基于Archard磨损模型,提出了考虑接触面摩擦及传热的修正Archard磨损模型,对DEFORM 3D V6.1进行二次开发,将该修正的磨损模型嵌入有限元软件模拟真实挤压成形过程,分别在坯料的初始温度、模具的预热温度、接触界面传热效应、成形速度等不同条件下对热挤压模具的磨损量进行计算,结果表明,该修正Archard磨损模型能较好地预测热成形模具磨损情况、模具失效及模具寿命。  相似文献

为实现对重型车辆柴油机缸套-活塞环动载荷磨损仿真计算,通过分析柴油机动载荷工况特点及其对磨损的影响,基于稳定载荷及动载荷磨损试件表面形貌SEM分析,提出缸套-活塞环动载荷磨损简化机制。依据响应面拟合的方法和磨损试验数据,建立Archard磨损模型中磨损系数K基于载荷工况参数与形貌特征参数的预测公式,并通过两组动载荷磨损试验对磨损计算模型进行验证,结果表明:表面粗糙度计算误差为5.9%,磨损量计算误差为7.39%,磨损计算模型具有一定精度,能够用于车辆柴油机缸套-活塞环磨损仿真计算。  相似文献

以某直升机传动系统主减速器离合器支承球轴承为研究对象,基于Archard方程建立轴承微动磨损计算模型,通过试验验证了模型的正确性,并分析了球直径和套圈沟曲率半径系数对轴承微动磨损的影响,结果表明:随球直径增大,微动磨损量减小;随套圈沟曲率半径系数增大,微动磨损量增大。  相似文献

基于Archard磨损模型,提出了考虑表面粗糙度及摩擦热的修正Archard冷挤压模具磨损模型,对DEFORM 3D V6.1进行二次开发,将该修正的磨损模型嵌入有限元软件模拟真实冷挤压成形过程,进行了挤压过程中冲头及凹模的磨损分析,得到了冲头及凹模磨损最严重的区域。通过对比分析,研究了模具表面形貌、摩擦热及相对滑动速度对模具磨损量的影响,计算结果表明,使用修正的磨损模型预测模具寿命与试验结论具有较好的一致性。该考虑表面粗糙度及摩擦热的修正Archard冷挤压模具磨损模型,能较好地预测冷挤压模具磨损的情况,有利于更好地预测冷挤压模具使用寿命及失效时间。  相似文献

基于Archard磨损模型和Hertz接触理论为理论基础,将摆线轮齿廓啮合区域离散化,建立了摆线轮磨损的计算模型;根据该计算模型分析了各啮合点处滑动系数、磨损率、磨损量与啮合相位角之间的关系,并进行曲线拟合。结果表明,建立的数值计算方法可以实现对不同修形方法、不同尺寸、不同工况条件下摆线针轮齿廓磨损量的定量计算。  相似文献

滚轮滑轨的滚动接触在工程领域中普遍存在,实际应用表明滚轮或者滑轨磨损是主要的失效模式,滚轮滑轨磨损可靠性分析显得尤为重要。基于Archard模型和磨损可靠性模型,建立了接触应力及滑动距离的计算模型,确定了磨损系数和允许磨损量的选择依据,提出了滚轮滑轨磨损可靠性分析方法。通过实例,进行了理论工况下新型摆动导杆式抽油机中滚轮磨损可靠性分析,给出了滚轮磨损可靠度与工作时间的关系曲线,其分析结果为滚轮滑轨维护周期提供了依据。  相似文献

建立了连续采煤机履带行走系统的履带销磨损的数值计算框架。首先根据地面力学理论,并应用ADAMS及其二次开发技术建立了连续采煤机专用的履带系统动力学仿真模型,然后以Archard模型为基础结合ANSYS软件开发磨损计算的通用程序,最后利用磨损过程离散和协同仿真技术实现了连续采煤机履带销-销耳的动态磨损预测。提出的方法为连续采煤机行走系统摩擦学动力学耦合设计提供了完整的思路。  相似文献

机床导轨的磨损是导致机床精度降低或丧失的重要因素。针对机床导轨磨损深度的预测问题,提出了一种基于Archard模型与有限元模拟试验的机床导轨磨损分析方法。该方法基于修正的Archard模型形成一种磨损深度的计算公式,并采用一种离散化计算方法进行求解;结合ANSYS软件,提出机床导轨磨损有限元分析模拟的方法及流程;最后,以车床滑动导轨为例,用有限元试验方法对机床导轨的磨损过程进行模拟分析,得到磨损深度关于磨损次数的计算公式,其结果表明:机床导轨磨损深度的仿真模拟值与实际值具有一致性。  相似文献

