在基本摩擦学理论和实验的基础上 ,分析了某种选定的摩擦副在某种选定的摩擦学工况条件下的摩擦学系统特性 ,建立了轧机压下装置中重载丝螺母副的摩擦学特性与载荷之间关系的数学模型 ,推导出相对准确的摩擦系数—载荷 ,磨损率—载荷计算公式 ,与实验结果比较有较好的吻合性。该数学模型可为摩擦学系统特性转化的研究提供研究参照体 ,亦可为工程设计人员在摩擦学设计时提供有效的计算工具。 相似文献

Theories of oxidational wear tend to involve the number of contacts (N) between sliding tribo-elements as well as the contact temperature (TF), i.e. the temperature at the real areas of contact between these tribo-elements. This paper describes how these important parameters can be found for a given tribo-system, namely high-chromium ferritic steel pins sliding against rotating austenitic stainless steel disks, by the application of a numerical method to the analysis of the theoretical and experimental divisions of heat (DTH and DE) between tribo-elements undergoing oxidational wear. The paper then shows how one can use these values of N and TF as inputs to a similar numerical method in order to deduce credible and consistent values for the tribological oxidation constants required for the theoretical oxidational wear rates (WRTH) to be equal to the experimentally measured oxidational wear rates (WREXPT) of the given tribo-system. 相似文献

A method based on the energy dissipation mechanism of an Independent Oscillator model is used to calculate the frictional
force and the friction coefficient of interfacial friction. The friction work is calculated with considering the potential
change of contact surfaces during sliding. The potential change can be gained by a universal adhesive energy function. The
relationships between frictional force and parameters of a tribo-system, such as surface energy and microstructure of interfacial
material, are set up. The calculation results of the known experimental data denote that the frictional force is nearly proportional
to the surface energy of the material, nearly inversely proportional to the scaling length, and independent of the lattice
constant. The results agree with that of adhesion friction equations. They also agree with the experimental results performed
with an atomic-force microscope under the ultra high vacuum condition.

Now the optimization strategies for power distribution are researched widely, and most of them are aiming to the optimal fuel economy and the driving cycle must be preknown. Thus if the actual driving condition deviates from the scheduled driving cycle, the effect of optimal results will be declined greatly. Therefore, the instantaneous optimization strategy carried out on-line is studied in this paper. The power split path and the transmission efficiency are analyzed based on a special power-split scheme and the efficiency models of the power transmitting components are established. The synthetical efficiency optimization model is established for enhancing the transmission efficiency and the fuel economy. The identification of the synthetical efficiency as the optimization objective and the constrain group are discussed emphatically. The optimization is calculated by the adaptive simulated annealing (ASA) algorithm and realized on-line by the radial basis function (RBF)-based similar models. The optimization for power distribution of the hybrid vehicle in an actual driving condition is carried out and the road test results are presented. The test results indicate that the synthetical efficiency optimization method can enhance the transmission efficiency and the fuel economy of the power-split hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) observably. Compared to the rules-based strategy the optimization strategy is optimal and achieves the approximate global optimization solution for the power distribution. The synthetical efficiency optimization solved by ASA algorithm can give attentions to both optimization quality and calculation efficiency, thus it has good application foreground for the power distribution of power-split HEV. 相似文献

Water lubrication is one of the candidates of the tribo-system with low negative environmental impact. It is well known that some kinds of ceramics show excellent tribological properties under lubrication with water. The characteristic improvement was attempted by giving texturing to Si3N4 so that the water lubrication might spread as a representative of the ecotribology system. The surface laser texturing showed the friction reducing effect under the sliding condition of the low bearing characteristic number. The mechanism of the triblogical property improvement by the laser surface texturing was discussed based on the experiment results and the surface analytical results. 相似文献

为了预防自动扶梯发生安全事故,设计了一种基于人工智能的自动扶梯智能安防系统。这一系统利用视频数据采集平台采集乘客数据,应用机器视觉及人工智能技术对乘客的姿态与行为进行主动识别,针对乘客的危险行为给出异常报警,在出现危险状态时触发声光报警器,控制自动扶梯减速或停止运行。这一系统通过有线或无线网络将数据传输至云平台,监管部门可基于手机客户端进行实时监控。特种设备监督管理部门、检验机构、维护保养单位、产权单位等可通过这一系统掌握自动扶梯运行状况。应用所设计的自动扶梯智能安防系统,可以显著提高自动扶梯安全事故预防水平和应急处理能力。 相似文献

针对公交车钢板吊耳座的轻量化设计问题,基于HyperWorks进行了拓扑优化设计。以钢板吊耳座零件的单元密度为变量,以最大应力为约束条件,以体积分数最小为目标函数,建立了拓扑优化模型。利用HyperMesh进行了网格划分,通过OptiStruct模块获得了优化计算结果。结合企业加工工艺要求,修改优化计算结果,实现了钢板吊耳座的轻量化设计。拓扑优化设计后总质量比原设计方案减轻了25.71%。安全计算的结果验证了拓扑优化设计结果的可行性。 相似文献

This study presents the performance optimization of hypervelocity launcher system by using the experimentall data. During
the optimization, the RSM (Response Surface Method) is adopted to find the operating parameters that could maximize the projectile
speed. To construct a reliable response surface model, 3 full factorial method is used with the selected design variables,
such as piston mass and 2 driver fill pressure. Nine test data could successfully construct the reasonable response surface,
which used to yield the optimal operational conditions of the system using the genetic algorithm. The optimization results
