非平行微带线是印刷电路板(PCB)上不可避免的互连结构。针对PCB 上非平行微带线间的串扰问题,用平行微带线近似非平行微带线,把平行耦合微带线间的串扰抵消方法应用到非平行耦合微带线中,提出了利用耦合传输线信道传输矩阵方法来进行远端串扰抵消,在对非平行耦合传输线信道传输矩阵进行特征值分解的基础上构建串扰抵消电路。仿真了非平行微带线间夹角分别为q=3°、5°、10°时的串扰,结果表明,该方法可以有效改善非平行微带线上信号眼图的质量,串扰抵消效果良好。 相似文献

针对现有串扰减小方法效果有限、成本高、资源消耗多等问题,提出了一种基于信道传输矩阵逆矩阵减小微带线间串扰的方法。该方法通过将信道传输矩阵化为单位阵来实现串扰减小。根据理论分析设计了该方法的电路结构。仿真结果表明,使用该方法进行串扰抵消后串扰幅度和抖动都有明显改善,且该方法的电路结构简单。 相似文献

针对高速数字电路PCB中传输线间串扰的严重性,从精确分析PCB中串扰噪声的角度出发,在传统的双线耦合模型的基础上,采用了一种三线串扰耦合模型。该模型由两条攻击线和一条受害线组成,两条攻击线位于受害线的两侧,线间采取平行耦合的方式。利用信号完整性仿真软件Hyperlynx对受害线上的近端串扰噪声和远端串扰噪声进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,不同的传输模式和传输线类型、信号层与地平面的距离、耦合长度、传输线间距和信号上升/下降沿等因素会对受害线上的近端串扰和远端串扰产生较大的影响。在分析仿真结果的基础上,总结出了高速PCB设计中抑制串扰的有效措施,对高速数字电路设计有一定的指导意义。 相似文献

本文通过分析高频高速PCB上串扰产生的机理,以两条传输线之间的耦合电容和耦合电感等作为优化的参量,提出了一种改善信号串扰的差分线结构———T型差分传输线,采用正交实验方法研究 T型差分传输线结构的多个参数对远端串扰的影响,得出了改善信号远端串扰的最优组合方案,确定了这些参数对改善串扰的重要程度及主次顺序,利用HFSS对T型差分传输线和Tabbed Line进行仿真对比分析,仿真结果表明 T型差分传输线改善串扰的效果明显优于Tabbed Line。 相似文献

随着系统频率的提高,衬底材料特性已成为影响信号走线之间串扰的一个不可忽略的因素。该文基于传输线方程和频域S参数对两平行微带线间串扰耦合进行理论分析,并结合全波3维电磁场仿真工具对具有不同介电常数和不同厚度的衬底材料进行了仿真和分析,得到了微带线在不同衬底下的电场分布,以及近端和远端串扰随频率、衬底介电常数和厚度变化的曲线。随着频率的增大,远端串扰将大于近端串扰,并且随着衬底介电常数和厚度的增加,微带线间的串扰呈现正弦上升的变化趋势。 相似文献

针对串扰在高速电路印刷电路板(PCB)设计中造成严重的信号完整性问题,介绍一种可尽早发现串扰引起的问题的方法。首先利用信号完整性仿真软件HyperLynx,建立两条攻击线夹一条受害线的三线平行耦合串扰仿真模型;然后通过仿真分析传输线平行耦合长度、平行耦合间距、传输线类型、信号层与地平面层之间的介质厚度等因素对串扰噪声的影响;最后综合这些影响因素,并根据PCB设计顺序,给出抑制串扰的详细措施。实践表明,这些措施对高速PCB的设计,具有实用、可靠和提高设计效率的意义。 相似文献

Altered phase velocity lines are a novel kind of parallel microstrip lines for high-speed interconnection of digital circuits, on which the crosstalk is reduced by the different phase velocities of propagation on the adjacent lines. In this paper, a design method is proposed to optimize the geometry sizes of the altered phase velocity lines. The measured results of a prototype altered phase velocity pair designed by the proposed method are presented to validate the design method. And the effects of the process variation are simulated to analyze the robustness of the prototype in fabrication. The altered phase velocity lines outperform the symmetric parallel microstrip lines in terms of the lower far-end crosstalk (FrdCtk) and the lower dielectric loss. This technique reduces the FrdCtk in the pair of the microstrip transmission lines and does not significantly improve the near-end crosstalk. The prototype works at the speed of 2 Gbps for low crosstalk digital signal transmission, while it can transmit the high-speed clock signal at 10.5 GHz, so the altered phase velocity lines are a useful supplementary to the existing low crosstalk interconnection concepts in the scenario that the parallel microstrips have to be placed closely on printed circuit board. 相似文献

The issue of interline coupling in high-speed VLSI interconnects is addressed. A full-wave-based technique is used to numerically solve for the modes and hence the line voltages and currents for multiconductor microstrip. The accuracy of these results is compared with time-domain experimental data. Isolation lines placed between signal lines and grounded at both ends are considered as a means of significantly reducing crosstalk. It is shown that the performance of such lines depends on several factors such as relative mode velocities, signal rise and fall times, and line length. These points are illuminated by considering the effects of isolation lines in two geometries of interest in high-speed integrated circuits. In this paper, the problem of using guard traces for reducing crosstalk between differential transmission line pairs is investigated, both experimentally and by full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulations. Different cases of differential lines crosstalk are treated with and without guard trace separation between the differential line pairs. Coated microstrip printed circuit board test structures including thru-reflect-line calibration standards are designed and fabricated on a high frequency laminate material, allowing direct measurement of crosstalk between adjacent differential line pairs in the absence and in the presence of guard traces stitched with vias of regular spacing. The test structures are characterized with mixed-mode scattering parameters using a physical layer test system. Different configurations (of differential line pairs) without guard trace, with floating guard traces (which are terminated and nonterminated) and with a solid guard trace separation are investigated using a High Frequency Structure Simulator (a commercial full-wave 3-D EM simulation tool). The experimental data are compared with the simulation results, and some conclusions and guidelines on the effect of guard traces for alleviating crosstalk between differential transmission lines are presented 相似文献

随着自适应光学(AO)系统的发展,波前处理机(WFP)中包含了复杂的高速I/O接口和多电平标准供电,使得WFP面临严重的信号完整性(SI)挑战,若不能有效解决这些问题,系统性能将会受到严重影响。文章使用场路混合仿真方法对高速波前处理机中并行多传输线间的串扰、高速传输通道上的反射及高速串行链路上的差分信号完整性问题进行了分析与仿真。结果表明通过增大间距与增加短路防护布线可有效降低串扰,通过终端与源端共同匹配的方式可减少信号反射,差分线不平衡会增加高速链路的共模噪声,最后进行了系统级高速链路仿真与实测,传输速度达6.25Gb/s,误码率低于1×10-12,满足系统要求。 相似文献

T型微带线的串扰是高速电路信号完整性问题中的重要组成部分。采用PML(Perfectly Matched Layer)-FDTD方法首次对T型微带线间的串扰问题进行全波分析,并给出抑制串扰的具体措施。PML-FDTD仿真结果表明,不同的改进结构参数对串扰的影响不同:(1)开口距离S越大线间串扰越小,最多减小10dB;(2)开口角度 越小线间串扰越小,减小幅度最多达14dB。由此得出,在T型微带线上开三角形口,通过改变开口距离S和开口角度 可实现对邻近微带线串扰的有效抑制。 相似文献
