等离子喷涂热障涂层高温 TGO 的形成与生长研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0

目的研究热障涂层(TBC)和纯粘结层(BC)在1100℃下的氧化动力学,探讨热障涂层中热生长氧化物(TGO)组织结构的演化规律。方法运用大气等离子喷涂技术(APS)制备涂层,对比分析热障涂层和纯粘结层涂层在1100℃下等温氧化2,5,10,20,50,100,200,350 h后TGO的厚度变化,并对粘结层表面和热障涂层截面分别进行XRD和SEM分析。结果热障涂层和纯粘结层在1100℃下的氧化动力学均遵循抛物线规律,其氧化速率常数分别为0.344,0.354μm/h0.5。等温氧化5 h后,TGO的主要成分为α-Al2O3;随氧化时间的增加,生成Cr2O3、尖晶石、Co O和Ni O的混合氧化物;等温氧化100 h后,Co O消失,Ni O的含量减少,Cr2O3和尖晶石氧化物的含量增加;等温氧化350 h后,TGO中出现了裂纹,但涂层仍未剥落,TGO最终由顶层多孔的混合氧化物层和底层具有柱状晶结构的α-Al2O3层组成。结论顶层陶瓷层(TC)对热障涂层氧化速率常数的影响很小。TGO中α-Al2O3首先形成并以柱状结晶的方式生长,混合氧化物在α-Al2O3上形成,TGO生长速度逐渐变缓。  相似文献

用大气等离子热喷涂工艺在镍基高温合金GH4169表面制备热障涂层的粘结层和陶瓷层。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和Cr~(3+)荧光光谱表征热障涂层的热生长氧化物(TGO)的物相、生长形貌与氧化铝相变的演化。研究表明,经1050℃高温氧化后,热障涂层的TGO生长服从幂指数函数规律。TGO的主要物相为Al_2O_3、Cr_2O_3和NiCr_2O_4;1050℃高温氧化300 h后,粘结层逐渐贫铝,导致Ni与已经形成的Al_2O_3反应生成尖晶石相,由于大量的Cr~(3+)参与了加速TGO相变的过程,导致Cr含量下降。  相似文献

以纳米团聚烧结的ZrO2-7%Y2O3(7YSZ)粉末为原料,采用等离子喷涂-物理气相沉积(PS-PVD)工艺及大气等离子喷涂工艺(APS)在镍基高温合金表面制备了柱状热障涂层(C-TBC)和层状热障涂层(L-TBC),并进行1 000℃的恒温氧化试验,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、电子探针、能谱分析等检测手段表征热障涂层的微观结构和高温氧化行为。结果表明:C-TBC涂层在氧化初始阶段快速生成TGO层,氧化50h后TGO层生长速率减慢,氧化动力学曲线符合五次方抛物线规律,而L-TBC涂层氧化动力学曲线符合常规二次方抛物线规律。C-TBC涂层氧化速度快于L-TBC涂层,但抗氧化剥落性能优于L-TBC涂层。  相似文献

采用低温超音速火焰喷涂工艺(LT-HVOF)制备了NiCoCrAlYTa合金涂层,通过静态氧化增量方法绘制氧化动力学曲线并计算氧化速率常数;用XRD、SEM及EDS表征涂层氧化后表面的物相组成、形貌和生成氧化物成分。结果表明:低温超音速火焰喷涂制备的NiCoCrAlYTa涂层在900、1000和1100℃氧化200h后,均达到完全抗氧化级。900℃和1000℃氧化时,涂层表面均形成致密连续的α-Al_2O_3层;1100℃氧化时,氧化产物可分为两层,外层为Cr_2O_3和尖晶石氧化物,内层为α-Al_2O_3。  相似文献

