采用固相法合成了季戊四醇锌。探讨了反应温度、物料配比、反应时间等因素对其热稳定性的影响,确定最佳工艺条件为:n(氧化锌)∶n(季戊四醇)为1∶2,反应温度为190℃,反应时间为4 h;热老化烘箱实验结果显示:添加单一热稳定剂1份时,所合成季戊四醇锌的热稳定时间为25 min,而氧化锌、季戊四醇简单混合物的热稳定时间为10 min,热稳定时间延长了150%左右,表明所合成物质具有良好的热稳定性。与其它热稳定剂、辅助热稳定剂复配,发现季戊四醇锌与环氧大豆油、水滑石、β-二酮有较明显的协同作用。利用季戊四醇锌复配出型材专用稳定剂CZX-228A。 相似文献

以芥酸、双氧水、甲酸为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,合成了环氧芥酸,经复分解反应制得环氧芥酸钙和环氧芥酸锌,将其作为稳定剂用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)制品中,通过刚果红法、电导率、热老化以及热失重研究测试其热稳定性能。结果表明,环氧芥酸钙/锌的配比为3:1(质量比,下同)时,长期热稳定性能较好,不易产生“锌烧”现象,热稳定时间达到118 min;分别与1,3-二甲基-6-氨基脲嘧啶(DMAU)、β-二酮、季戊四醇(PER)复配,初期着色得到很大改善,静态热稳定时间较纯PVC提高了31.1 min;复配体系协同效应为:DMAU>β-二酮>PER。 相似文献

利用环氧脂肪酸钙锌与一些辅助成分复配,将该复配体系用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)中通过老化试验进行热稳定性能的测试,并研究了钙锌稳定剂加料顺序及配比与稳定性能的关系和钙锌稳定剂与β-二酮的协同效应,筛选出稳定剂与β-二酮的最佳配方,探讨了复合稳定剂在PVC中的应用性能.结果表明,先加钙后加锌且钙锌比为3:1的稳定剂的稳定效果较佳,β-二酮能有效抑制PVC的初期着色,且用量宜为2%~4%.稳定剂在PVC中的用量为4份时效果较好. 相似文献

研究了新型有机低铅稳定剂(XW-1)及其与不同辅助稳定剂复配协效对聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定性的影响.结果表明,与铅盐、液体钙/锌稳定剂相比,XW-1明显抑制了PVC的初期着色,提高了其色泽稳定性,并改善了其加工性能;亚磷酸酯、β-二酮与XW-1的复配明显改善了PVC的初期稳定性,但对中长期稳定性影响不大.环氧大豆油与XW-I的复配协效稳定PVC的作用明显. 相似文献

以邻苯二甲酸酐、N?乙基哌嗪为原料合成N?乙基哌嗪基邻苯二甲单酰胺酸,再将其与氯化锌反应制备了N?乙基哌嗪基邻苯二甲单酰胺酸锌(ZNEP),然后将ZNEP分别与季戊四醇、二苯甲酰甲烷(β?二酮)、环氧大豆油和亚磷酸一苯二异辛酯进行复配得到4种复合热稳定剂;采用刚果红试纸法、热老化烘箱法,转矩流变仪法和热重分析仪(TG)研究了不同复合热稳定剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)静态和动态热稳定性能及热降解过程的影响。结果表明,当ZNEP、季戊四醇复配质量比为1∶2时,PVC样品的热稳定性最好,其静态热稳定时间和动态热稳定时间分别为2 340 s和1 602 s;同时,与不添加热稳定剂的样品相比,其质量损失率为5 %、10 %及质量损失速率最快时对应的温度(T5 %、T10 %、Tmax)均表现出了较大程度的提升,说明该复合热稳定剂能有效抑制PVC的热降解。 相似文献

Pentaerythritol–zinc (penzinc) was prepared by a solid‐phase reaction technique. The principal volatile products of the reaction between pentaerythritol and ZnO were analyzed with a coupled thermogravimetry—mass spectrometery system. The results indicated that a large amount of water was formed at the reaction temperature. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) results showed the appearance of penzinc as flaky particles. Accordingly, the penzinc obtained through the dehydration between pentaerythritol and ZnO is likely to be a monopentaerythritol complex, such as zinc monoglycerolate. The thermal stability of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) with penzinc as a thermal stabilizer was investigated by a Congo Red test, Oven aging test and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). The Congo Red test showed the thermal stability time of PVC with penzinc was 38 min, longer than those with commercial thermal stabilizers. TGA indicated that the penzinc had little impact on the thermal degradation of PVC, but could increase the mass of residues. Oven aging test showed that the penzinc could significantly retard the discoloration during the long‐term decomposition of PVC. Meanwhile, no “zinc burning” was observed in the PVC with penzinc. The use of biodegradable lubricants in diverse applications continues to increase. Vegetable oils (e.g., soybean oil) are
the main biodegradable lubricant base stocks used world-wide. However, there are concerns about their oxidative stability
and low-temperature performance. Improvements in oxidative stability can be made through chemical or genetic modifications.
This work compared the effects of oils with different chemical compositions. Soybean oil, high-oleic soybean oil, and epoxidized
soybean oil were compared in laboratory bench tests. The tests conducted include the Penn State sequential four-ball wear
test and the Penn State micro-oxidation test. Oxidation products from the micro-oxidation test were analyzed by FTIR and gel

研究了稀土热稳定剂对硬PVC体系的热稳定效果以及对制品的拉伸强度、冲击强度和耐热性能的影响。结果表明,稀土热稳定剂对PVC体系有一定的热稳定效果,与环氧大豆油有很好的协同效果。单独使用稀土热稳定剂的热稳定效果不如三盐、二盐类热稳定剂,但对制品的拉伸强度、冲击强度的改进效果明显。 相似文献
