焊接工艺对2024铝合金接头组织与性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究了分别采用熔化极氩弧焊(MIG)和钨极氩孤焊(TIG)进行2024铝合金焊接的工艺,并对在两种工艺条件下获得的接头的力学性能和微观组织结构进行测试分析.试验结果表明,MIG焊接头的抗拉强度达到母材抗拉强度的60%以上,而TIG焊接头的抗扭强度只达到母材抗拉强度的50%,这是由于MIG焊接头焊缝组织要比TIG焊接头焊缝组织细小,晶界处共晶相数量明显减少,晶内析出了很多细小的共晶相,有利于提高接头强度;且MIG焊的热输入比TIG焊的热输入小,MIG接头软化程度也比TIG焊要小.因此在试验条件下,MIG焊工艺获得接头的性能要优于TIG焊接头. 相似文献

为研究不同焊接形式对高强铝合金焊接接头组织与耐蚀性能的影响,本文采用金相组织观察、力学性能测试、电化学测试及失重试验研究了手工TIG、半自动MIG和机器人MIG三种焊接方式的高强铝合金焊接接头组织与耐蚀性能。结果表明,焊核区受热输入的影响使组织晶粒粗大,导致材料的硬度下降,其中半自动MIG焊核区的晶粒相比于其他两种焊接方式的细小。热影响区由于受到热循环的作用,晶粒长大,硬度相比于母材有所降低。热影响区的腐蚀电位按照半自动MIG、手工TIG和机器人MIG的顺序依次降低,焊核区的腐蚀电位按手工TIG、半自动MIG和机器人MIG的顺序依次下降。焊核区主要发生点蚀和晶间腐蚀。 相似文献

针对FPSO船建造中所需管系及附件的结构形式及对焊接的要求,采用SMAW、TIG焊、自动MIG焊和半自动MIG焊四种焊接方法进行了B10厚板的焊接工艺试验,对其焊接接头内部质量、力学性能、工艺过程进行了对比分析,四种焊接方法均能实现B10厚板的焊接,但各有优缺点,可根据生产情况合理选用.采用试验确定的焊接工艺进行了φ914 mm×19 mm/1.5D弯头的焊接,制作的弯头达到了产品的质量要求. 相似文献

在TIG-MIG复合焊中,先引燃的TIG焊电弧能够辅助MIG焊实现非接触引弧,且在整个非接触引弧过程中不产生焊接飞溅. 利用电信号与高速摄像同步采集系统获取MIG焊引弧过程的电弧电压、焊接电流和电弧图像,研究了先引燃的TIG焊电弧及其参数变化对MIG焊引弧过程及引弧方式的影响. 结果表明,细长放电通道形成于MIG焊丝末端与TIG焊电弧之间是TIG焊电弧辅助MIG焊实现非接触引弧的关键;TIG焊电弧辅助MIG焊实现非接触引弧对TIG焊接参数的变化具有良好的适应性. 此外,基于气体间隙击穿的流注理论,探讨了细长放电通道的形成过程,揭示了TIG焊电弧辅助MIG焊实现非接触引弧的机理. 相似文献

在铝合金的电阻点焊过程中,由于接触电阻具有随机性和分布不连续的特征,而且铝合金材料本身具有优良的导电、导热能力,这使得其点焊的形核过程具有独特的特点。文中采用数值模拟与试验研究相结合的方法对铝合金点焊形核过程进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,铝合金点焊的形核过程与低碳钢等材料的形核过程显著不同,它可以分为以下三个阶段:随机形核阶段、扩展融合阶段和熔核增厚阶段。文中详细介绍了每个阶段的特点和规律。特别是在工频交流焊接的情况下,前两个阶段一般在第一个半波内就已经完成,因此第一个半波对铝合金点焊的焊接质量起着决定性作用。结合这些特点和规律对铝合金点焊的控制提出了一些有价值的建议。 相似文献

Welding is a vital component of several industries such as automotive, aerospace, robotics, and construction. Without welding, these industries utilize aluminum alloys for the manufacturing of many components or systems. However, fusion welding of aluminum alloys is challenging due to several factors, including the presence of non-heat-treatable alloys, porosity, solidification, and liquation of cracks. Many manufacturers adopt conventional in-air friction stir welding (FSW) to weld metallic alloys and dissimilar materials. Many researchers reported the drawbacks of this traditional in-air FSW technique in welding metallic and polymeric materials in general and aluminum alloys and aluminum matrix composites in specific. A number of FSW techniques were developed recently, such as underwater friction stir welding (UFSW), vibrational friction-stir welding (VFSW), and others, for welding of aluminum alloy joints to overcome the issues of welding using conventional FSW. Therefore, the main objective of this review is to summarize the recent trends in FSW process of aluminum alloys and aluminum metal matrix composites (Al MMCs). Also, it discusses the effect of welding parameters of the traditional and state-of-the-art developed FSW techniques on the welding quality and strength of aluminum alloys and Al MMCs. Comparison among the techniques and advantages and limitations of each are considered. The review suggests that VFSW is a viable option for welding aluminum joints due to its energy efficiency, economic cost, and versatile modifications that can be employed based on the application. This review also illustrated that significantly less attention has been paid to FSW of Al-MMCs and considerable attention is demanded to produce qualified joint. 相似文献

Friction stir lap welding of the similar and dissimilar aluminum alloys is investigated. AA 5182 and AA 6022 aluminum alloys
(the widely used aluminum alloys for automobile applications) are selected for the feasibility studies. The friction stir
lap welding shows that the placement of the aluminum alloys in the different orders over each other affect the final weld
quality and its mechanical properties. The welding parameters such as rotational and traverse speeds and the penetration depth
are key factors to affect the micro-structure soundness. The mechanical and the micro-structural characterization is performed
on the joints formed with varying welding parameters and from the different order of placement of the AA 6022 and the AA 5182
sheets. The weld failure occurs on the advancing side during the peel tests indicating that the retreating side is relatively
stronger. Measured temperatures indicate that the advancing side has higher developed temperature during the course of welding

Federal regulations have been enacted to significantly reduce atmospheric pollution caused by motor vehicles. This forced
the automotive manufacturers to improve fuel efficiency of cars and light trucks by using lightweight materials such as aluminum.
The focus of the current study is to develop welding procedures using the drawn arc process for 5754-0 and 6061-T6 aluminum
alloys. The mechanical and macrostructural characteristics of the welded joints were evaluated using tensile tests, torque
tests, and optical microscopy. Preliminary study indicates that these alloys can be welded with a minimal amount of porosity

以4 mm厚5A06铝合金为研究对象,利用3 kW的CO2激光器进行激光立焊和平焊工艺试验,对铝合金激光立焊的焊缝成形和气孔特征进行研究.结果表明,立焊的正面下凹量和背面下塌量均小于平焊,随着焊接热输入的增加,立焊和平焊的差异增大.立焊与平焊的焊缝成形和接头尺寸略有差异,当热输入较大时,立焊的正反面熔宽略小于平焊,而熔深则略大于平焊.铝合金激光立焊的气孔多以体积较大且形状不规则的气孔或孔洞组成,从气孔分布位置和形状看,立焊与平焊的差别不大,气孔多分布在焊缝中部且尺寸较大,相同工艺条件下,立焊的气孔数量略低于平焊. 相似文献
