A two-phase dynamic model, describing gas phase propylene polymerization in a fluidized bed reactor, was used to explore the dynamic behavior and process control of the polypropylene production rate and reactor temperature. The open loop analysis revealed the nonlinear behavior of the polypropylene fluidized bed reactor, jus- tifying the use of an advanced control algorithm for efficient control of the process variables. In this case, a central- ized model predictive control (MPC) technique was implemented to control the polypropylene production rate and reactor temperature by manipulating the catalyst feed rate and cooling water flow rate respectively. The corre- sponding MPC controller was able to track changes in the setpoint smoothly for the reactor temperature and pro- duction rate while the setpoint tracking of the conventional proportional-integral (PI) controller was oscillatory with overshoots and obvious interaction between the reactor temperature and production rate loops. The MPC was able to produce controller moves which not only were well within the specified input constraints for both control vari- ables, but also non-aggressive and sufficiently smooth for practical implementations. Furthermore, the closed loop dynamic simulations indicated that the speed of rejecting the process disturbances for the MPC controller were also acceotable for both controlled variables.  相似文献

Control of pH neutralization processes is challenging in the chemical process industry because of their inherent strong nonlinearity. In this paper, the model algorithmic control (MAC) strategy is extended to nonlinear processes using Hammerstein model that consists of a static nonlinear polynomial function followed in series by a linear impulse response dynamic element. A new nonlinear Hammerstein MAC algorithm (named NLH-MAC) is presented in detail. The simulation control results of a pH neutralization process show that NLH-MAC gives better control performance than linear MAC and the commonly used industrial nonlinear propotional plus integral plus derivative (PID) controller. Further simulation experiment demonstrates that NLH-MAC not only gives good control response, but also possesses good stability and robustness even with large modeling errors.  相似文献

By taking advantage of the separation characteristics of nonlinear gain and dynamic sector inside a Hammerstein model, a novel pole placement self tuning control scheme for nonlinear Hammerstein system was put forward based on the linear system pole placement self tuning control algorithm. And the nonlinear Hammerstein system pole placement self tuning control (NL-PP-STC) algorithm was presented in detail. The identification ability of its parameter estimation algorithm of NL-PP-STC was analyzed, which was always identifiable in closed loop. Two particular problems including the selection of poles and the on-line estimation of model parameters, which may be met in applications of NL-PP-STC to real process control, were discussed. The control simulation of a strong nonlinear pH neutralization process was carried out and good control performance was achieved.  相似文献

Multi-kernel-based support vector machine (SVM) model structure of nonlinear systems and its specific identification method is proposed, which is composed of a SVM with linear kernel function followed in series by a SVM with spline kernel function. With the help of this model, nonlinear model predictive control can be transformed to linear model predictive control, and consequently a unified analytical solution of optimal input of multi-step-ahead predictive control is possible to derive. This algorithm does not require online iterative optimization in order to be suitable for real-time control with less calculation. The simulation results of pH neutralization process and CSTR reactor show the effectiveness and advantages of the presented algorithm.  相似文献

A flexible fibre biofilm reactor was developed for treatment of organic wastewaters. The hydrodynamic characteristics and mass transfer coefficients of oxygen were studied and compared with those of the conventional activated sludge processes. Tracer experiments were performed to obtain the residence time distributions of the reactors. The results indicated that both reactors could be treated as mixed flow reactors. The effects of flow rates of water and air on the overall mass transfer coefficient of oxygen were investigated, and the correlations between the mass transfer coefficient and the ratio of flow rates were obtained. Compared to the conventional activated sludge reactor, the mass transfer coefficients in the flexible fibre reactor were similar to but slightly lower, and less sensitive to the variation in the ratio of flow rates. It indicated that the fibre packing in the reactor hindered the oxygen transfer to some extent.  相似文献

One of the commercial means to convert heavy oil residue is hydrocracking in an ebullated bed. The ebullated bed reactor includes a complex gas–liquid–solid backmixed system which attracts the attention of many scientists and research groups. This work is aimed at the calculation of the internal recycle flow rate and understanding its effect on other parameters of the ebullated bed. Measured data were collected from an industrial scale residual hydrocracking unit consisting of a cascade of three ebullated bed reactors. A simplified block model of the ebullated bed reactors was created in Aspen Plus and fed with measured data. For reaction yield calculation, a lumped kinetic model was used. The model was verified by comparing experimental and calculated distillation curves as well as the calculated and measured reactor inlet temperature. Influence of the feed rate on the recycle ratio(recycle to feed flow rate) was estimated. A relation between the recycle flow rate, pump pressure difference and catalyst inventory has been identified. The recycle ratio also affects the temperature gradient along the reactor cascade. Influence of the recycle ratio on the temperature gradient decreased with the cascade member order.  相似文献

