一步确定继电器触点接触电阻自动测试设计方案的应用效果,采用多种继电器样品分析测试,最终确认自动测试设计方案具有较高的检测精度。 相似文献

传统的温度继电器自动测试系统因在测试精度、稳定性等各方面的不足,已经无法满足越来越多的高尖端领域对温度继电器质量的要求。将嵌入式技术应用于温度继电器自动测试系统的核心控制部分,实现了核心控制系统部分的硬件以及关键应用程序的设计,并将该核心控制系统应用于温度继电器自动测试系统中,通过与传统温度继电器自动测试系统的实验分析对比,该核心控制系统在温度测试的精确度以及系统的稳定性方面都有了很大的提高。 相似文献

自动测试与故障诊断的联合研究已经在电子设备实际工作中得到较为广泛的应用。文章针对通信设备研发阶段射频指标测试效率低下以及测试故障定位难度较大等问题,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的自动测试系统以及适用于射频指标自动测试问题定位的智能故障诊断系统。故障诊系统采用基于专家系统的知识库及推理机制,解释机制采用预制文本法进行设计。实际运行结果表明该系统能够高效准确地完成射频指标自动测试,并对测试过程中出现的问题进行较为准确的定位。 相似文献

针对接触器和电力电子器件在低压无功补偿独立应用中存在的问题,设计了一种以PIC单片机为核心,以可控硅与磁保持继电器并联为主回路开关的电容投切复合开关;装置投合后电流由磁保持继电器单独承担,触点功耗很小,且抗谐波强,在投或切的瞬间,通过可控硅和继电器配合工作,补偿响应速度快,过零投切浪涌小;PIC单片机可靠地实现多路信号监测和对可控硅与磁保持继电器的控制,并实现故障自诊断、恢复和指示功能,文章对该电路的结构、基本原理、时序和性能等进行了描述;该设计已经完成测试、改进和开发,批量生产和应用证明收到良好的使用效果。 相似文献

Bistable micro mechanisms are gaining great attention in MEMS applications. This paper presents the mechanical modeling and
experimental characterization of a bistable torsion/cantilever micro latching mechanism for performing low power bistable
relay applications. The bistable micro mechanism consists of two cantilevers which form symmetrical rocker levers. The free–free
cantilever is suspended by a diamond skeleton which in turn is attached to a torsion cantilever. A permanent magnet is placed
beside for holding the closed state with a permalloy soft magnetic circuit. The special diamond support is designed to enhance
the stiffness of the overhang beams. In order to deduce the spring stiffness of system, a mechanical modeling of the leveraged
torsion/cantilever system was performed by Castigliano’s theorem. Meanwhile, the magnetostatic latching force was also deduced
by the Maxwell electromagnetism theory. Then the device has been prepared by a laminated copper sacrificial layer process.
This process can facilitate the fabrication complexities of traditional magnetic device with coil structures. Finally, mechanical
performance was characterized by an atomic force microscopy, combined with finite element simulation using ANSYS™ package and analysis model as well. Two stable states of the micro mechanism were hold successfully with no power consumption

This paper describes the underlying principles, design and operation of a new type of latching micromagnetic relay. The device is based on preferential magnetization of a soft magnetic cantilever in a permanent external magnetic field. Switching between two stable states is accomplished by momentarily changing the direction of the cantilever's magnetization by passing a short current pulse through a planar coil situated under the cantilever. Once the relay is switched, it is held in this nonvolatile state by the permanent external magnetic field. Latching operation has been demonstrated for devices having two different cantilever geometries and a variety of sizes. Characterization has been performed under dc and ac conditions. The minimum (lead-to-lead) resistance through the switch is approximately 50 mΩ.. The switching current and minimum switching pulse width are 79 mA and 0.2 ms, respectively. The operating voltage is about 5 V. The switching energy consumption is <9.3 μJ 相似文献

In this paper, we report a new type of latching micromagnetic optical switch. The key component of this optical switch is a cantilever made of soft magnetic material with a reflective surface serving as a mirror. The cantilever has two stable positions, therefore two stable states for the device, with presence of an external magnetic field. Input optical signal to the device is switched selectively to one of the two output ports when the device transitions between the two states upon short electromagnetic actuations. The optical switch is bistable because the cantilever has a tendency to align with the external magnetic field, and the torque to align the cantilever can be bidirectional depending on the angle between the cantilever and the magnetic field. Switching between the two stable states is accomplished by momentarily changing the direction and/or the magnitude of the cantilever's magnetization by passing a short current pulse through a planar coil underneath the cantilever. In either of its stable state, the cantilever is held in position by the combined influence of the static external magnetic field and mechanical force, such as from a physical stopper or a mechanical torque produced by the torsion flexures supporting the cantilever. Stable vertical position for the cantilever is obtained by using a tilted external magnetic field. When the cantilever mirror is at this UP state, light is reflected to the desired output port. Large angle deflection and bistable latching operations have been demonstrated. The measured mechanical switching speed between the two states of the prototype is 3.2 ms. Optical insertion loss is -4 dB, and the energy consumption is 44 mJ for each switching event. 相似文献

为了达到快速、精准的继电保护信息系统终端设备测试效果,设计一种继电保护信息系统终端设备智能测试系统。利用无线方式将数据采集模块所采集的终端设备数据传输至数据处理模块;利用信号处理算法除掉原始数据中的干扰数据,使其符合监测预警模块的要求;实现终端设备运行状态量变化实时监测,并发出预警等级信息;智能测试模块将高于监测预警指标的终端设备数据形成录波数据,利用保护装置结合录波数据获取保护运作行为结果,通过评价运作行为结果完成终端设备智能测试。实验结果表明,所研究的系统能够实现继电保护信息系统终端设备的智能化测试,提升测试终端设备的工作效率与电力企业的经济效益。 相似文献
