介绍了基TI公司MSP430F149的电弧炉电弧电压波形产生系统的设计。采用内建的12位A/D转换器采集控制量,利用定时器A的捕获功能取得同步信息,通过定时器B的PWM输出实现波形产生。设计充分利用了MSP430单片机的优点,提高了系统集成度和可靠性,降低了系统成本。 相似文献

针对在利用有限元法计算接触物体间电磁力时在物体接触表面没有积分单元可用的问题,首先,基于薄壳单元的思想,提出了一种在体积分和面积分之间确定附加薄壳单元的方法和一种在3D有限无法中利用附加薄壳单元精确计算接触物体间电磁力的方法,然后,基于虚功原理,推导了计算薄壳单元节点电磁力的T-Ω公式和雅可比矩阵表达式,并给出了计算物体接触表面分布电磁力的算法及其实现方法,最后将所提出的方法用于实例计算,并将3D有限元法计算结果与解析计算结果进行比较,证实所提出方法的有效性和正确性. 相似文献

该文提出一种用于含涡流电磁装备三维形状优化设计的新算法。在三维涡流场有限元分析的基础上,推导了复数形式的设计灵敏度和伴随向量计算公式。根据刚体弹性形变原理及其有限元分析,提出了形状优化计算过程中三维有限元网格更新的新方法,该方法适用于各种形状优化系统,足以获得良好的网格质量和光滑的设计表面。该算法将性能分析、最速下降法与灵敏度计算以及网格更新有效结合,构成集成化设计系统,并成功地用于电磁屏蔽钢板和变压器油箱屏蔽的最优形状设计。 相似文献

Three‐dimensional (3D) field programmable gate array (FPGA) has evoked significant interest in wire‐length reduction for routing requirement. However, the complex design of the 3D switch boxes will limit the performance improvement and suffer from the area efficiency problems. This paper proposed a systematic graph model (SGM) for 3D switch boxes design to simplify the design process and reduce the storage memory for path programming. An interlaced 3D switch boxes and two‐dimensional (2D) switch boxes placement topology is also presented in this paper to design the 3D FPGA architecture for area efficiency purpose. The 3D place and route tool and TSMC 0.18‐µm CMOS process parameters are used to support building the experimental flow for verification. Performance evaluation shows that about 50% storage memory reduction can be obtained by using the proposed SGM‐based switch design approach. Additionally, compared with conventional architectures of 2D FPGA, the proposed scheme based on interlaced switch boxes placement approach can approximately achieve 20% delay‐power product improvement and 43% area‐delay product reduction. Micromachined silicon integrated circuits have the potential for providing an overarching circuit integration technology that can significantly reduce the size, weight, and cost of microwave and millimeter-wave components. The capability to integrate diverse substrate technologies opens the door for real multifunction chips, combining analog, digital, RF,and optoelectronic functions. This natural approach to three-dimensional (3-D) vertical integration not only can provide higher density circuits, but, by freeing RF circuit design from the tyranny of the two-dimensional (2-D) layout, can reach levels of performance not possible in a planar geometry. This article focuses on the concept of 3-D circuit integration using silicon (Si) bulk micromachining; however, similar techniques can be applied in any other III-V substrate material. Packaging issues prerequisite for the 3-D integration and component development that led to the capabilities for 3-D integration are discussed. The integration techniques are applied to a 3-D integrated W-band power cube, which provides a vehicle for successfully demonstrating the concept and basic techniques for 3-D integration. 提出了一种基于分层结构的内建自测试(BIST)设计方法—3DC-BIST(3D Circuit-BIST)。根据3D芯片的绑定前测试和绑定后测试阶段,针对3D芯片除底层外的各层电路结构,采用传统方法,设计用于绑定前测试的相应BIST结构;针对3D芯片底层电路结构与整体结构,通过向量调整技术,设计既能用于底层电路绑定前测试又能用于整体3D芯片绑定后测试的BIST结构。给出了一种针对3D芯片的BIST设计方法,与传统方法相比减少了面积开销。实验结果表明该结构在实现与传统3D BIST方法同样故障覆盖率的条件下,3D平面面积开销相比传统设计方法减少了6.41%。 相似文献

三维电网走廊是智能数字电网的基础,通过LiDAR(light detection and ranging)系统可以快速获取带状的电网走廊数字高程模型DEM和数字正射影像DOM,但所得的走廊数据宽度有限,不利于电网数据的管理。提出了一种基于全球航天飞机雷达测图计划SRTM(shuttle radar topography mission)背景数据与LiDAR高分辨走廊数据融合构建大范围三维电网走廊地理环境的方法。首先分析了SRTM数据与LiDAR走廊DEM数据融合存在的问题,其次提出了二者融合的处理流程和平滑方法,最后对南方某省电网的高精度LiDAR走廊数据和SRTM背景数据进行融合实验分析。结果表明,走廊高程平滑精度可达1 m以内,平滑处理后的电网走廊数据很好地融入了SRTM数据中。 相似文献

In this paper, a remote laboratory of automatic control is presented. The main target of this laboratory is to allow students to easily interact with a set of physical processes through the Internet. The student will be able to run experiments, change control parameters, and analyze the results remotely. The automatic control telelab (ACT) allows the user to design his/her own controller by means of the MATLAB/Simulink environment, and to test it on the actual plant through a user-friendly interface.
