在移动边缘计算(MEC)中,计算资源和电池容量有限的移动设备(MD)可卸载自身计算密集型应用到边缘服务器上执行,这样不仅可以提高MD计算能力,也能降低能耗。然而,不合理的任务卸载决策不但会延长应用完成时间,而且会大量增加能耗,进而降低用户体验。鉴于此,首先分析MD的移动性和任务间的顺序依赖关系,建立动态MEC网络下的以应用完成时间和能源消耗最小为优化目标的多目标任务卸载问题模型;然后,设计求解该问题的马尔可夫决策过程(MDP)模型,包括状态空间、动作空间和奖励函数,并提出基于深度Q网络(DQN)的多目标任务卸载算法(MTOA-DQN),该算法采用一条轨迹作为经验池的最小单元来改进原始的DQN算法。在多种测试场景下,MTOA-DQN的性能在累积奖励和Cost方面均优于三种对比算法(基于分解的多目标进化算法(MOEA/D)、自适应的DAG任务调度算法(ADTS)和原始的DQN算法),验证了该算法的有效性和可靠性。  相似文献

计算卸载作为移动边缘计算(MEC)中降低时延与能耗的手段之一,通过合理的卸载决策能够降低工业成本。针对工业生产线中部署MEC服务器后时延变长和能耗增高的问题,提出了一种基于粒子群优化(PSO)算法的计算卸载策略PSAO。首先,将实际问题建模为时延模型与能耗模型。由于是针对时延敏感型的应用,因此将模型转化为在能耗约束条件下的最小化时延问题,使用惩罚函数来平衡时延与能耗。其次,根据PSO算法优化后得到计算卸载决策向量,通过集中控制的方式使每一个计算任务合理分配到对应的MEC服务器。最后,通过仿真实验,对比分析了本地卸载策略、MEC基准卸载策略、基于人工鱼群算法(AFSA)的卸载策略以及PSAO的时延数据,PSAO的平均总时延远远低于其他三种卸载策略,PSAO比原来系统总代价降低了20%。实验结果表明,PSAO策略能够降低MEC中的时延,均衡MEC服务器的负载。  相似文献

移动边缘计算(MEC)系统中,因本地计算能力和电池能量不足,终端设备可以决定是否将延迟敏感性任务卸载到边缘节点中执行。针对卸载过程中用户任务随机产生且系统资源动态变化问题,提出了一种基于异步奖励的深度确定性策略梯度(asynchronous reward deep deterministic policy gradient,ARDDPG)算法。不同于传统独立任务资源分配采用顺序等待执行的策略,该算法在任务产生的时隙即可执行资源分配,不必等待上一个任务执行完毕,以异步模式获取任务计算奖励。ARDDPG算法在时延约束下联合优化了任务卸载决策、动态带宽分配和计算资源分配,并通过深度确定性策略梯度训练神经网络来探索最佳优化性能。仿真结果表明,与随机策略、基线策略和DQN算法相比,ARDDPG算法在不同时延约束和任务生成率下有效降低了任务丢弃率和系统的时延和能耗。  相似文献

移动边缘计算(MEC)通过将算力下沉到网络边缘来降低计算时延和设备能耗。针对计算密集型和时延敏感型应用场景,提出了一种单多维动态种群策略的人工蜂群算法(OMABC)来实现计算任务的卸载。建立一个包含云服务器的边缘计算卸载模型,并构建一个以能耗为惩罚项的代价函数;将计算任务的卸载决策转化为人工蜂群算法对代价函数的寻优过程。通过仿真实验,在CEC 2017测试函数上验证了OMABC的有效性,并在边缘计算模型仿真中与本地卸载策略、随机卸载策略、基于粒子群算法(PSO)的卸载策略、基于人工蜂群算法(ABC)的卸载策略进行对比。实验结果表明,基于OMABC的边缘计算卸载策略能够有效降低MEC系统的时延及代价函数,提供更高效的服务。  相似文献

在移动边缘计算(MEC)服务器计算资源有限且计算任务具有时延约束的情况下,为缩短任务完成时间并降低终端能耗,提出针对卸载决策与资源分配的联合优化方法。在多用户多服务器MEC环境下设计一种新的目标函数以构建数学模型,结合深度强化学习理论提出改进的Nature Deep Q-learning算法Based DQN。实验结果表明,在不同目标函数中,Based DQN算法的优化效果优于全部本地卸载算法、随机卸载与分配算法、最小完成时间算法和多平台卸载智能资源分配算法,且在新目标函数下优势更为突出,验证了所提优化方法的有效性。  相似文献