利用EB-PVD技术在Ti Al合金表面制备了扩散铝/YSZ热障涂层。采用SEM、EDS和XRD分析了涂层原始及高温氧化后的微观组织及相组成,并测试了高温氧化性能。结果表明:涂层表面YSZ层为致密柱状晶结构,由非平衡四方相t′-ZrO_2组成。Ti Al合金沉积了扩散铝/YSZ热障涂层后高温氧化性能显著提高,氧化动力学曲线呈对数变化规律,900℃高温氧化时,氧化速率为2.2×10~(-5) mg/cm~2·h。1000℃高温氧化时,氧化速率为1.14×10~(-3) mg/cm~2·h。在高温氧化过程中,粘结层与基体之间发生元素扩散,膜基界面消失。在面层与中间粘结层之间形成了均匀连续的热生长氧化物层TGO。  相似文献

用超音速氧燃料热喷涂在铁基合金上制备热障涂层粘结层,用大气等离子热喷涂技术制备陶瓷层。研究了高温氧化后其界面化合物和残余应力的演变。结果表明,随着高温氧化的进行,TGO和BC/基体界面均有氧化物生成,但生长形貌和趋势并不一致。TGO由Al2O3层与尖晶石层组成;BC/基体界面氧化物为单一Al2O3,且存在层状和块状两种形貌。合金的热化学动力学引起元素Co和Ni向基底扩散比较严重,Al元素扩散止于界面氧化物层,基本不向铸铁基底扩散,Fe元素会向粘结层方向扩散。TGO残余应力的演化分为0~15 h和15~100 h 2个阶段,且残余应力与TGO的凹凸生长形貌及其物相组成密切相关;而BC/基体界面单一氧化物的残余应力基本稳定,不受其生长形貌影响。  相似文献

本文对比研究了YAG/8YSZ双陶瓷和8YSZ单陶瓷热障涂层体系的抗高温氧化性能。采用爆炸喷涂(D-GUN)在310S耐热不锈钢基体上制备粘结层(NiCoCrAlY),用大气等离子喷涂(APS)分别在粘结层试样上制备YAG/8YSZ双陶瓷和8YSZ单陶瓷热障涂层,利用SEM和XRD分析涂层氧化前后截面与表面特征,对比研究2种热障涂层体系在1100 ℃等温氧化不同时间后的氧化增重动力学、YAG陶瓷层微观结构与物相及TGO生长过程和生长动力学。结果表明,YAG陶瓷层在1100 ℃等温氧化200 h后无明显相结构转变,孔隙率稍有降低;YAG/8YSZ双陶瓷层体系较8YSZ单陶瓷层体系氧化增重速率降低1.7倍,TGO生长速率降低1.4倍,粘结层β-NiAl相消耗速度及岛状氧化物生长速度更低,表现出更好的抗高温氧化性能。  相似文献

目的 提高热障涂层粘结层的抗高温氧化性能。方法 分别采用爆炸喷涂和等离子喷涂工艺制备了不同结构的NiCoCrAlY粘结层,之后通过等离子喷涂制备8YSZ陶瓷层,分析了两种粘结层结构的热障涂层的抗高温氧化性能。利用XRD、SEM和EDS对涂层物相、微观结构和成分进行分析,并对其与基体结合状态、抗高温氧化性能进行研究。结果 爆炸喷涂粘结层内部组织致密,缺陷较少,与基体结合处孔隙少;而等离子喷涂粘结层内部的层状特征明显,孔隙较多,表面粗糙度较低。爆炸喷涂粘结层氧化5 h后,表面生成了一层富Al2O3的致密氧化物膜;而等离子喷涂粘结层表面形成了富NiO、CoO、Cr2O3和Ni(Cr,Al)2O4的氧化物层,并出现了许多微裂纹和片层状氧化物。爆炸喷涂制备的热障涂层试样在前5 h氧化增重速率高于等离子喷涂试样,随后变平缓,而等离子喷涂试样氧化速率依然较高。爆炸喷涂热障涂层的热生长氧化物层(Thermally grown oxide, TGO)经50 h氧化后,仍呈连续状,厚度均匀,粘结层内氧化物缺陷较少。结论 爆炸喷涂粘结层组织均匀、致密,喷涂时涂层的氧化以及热处理的内氧化较少,使得足够的Al较快速地在粘结层表面形成致密的氧化铝,表面一定厚度的氧化铝层抑制了氧和其他金属原子的相向扩散反应,提高了涂层的抗高温氧化性能。  相似文献

