通过对基于网络的动态联盟工作流系统需求的分析,针对工作流管理联盟(WfMC)制定的工作流参考模型,提出了三种简化活动模型:并发活动模型(AND Activity Model)、选择活动模型(OR Activity Model)和普通活动模型(Basic Activity Model)来定义基于网络的工作流,引入看板模式解决Web环境下的工作流管理;实现了基于网络的动态联盟工作流系统的动态柔性,以及动态联盟活动信息的实时传递。  相似文献

 基于敏捷制造的哲理,剖析了动态联盟企业信息系统的基本概念和内涵,指出了其具有系统分布性、盟员协同性、动态适应性、运作敏捷性、快速重构性等主要特征,并分析了动态联盟企业信息系统与传统企业信息系统的差异.在分析动态联盟企业信息系统结构的基础上,提出了该系统的抽象层次结构,并利用面向对象的方法进行了逐层描述. 结合所提出的三层结构,探讨了动态联盟企业信息系统重组的思想和方法.  相似文献

Virtual manufacturing is a dynamic enterprise structure that will enable future competitiveness in the fast changing business environment. This is made possible through quick IT based integration of flexible and core competent business entities capable of providing value-added product and services. Flexibility elements represent change capabilities of enterprise wide processes and resources in time and cost dimensions. Value chain considerations require synergy among the participating flexible resources. Also decision information synchronization delays need to be managed so that other entity flow processes in the enterprise remain well synchronized. This may require a capability of dynamic changes in flexible structures leading to effective virtual enterprises. There is a need to develop suitable enterprise architectures for virtual enterprises that offer an increasing focus on agility. Infrastructure support for integration of flexible capability to attain synergy among resources is necessary for enterprise agility. We conceptualize virtual manufacturing (VM) as an integrating infrastructure of flexible resources made possible through alliance of enterprises that are individually core competent in specific business function. Such a VM can attain the required cost, flexibility and responsiveness characteristics in its operations to provide solution to the demanding customer in a global dynamic market. Modelling frameworks depicting these composite flexibility states have complex and tacit interrelationship with plural business goals. Analytical network process (ANP) has been used to model the interrelationship of different decision domains with a view to prioritize enterprise wide flexibility dimensions. The ANP modelling framework takes into consideration the interdependency among sub-strategies. We demonstrate through sensitivity analysis that strategic shift is required to accommodate changes due to dynamic condition in the business environment.  相似文献

This study examines the antecedents of strategic alliance formation in manufacturing firms in China, the alliance effect on innovation capability and dyadic quality performance, and how these two organisational capabilities are related to the supply chain performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai. We perform a series of statistical techniques including logistic regression analysis, multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and multiple regression analysis for assessing the hypothesised relationships. Our findings indicate that relational stability and effective communication are significant antecedent factors influencing strategic alliance formation among Chinese manufacturing enterprises. Such alliance formation is found to benefit innovation capability and dyadic quality performance, which are significant contributors to the supply chain performance of Chinese manufacturers. We provide important theoretical and practical implications on these antecedents and consequences of strategic alliance formation leading to supply chain performance in the Chinese manufacturing context.  相似文献

When a scheduling environment is static and system attributes are deterministic, a manufacturing schedule can be obtained by applying analytical tools such as mathematical modelling technology, dynamic programming, the branch- and-bound method or other developed searching algorithms. Unfortunately, a scheduling environment is usually dynamic in a real manufacturing world. A production system may vary with time and require production managers to change schedule repeatedly. Therefore, the main aim here was to find a scheduling method that could reduce the need for rescheduling. An approach called Functional Virtual Population was proposed as assistance to learn robust scheduling knowledge for manufacturing systems under rationally changing environments. The used techniques include machine learning with artificial neural networks and IF-THEN scheduling rules. To illustrate the study in detail, a simulated flexible manufacturing system consisting of four machines, four parts, one automatic guided vehicle and eight buffers was built as the foundation for learning the concept. Also, Pythia software (a back-propagation-based neural networks) was employed as the learning tool in the learning procedure.  相似文献

In many optimisation studies, it is assumed that problem related data does not change once the generated solution plan or schedule is currently in use. However, majority of real-life manufacturing problems are time-varying in their nature due to unpredictable events such as changes in lot sizes, fluctuating capacities of manufacturing constraints, changes in costs or profits. A problem, which contains at least one of these feature is referred as dynamic optimisation problem (DOP) in the related literature. The present study introduces a practical industrial application of a DOP, emerging particularly in flexible manufacturing systems (FMSs), where numerically controlled machine tools with automatic tool changers are employed. It is already known in FMSs that minimisation of non-machining times is vital for an efficient use of scarce resources. Therefore, fast response to possible changes in production is crucial in order to attain flexibility. In this context, first, a benchmarking environment is created by making use of already published problems and by introducing dynamic events. Next, effective strategies, including simulated annealing (SA) algorithm along with SA with multiple starts are developed for the introduced problem. Numerical results show that the developed SA with multiple starts is a promising approach for the introduced problem.  相似文献