链条传动在工程领域中应用广泛.链条中的链板磨损失效会导致疲劳强度减小、寿命降低等,链板磨损可靠性分析是非常有必要的.基于Archard模型,建立了链板磨损深度的可靠性计算模型,提出了链板磨损可靠性及灵敏度分析方法,进行了板式链条和槽轮运动机构中链板磨损可靠性的实例分析.结果表明,不同随机变量的分布参数对失效概率的影响程度不同.滑动距离对链板失效概率影响最大,允许磨损量、材料硬度和接触应力对链板失效概率影响较大,磨损系数对链板失效概率影响相对较小.允许磨损量的均值和材料硬度的均值对链板失效概率起负面作用,其他分布参数对链板失效概率起正面作用.  相似文献

A computer simulation model for the contact between longitudinally-oriented rough surfaces has been formulated. This model closely duplicates the actual surf ace contact deformation behavior by taking into account the elastic interactions between the asperities. There were no assumptions made about the shapes, or any deformation behavior of the asperities, except for their obeying the laws of elasticity. The plastic deformations on the high asperity peaks were taken into account by setting a ceiling on their contact pressures at the material hardness value. The simulations used real surface profiles which were digitized from unworn circumferentially ground steel surfaces. Each pair of these profiles was mathematically combined to form an equivalent rough profile pressing against an infinitely rigid flat and having the appropriately adjusted elastic modulus. A total of 28 different pairs of profiles were used in the simulations. Each contacting pair was subjected to 30 different load levels and the local contact pressures and deformations were calculated. The contact simulations yielded some important mathematical relationships between parameters, such as the real area of contact, average gap, and average asperity load through statistical curve fitting. Two analytical functions were generated to relate the average load to average gap and the real area of contact to load.  相似文献

针对实际电网存在着大量的三绕组变压器,但国际上一些著名商业软件,如BPA仿真软件、Matpower这一权威潮流计算开源软件,均只提供双绕组变压器模型,限制了其在具有三绕组变压器的电力系统中的应用的问题,潮流计算是自主开发的电力系统各种应用软件的核心模块,因此依托国际权威开源程序进行二次开发,是一种较好的选择。对Matpower要求的数据格式进行了归纳,对变压器的一般的等值电路及带理想变压器的等值电路和带标幺值的等值电路进行了分析研究,提出了三绕组变压器转换为双绕组等效模型的建模方法,使得原先只适应双绕组变压器的潮流计算软件可以适用于三绕组变压器电网的潮流计算;最后以Matpower软件为例进行了案例计算,并用PSASP仿真软件进行对比验证。研究结果证明,所提出的建模方法是有效的。  相似文献

针对电站锅炉风险等级评价问题,将模糊综合评价技术应用到电站锅炉风险等级评价中。开展了电站锅炉失效影响因素及模糊评价因素的重要程度分析,建立了一套科学合理适于在线评价的电站锅炉风险评价体系,提出了模糊综合评价技术与改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的模糊风险评价方法,利用改进的模糊层次分析法计算了指标体系中各层指标权重。对某一台电站锅炉的实际运行工况影响子因素进行了模糊风险评价,采用模糊合成算子进行模糊综合运算得到电了站锅炉运行工况影响子因素的评价向量。研究结果表明:电站锅炉的运行工况影响子因素的风险评价等级为第6级,失效可能性等级为小,该电站锅炉运行工况良好。  相似文献

针对具有进油孔的有限长滑动轴承油膜力求解问题,采用变分原理和分离变量法,求得了有限长滑动轴承油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式。将油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式在油膜存在区域上进行积分,即得到了油膜力。将提出的计算有限长滑动轴承油膜力方法与无限长轴承模型、有限元方法的计算结果进行了比较,发现了提出的方法与有限元方法的计算结果很接近。最后,研究了进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域、油膜力等的影响,研究结果表明进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域和油膜力有较大的影响。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

应用动力节点加载法,将作用在桥梁上的交通荷载转化为等效节点荷载,再用两步构造法识别结构物理参数.第1步,用Newmark-β方法变换结构运动方程,并用结构的加速度响应求得变换空间内的位移、速度和加速度响应;第2步,基于最小二乘原理,构造出变换空间内求解结构参数的递推式,进行结构物理参数识别.数值模拟结果表明,在交通荷载作用下,该方法能够快速、准确地进行桥梁结构参数识别.  相似文献
