在N_2气氛中,用蒸发冷凝法,制备了Sn细微粒和Fe及Fe-47(wt)%Ni合金超细微粒。分别用SEM和TEM,直接观测粒子大小及其分布。结果表明,平均粒径不是随N_2气压强增加单调上升,而是在某一压强P_(max)下,出现最大值。随蒸发温度提高,P_(max)值迅速增大。粒子大小及其分布与粒子生长机制密切相关。对粒子凝聚生长条件进行了简要讨论。  相似文献

本文借助高分辩电子普微镜研究了Si3N4/BF(f)复合材料的相界面。研究发现,BN纤维的两端与基体结合牢固,界面不易解离,材料民裂过程中纤维很难拔出。材料的韩性主要通过BN纤维自身(001)面上的滑移、撕裂和弯曲以及BN纤维的侧表与Si3N4颗粒的颗上的解离等途径得以提高.  相似文献

通过PCR二步法,构建了mCSF-1R激酶负性突变子,以及野生型和突变型CSF-1R的送病毒表达载体pCEN/MPSV。进行了125I-CSF-1受体结合分析:检测了激酶负性突变子,删除了CSF-1RC-末端氨基酸925以后部分的突变体(CTRUNC925)和删除了激酶插入区的突变体(△KI)在32D髓细胞表达。表达水平可达1~2×104受体/细胞。初步测定了通过CSF-1R所介导的促细胞分裂效应。  相似文献

通过以高岭土、活性碳及Fe(NO3)3·9H2O(少量)催化剂混合物制成小圆饼样品,进行了在氮气(N2)氛中经碳热还原氮化反应合成高纯β-Sialon粉料的探索研究。用X射线物相分析法对反应生成物的物相组成及其相对含量进行测定,分析研究混合原样中碳与高岭土的比例、保温温度、保温时间和样品孔隙率实验因素对合成产物组分的影响。本文讨论了有关实验条件与产物中物相的关系和β-Sialon的形成过程。研究结  相似文献

The Lower Limbs Exoskeleton jumping assisting Intelligence System(LLEIS)can be used to improve maneuverability of soldiers with key technologies of human motion characteristics recognition and design of an intelligence power assisting device.Data on the movement of human lower limbs has been collected by using three kinds of instruments to research the parameters of characteristics recognition.The results indicated that the optimal angle between knee and ankle is 157° for jumping assistance,and the peak force on the arch is 80 N in upward jumping and much lower in forward jumping.The LLEIS simplified model is accomplished under UG and exported into ADAMS for the kinematics and dynamics simulation.The research findings indicate that the LLEIS can be used to enhance carrying and hopping ability of lower limbs effectively and as a reference for the design of a real system.  相似文献

为了考核传汽车动系疲劳耐久性,利用汽车传动系道路模拟试验系统在室内重现车辆在真实道路上的行驶扭矩载荷谱。对载荷谱数据进行频谱分析,确定负载模拟系统载荷谱频带宽度。为了提高负载模拟控制系统对目标载荷曲线的跟随精度,设计了一种滑模变结构技术和迭代学习控制技术相结合的控制器,迭代学习控制通过重复执行同一任务来减少跟随误差,使系统输出尽可能逼近理想值,结合滑模变结构控制响应快,对参数变化及扰动不敏感的优点提高了模拟系统的鲁棒性。滑模迭代学习控制方法在学习10次后其控制精度(4.7%)比使用常规PID控制(8.3%)提高了3.6%,迭代后载荷响应误差可控制在5%以内,能够满足室内耐久性试验的要求。       相似文献

The Robogymnast is a highly complex, three-link system based on the triple-inverted pendulum and is modelled on the human example of a gymnast suspended by their hands from the high bar and executing larger and larger upswings to eventually rotate fully. The links of the Robogymnast correspond respectively to the arms, trunk, and lower limbs of the gymnast, and from its three joints, one is under passive operation, while the remaining two are powered. The passive top joint poses severe challenges in attaining the smooth movement control needed to operate the Robogymnast effectively. This study assesses four types of controllers used for systems operation and identifies how far response stabilisation is achieved with each. The system is simulated using MATLAB Simulink, with findings generated regarding rising and settling time, as well as overshoot. The research primarily seeks to examine the application of a linear quadratic regulator controller, proportionalintegral-derivative controller, fuzzy linear quadratic regulator controller and linear quadratic regulator- proportional-integral-derivative controller for this type of system and comparisons between the different controllers to demonstrate successful performance, which highlights the claimed advantages of the proposed system.  相似文献

The conventional iterative learning control (ILC) algorithm for model-based ILC of non-linear systems is presented with the use of a non-linear inverse model as ILC compensator. The non-linear inverse model is solved with stable inversion. In addition, an alternative ILC algorithm for model-based ILC of non-linear systems is developed, also with using a non-linear inverse model as ILC compensator. Some connections between the conventional and alternative ILC algorithms and Picard, Mann and Ishikawa iterations are explored. Heterogenous catalysis is important for future clean and sustainable energy systems. However, an urgent need to promote the development of efficient and stable hydrogen evolution catalysts still exists. In this study, ruthenium nanoparticles (Ru NPs) are in situ grown on Fe5Ni4S8 support (Ru/FNS) by replacement growth strategy. An efficient Ru/FNS electrocatalyst with enhanced interfacial effect is then developed and successfully applied for pH-universal hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). The Fe vacancies formed by FNS during the electrochemical process are found to be conducive to the introduction and firm anchoring of Ru atoms. Compared to Pt atoms, Ru atoms get easily aggregated and then grow rapidly to form NPs. This induces more bonding between Ru NPs and FNS, preventing the fall-off of Ru NPs and maintaining the structural stability of FNS. Moreover, the interaction between FNS and Ru NPs can adjust the d-band center of Ru NPs, as well as balance the hydrolytic dissociation energy and hydrogen binding energy. Consequently, the as-prepared Ru/FNS electrocatalyst exhibits excellent HER activity and improved cycle stability under pH-universal conditions. The developed pentlandite-based electrocatalysts with low cost, high activity, and good stability are promising candidates for future applications in water electrolysis.  相似文献