随着许多计算密集型应用的出现,移动设备因其有限的计算能力无法满足用户时延、能耗等需求。移动边缘计算(MEC)通过无线信道将用户的任务计算卸载到MEC服务器,从而显著减少任务响应时延和能耗。针对多用户任务卸载问题,提出了基于稳定匹配的多用户任务卸载策略(MUTOSA),在保证用户的时延要求下达到能耗最小化。首先,在综合考虑时延与能耗的基础上,对独立任务场景下的多用户任务卸载问题进行建模;然后,基于博弈论的稳定匹配中的延迟接收思想,提出了一种调整策略;最后,通过不断迭代,解决了多用户任务卸载问题。实验结果表明,该策略相较于基准策略和启发式策略能够满足更多用户的时延要求,平均提高约10%的用户满意度,并能减少约50%的用户设备总能耗。所提策略在保证用户时延要求的同时有效地减少了能耗,可以有效地提高用户对于时延敏感型应用的体验。  相似文献

无人机(UAV)灵活机动、易于部署,可以辅助移动边缘计算(MEC)帮助无线系统提高覆盖范围和通信质量,但UAV辅助MEC系统研究中存在计算延迟需求和资源管理等挑战。针对UAV为地面多个终端设备提供辅助计算服务的时延问题,提出一种基于双延迟深度确定性策略梯度(TD3)的时延最小化任务卸载算法(TD3-TOADM)。首先,将优化问题建模为在能量约束下的最小化最大计算时延的问题;其次,通过TD3-TOADM联合优化终端设备调度、UAV轨迹和任务卸载比来最小化最大计算时延。仿真实验分析结果表明,与分别基于演员-评论家(AC)、深度Q网络(DQN)以及深度确定性策略梯度(DDPG)的任务卸载算法相比,TD3-TOADM得到的计算时延减小了8.2%以上。可见TD3-TOADM能获得低时延的最优卸载策略,具有较好的收敛性和鲁棒性。  相似文献

针对车联网(IoV)中存在大量的车辆卸载任务计算需求,而本地端边缘服务器运算能力有限的问题,提出一种移动边缘计算分层协同资源配置机制(HRAM)。所提算法以多层式的架构合理分配与有效利用移动边缘计算(MEC)服务器的运算资源,减少不同MEC服务器之间的数据多跳转发时延,并优化卸载任务请求时延。首先构建IoV边缘计算系统模型、通信模型、决策模型和计算模型;然后利用层次分析法(AHP)进行多因素综合考虑以确定卸载任务迁移的目标服务器;最后提出动态权值的任务路由策略,调用整体网络的通信能力以缩短卸载任务的请求时延。仿真实验结果表明,HRAM算法相较于任务卸载单层式资源分配(RATAOS)算法和任务卸载多层式资源分配(RATOM)算法,分别降低了40.16%和19.01%的卸载任务请求时延;且所提算法在满足卸载任务最大可容忍时延的前提下,能够满足更多卸载任务的计算需求。  相似文献

多接入边缘计算(multi-access edge computing,MEC)技术将计算和存储资源下沉到网络边缘,可大幅提高物联网(Internet of things,IoT)系统的计算能力和实时性。然而,MEC往往面临计算需求增长和能量受限的约束,高效的计算卸载及能耗优化机制是MEC技术中重要的研究领域。为保证计算效率的同时最大程度提升计算过程中的能效,提出了两级边缘节点(edge nodes,ENs)中继网络模型,并设计了一种计算资源及信道资源联合优化的最优能耗卸载策略算法(optimal energy consumption algorithm,OECA)。将MEC中的能效建模为0-1背包问题;以最小化系统总体能耗为目标,系统自适应地选择计算模式和分配无线信道资源;在Python环境下仿真验证了算法性能。仿真结果表明,相比于基于有向无环图的卸载策略算法(directed acyclic graph algorithm,DAGA),OECA可将网络容量提升18.3%,能耗缩减13.1%。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献