采用超音速等离子弧喷涂设备在35Cr Mo钢基体上制备了Zr O_2/Co Ni Cr Al Y热障涂层,并将涂层加热到1 150℃进行氧化试验。利用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射方法对涂层的组织结构和相组成进行了分析,并对元素扩散情况进行研究。结果表明,涂层组织致密,界面结合良好,无剥落;粘结层表面存在少量尖角和钩状突出颗粒。热障涂层经过1 150℃加热后,在粘结层与陶瓷层的界面处出现少量深颜色的热生长氧化物(thermally grown oxide,简称TGO);随着氧化时间的延长,TGO层厚度明显增加并且开始连续。通过对Zr O_2-8Y2O3/Co Ni Cr Al Y界面扫描发现,该处Al元素出现了的富集峰,而Cr和Ni元素的含量远小于金属黏结层中含量,并且Cr和Ni元素的变化趋势为沿界面呈梯度下降,TGO层由亚稳态的θ-Al2O3逐渐转变为稳定态的α-Al2O3,有效地提高了涂层的抗高温氧化性能。  相似文献

利用机械研磨渗在TiAl合金表面制备了铝化物涂层。在600℃经过150 min的振动处理后,TiAl合金表面形成了约为30μm的涂层。该涂层均匀致密,Al和Ti元素沿涂层均匀分布。XRD分析表明该涂层的相结构为Al3 Ti相。在900℃下,经过300 h的循环氧化后,该铝化物涂层表面形成了一层连续均匀的Al2 O3膜,表现出良好的抗氧化和抗剥落性能。相比之下,TiAl合金空白样表面形成了分层结构的氧化层,主要由Al2O3和TiO2混合氧化物组成,因此表现出较差的高温性能。  相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

The Lanthanum-doped bismuth ferrite–lead titanate compositions of 0.5(Bi LaxFe1-xO3)–0.5(Pb Ti O3)(x = 0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)(BLxF1-x-PT) were prepared by mixed oxide method.Structural characterization was performed by X-ray diffraction and shows a tetragonal structure at room temperature.The lattice parameter c/a ratio decreases with increasing of La(x = 0.05–0.20) concentration of the composites.The effect of charge carrier/ion hopping mechanism,conductivity,relaxation process and impedance parameters was studied using an impedance analyzer in a wide frequency range(102–106Hz) at different temperatures.The nature of Nyquist plot confirms the presence of bulk effects only,and non-Debye type of relaxation processes occurs in the composites.The electrical modulus exhibits an important role of the hopping mechanism in the electrical transport process of the materials.The ac conductivity and dc conductivity of the materials were studied,and the activation energy found to be 0.81,0.77,0.76 and 0.74 e V for all compositions of x = 0.05–0.20 at different temperatures(200–300 °C).  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The orientation relationships(ORs)between the martensite and the retained austenite in low-and medium-carbon steels after quenching–partitioning–tempering process were studied in this work.The ORs in the studied steels are identified by selected-area electron diffraction(SAED)as either K–S or N–W ORs.Meanwhile,the ORs were also studied based on numerical fitting of electron backscatter diffraction data method suggested by Miyamoto.The simulated K–S and N–W ORs in the low-index directions generally do not well coincide with the experimental pole figure,which may be attributed to both the orientation spread from the ideal variant orientations and high symmetry of the low-index directions.However,the simulated results coincide well with experimental pole figures in the high-index directions{123}_(bcc).A modified method with simplicity based on Miyamoto’s work was proposed.The results indicate that the ORs determined by modified method are similar to those determined by Miyamoto’method,that is,the OR is near K–S OR for the low-carbon Q–P–T steel,and with the increase of carbon content,the OR is closer to N–W OR in medium-carbon Q–P–T steel.  相似文献
