福建某石化企业40×103m 3/h(标准状态)制氢装置的2台原料气往复压缩机(25-K-111A/B)在正常生产运行期间周期性发生设备故障,只能采用定期切换备用机交替维修的方式维持安全生产。针对上述问题,结合生产运行情况复算多工况条件下机组性能参数,分析原因并排除故障。结果表明,制氢装置在液体进料工况下长时间运行,偏离了原设计运行主工况,且该工艺流程中配置的2台多工况压缩机组也满足不了液体进料工况条件下长时间运行的要求。压缩机在该工况运行期间,十字头销荷载反向角等关键性能参数偏离机组设计的要求,造成机体主要零部件受损。经比选,采用整机返厂、整体原样修复并新增2台撬装小流量压缩机组以满足液体进料工况配氢的解决方案,既准确解决了机组故障,又完善优化了工艺流程。该案例可为制氢装置同类设备问题的解决提供借鉴。 相似文献

LNG接收站实际运行过程中,工艺不仅受到站内工况改变的影响,对外输条件的改变也极为敏感,不利于工况运行的稳定性。为分析外输条件变化对工艺的影响,通过HYSYS模拟,对不同外输压力、外输温度及外输量工况下的工艺运行情况进行分析,并以节约能耗为目标对工艺运行参数进行优化。根据模拟结果分析得出,针对不同工况选择合适的工艺处理方式,通过调节工艺参数,可以缓解实际运行中工况运行不稳定的问题,并有效降低工艺能耗,具有一定的经济效益和现实指导作用。 相似文献

以天然气为能源,用燃气机代替电动机驱动压缩机并充分利用发动机废热、工业余热以及低品位环境热量的采暖、空调装置——燃气压缩式热泵近年来发展迅速。美国燃气设备的总装机容量已达到1.2GW,日本燃气机热泵占全部燃气制冷设备的29%,总装机容量大约1GW,燃气机热泵在英国、法国、德国、瑞士等都得到了较快的发展与应用。中研究了以天然气为驱动能源的压缩式热泵的特点及能量利用率,分析并测试了该系统的运行特性及交工况特性,进行了各种工况及转速下的实验研究。结果表明,该系统具有较好的部分负荷特性、一次能源利用率及交工况特性,为一种绿色高效的供热空调系统。 相似文献

海洋平台上部组块机械设备动力响应评估是保障其结构安全和设备平稳运行的重要手段。针对某海洋平台复产方案中新增空压机和增压机的振动问题,制定了海洋平台上部组块机械设备振动评估技术流程,采用ANSYS软件建立该平台上部组块有限元模型,基于提出的分析流程,计算得到平台结构的自振特性。分析了平台结构的位移响应频谱,在修井和防窜两种作业条件下,分别对平台增压机和空压机不同组合工况下的振动响应进行评估。研究结果表明:增压机和空压机的激振频率均远离平台自振频率,不会引发共振;平台结构在不同工况下的振动速度和振动加速度均满足规范要求,复产设计方案可行;平台最大响应工况为增压机与空压机B组合同时运行,实际工作时,建议以空压机B为备用设备。研究结果可为海洋平台复产计划的顺利实施提供技术保障。 相似文献

Importance is demonstrated for the setting up of efficient compressors for heat pumps and refrigeration equipment. Basic relationships
are examined that allow one to determine the main compressor parameters: transfer coefficients, energy efficiency, work done
and flow rate on using various working bodies (air and freon). With a transfer to freon, the transfer coefficient is reduced
by 10–15%, while the efficiency and effective power are almost independent of the working body. This means that general use
can be made of experience accumulated with air compressors in order to upgrade freon ones.

??With many advantages like huge gas storage capacity, reliable safety factor, etc., underground gas storage (UGS) has become one indispensable terminal facility in natural gas pipeline network. However, because UGS operation is a multi-objective issue related to economic benefit, working risk and efficiency, etc., it is helpful to make a rational injection and production scenario for the gas injection
cycle of the underground gas in order to lower the power consumption of compressors thereby to reduce operating costs in the end. In view of this, based upon the integrated simulation model of underground and above-ground pressure system of gas storages, taking into account such impacts of factors as environmental situation, geological conditions, safety factors, etc. a dual objective function was established according to the pipeline levels, with the single-well gas injection quantity as the variable. Then, the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II??NSGA_II??was applied to make a gas injection and production scheme with the actual production requirement as a constraint condition. Finally, an optimal analysis was conducted of the above scheme. Results show that the NSGA_II-based scheme is reasonable and efficient, not only meeting the production requirement but considering such conditions as geological environment, safety
