视觉的、造价低廉实用的非接触式机器人直线轨迹测量系统.该测量系统由结构光视觉传感 器、测量轨道、主控计算机及相关软件组成.视觉传感器可固定于机器人末端.当机器人末 端带动视觉传感器沿测量轨道做直线运动时,通过传感器测量相对测量轨道的连续位姿关系 ,就可间接描述机器人末端的运动轨迹.当重复同一直线运动时,可检测出机器人的轨迹重 复性.本文综述了机器人直线轨迹测量设备的研究现状,介绍了轨迹检测系统的测量原 理,重点讨论了该测量系统的两个关键技术:空间特征点的图象提取技术和三维坐标计算方 法,并描述了该系统的结构、性能指标和测量试验结果.  相似文献

为了验证提出的多传感器融合在工程应用中的有效性,针对视觉运动产生的失真情况,提出一种视觉-IMU传感器融合SALM的研究,并且设计了多传感器融合SLAM系统,将相机与IMU进行联合标定、采用图优化的融合方法在空间和时间上得到数据上的对齐。通过ROS系统自带的GAZEBO进行实时仿真,建立机器人小车模型在仿真的空间中运动,再通过APE绝对位姿误差计算并对比,得出了视觉-IMU融合的绝对位姿误差要比未融合情况下的误差小,优化之后的精度相比未融合的精度要高。因此利用该方法设计的融合系统较为合理。  相似文献

为提高爬壁机器人运动位姿精准度与稳定性,解决现有位姿定位控制系统存在的控制效果不佳的问题,利用大数据聚类分析技术,通过软、硬件结构的设计,实现爬壁机器人位姿定位控制系统的优化。改装爬壁机器人位姿传感器、爬壁机器人驱动元件、爬壁机器人位姿定位控制器的内部连接结构及工作方式,扩大系统存储器的存储空间,通过系统电路的连接完成硬件系统的设计。根据爬壁机器人的组成结构和工作机理,建立机械结构与运动模型。在构建模型下,采集爬壁机器人实时运行数据,利用大数据聚类分析技术处理初始采集数据,判定爬壁机器人的当前位姿。规划爬壁机器人位姿及关节轨迹,结合当前爬壁机器人的运行数据,计算爬壁机器人位姿定位控制量,在控制器的约束下,实现爬壁机器人位姿定位控制功能。通过系统测试实验得出结论:通过设计位姿定位控制系统的应用,爬壁机器人样机的足端轨迹控制误差、关节角度控制误差和占空比控制误差均低于预设值,即设计系统具有良好的位姿定位控制效果。  相似文献

针对医疗场合导航引导下的手术机器人定位精度检测问题,提出了基于三坐标测量机的机器人位姿距离精度测量方法。该方法通过放置在一个平面上的三个标准球来实现三坐标测量机对姿态精度的测量,并参照机器人辅助外科手术系统的定位原理构建基于三坐标测量机的机器人位姿检测平台。在此基础上,依据国家标准规定的机器人性能检测方法和过程,完成机器人位姿距离精度的测量。通过该方法对研发的骨科手术定位机器人进行测量的结果表明,所设计机器人位置距离准确度和重复性分别在[10-1]mm和[10-2]mm级别,姿态距离准确度和重复性分别在[10-1]度和[10-2]度级别。最后将该机器人应用于前交叉韧带重建手术实验,结果表明通过这种方法检测的机器人能够满足手术场合要求。  相似文献

针对工业遥操作机器人位姿定位过程中难以同步控制位置和姿态角,导致位姿定位准确性较差的问题,利用大数据聚类技术,从硬件和软件两个方面优化设计工业遥操作机器人位姿定位控制系统。通过位姿传感器的改装,保证传感器设备能够同时测量机器人位置与姿态,改装定位控制器和驱动器。在系统硬件的支持下,考虑机器人组成结构、运动原理和动力学理论,构建机器人数学模型,在该模型下模拟机器人遥操作过程,确定机器人位姿的定位控制目标。实时采集机器人位姿数据,利用大数据聚类技术计算定位控制量,在控制器的约束下,实现系统的位姿定位控制功能。通过系统测试实验得出结论:综合多种类型的运动情况,在优化设计系统的控制下,机器人的位置误差平均值为4.5mm,姿态角控制误差为0.04°。  相似文献

建立了一种并联机器人位姿立体视觉测量系统框架,主要包括图像采集与传输、摄像机标定、尺度不变量特征变换(SIFT)匹配、空间点重建和位姿测量五个部分。该系统基于SIFT,能够很好地处理图像在大视角有遮挡、平移、旋转、亮度和尺度变化时的特征点匹配,有较高的匹配精度,特别适用于对并联机器人多自由度和空间复杂运动的检测。最后使用该方法对并联机器人位姿检测做了仿真实验。  相似文献

针对移动机器人在定位过程中,由传感器测量误差和机器人模型引起的位姿误差导致系统定位精度急剧下降的问题,提出了一种多新息卡尔曼滤波算法.在标准卡尔曼滤波的基础上,当传感器测量值存在误差时,引入抗差权因子,通过改变误差测量值的权值提高滤波器的估计精度;当机器人位姿存在误差时,引入自适应因子,通过调整状态协方差矩阵的大小抵制位姿误差引起的滤波发散.同时,引入了多新息,即多个时刻的新息向量,进一步提高此非线性系统的精度.实验表明:当存在测量误差和位姿误差时,该滤波算法能有效提高定位精度.  相似文献

机器人末端位姿的精度依赖于各关节几何参数的精度。为了提高机器人的位姿精度,提出了一种简单实用的机器人参数辨识方法。利用D-H 算法建立的机器人运动学方程,得到了末端位姿与各关节参数的关系。为了解决辨识过程中的复杂计算问题,设计了一种采用拆分参数的迭代方法和相应的实验方法,运用激光跟踪仪对位姿进行精确测量,求得实际几何结构参数。实验结果验证了所提出方法的有效性。  相似文献

为了解决机器人系统工具端定位精度不高的问题,提出一种基于二维码修正机器人系统的位姿估计方法。通过机器人系统获取的地面定位修正二维码图像信息,计算出机器人系统实际位置与机器人示教位置的转换矩阵,并利用转换矩阵生成新的工件坐标系,按照新的工件坐标系移动机器人系统,到达修正后的目标位置。该方法使机器人工具端达到了高精度定位,修正了机器人系统的位姿偏差,精度可达到0.5 mm。  相似文献

The developmental process is seen as a dialogue between technologists and teachers. This dialogue is often problematic because of the differences in training, experience and culture between them. Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献