A finite horizon predictive control algorithm,which applies a saturated feedback control law as its local control law,is presented for nonlinear systems with time-delay subject to input constraints.In the algorithm,N free control moves,a saturated local control law and the terminal weighting matrices are solved by a minimization problem based on linear matrix inequality(LMI) constraints online.Compared with the algorithm with a nonsaturated local law,the presented algorithm improves the performances of the closed-loop systems such as feasibility and optimality.This model predictive control(MPC) algorithm is applied to an industrial continuous stirred tank reactor(CSTR) with explicit input constraint.The simulation results demonstrate that the presented algorithm is effective.  相似文献

Metal-loaded activated carbon fibers (ACFs) were prepared by impregnation and characterized by N2 adsorption at 77K, XRD, XPS and SEM. Their properties on SO2 removal were examined in a tubular fixed bed reactor with a model flue gas. Cobalt-loaded ACF showed the best activity among the prepared metal-loaded ACFs and a constant removal ratio of SO2 above 87% during continuous exposure to the flow of SO2/O2/H2O/N2 at 45℃ for more than 216h. The characteristic of the prepared loaded-ACFs showed that the exceptional activity of Co-ACF was attributed to the high amount of active sites due to modification by loading cobalt.  相似文献

Difluoromethane is typically produced vialiquid-phase fluorination as performed in a batch reactor. However,this process suffers from some problems, e.g., severe corrosion of the reactor, high safety risk, and the regeneration of the catalyst. In this paper, a flow process as performed in the tubular reactor was designed. The optimum conditions for continuous synthesis of difluoromethane were obtained as follows: the reaction temperature was 100℃, the molar ratio of dichloromethane to hydrogen fluoride was 1.6:1 and the reaction time was 300 s. The operation of the cyclic process was stable for 24 h with the conversion per pass of hydrogen fluoride up to 16.2%.The unreacted raw materials were easily reused. The deactivation of the common catalyst, antimony pentachloride, was investigated by catalyst concentration curve and XPS analysis. The approach proposed in this work is proven to be safe, efficient and low amount of catalyst.  相似文献

The pressure profiles, gas velocities, solid circulation rate, solids flux, residence time distribution of gas and particles in chemical-looping combustion reactors and gas leakage were studied in a cold flow model unit. And these parameters in both air and fuel reactors were measured in the experimental stage. The experimental results show that gas fluidization velocity in the air reactor is 1.8 m/s, gas fluidization velocity in the fuel reactor 0.5 m/s, and the bed materials inventory of the two reactors between 1.2 to 3.15 kg. The first cold flow model results show that the solid circulation rates are sufficient. The appropriate operating conditions are optimized and the summary of final changes is made the on cold model. The proposed design solutions are currently being verified in a cold flow model simulating the actual reactor (hot) system. This paper presents an overview of the research performed on a cold flow model and highlights the current status of the technology.  相似文献

An adaptive fuzzy model based predictive control (AFMBPC) approach is presented to track the desired temperature trajectories in an exothermic batch chemical reactor. The AFMBPC incorporates an adaptive fuzzy modeling framework into a model based predictive control scheme to derive analytical controller output. This approach has the flexibility to cope with different fuzzy model structures whose choice also lead to improve the controller performance. In this approach, adaptation of fuzzy models using dynamic process information is carried out to build a predictive controller, thus eliminating the determination of a predefined fixed fuzzy model based on various sets of known input-output relations. The performance of the AFMBPC is evaluated by comparing to a fixed fuzzy model based predictive controller (FFMBPC) and a conventional PID controller. The results show the better suitability of AFMBPC for the control of highly nonlinear and time varying batch chemical reactors.  相似文献

pH值控制过程具有较强的非线性,历来是过程控制研究的一大热点,本文针对pH值控制系统提出了一种基于模糊推理网的非线性内模控制算法(FNIMC)。模糊推理网用于辨识对象的模糊模型;FNIMC由一个逆模控制器和具有一个可调参数的鲁棒滤波器组成。仿真结果表明该算法优于非线性PID调节器,且计算效率高。  相似文献

将模糊控制技术和PID控制相结合,可克服常规PID控制器的不足,使PID控制器具有参数自适应能力。介绍了模糊控制器和PID控制器间的关系,从一维、二维及三维模糊控制器的输入-输出形式上,以及解析分析角度出发,可以说模糊控制器人本质上讲是一种非线性PID控制器。还总结了模糊PID控制器的结构。模糊PID控制器可分成两大类,一类由参数可变的PID控制器及一个模糊控制器共同构成,模糊控制器用于完成PID参数的在线整定,控制信号仍由PID控制器生成;另一类直接用模糊控制器来构造、实现PID控制功能。分别归纳了这两类控制器的多种结构形式。最后还对模糊PID控制器的发展进行了展望,提出了模糊PID 控制器结构的选择、控制器参数调整及控制器评价标准的确定这几方面是今后工作的重点。  相似文献

The application of Non-Linear Generalized Predictive Control (NLGPC) to the free radical solution polymerization of styrene in a jacketed batch reactor has been realized. The dynamic behavior of polymerization reactor is modelled and simulated for control purposes. The optimal temperature policies for minimum time, desired conversion and molecular chain length were obtained at different initiator concentrations by applying the optimal control theory which is based on the Hamiltonian principle. The polynomial Nonlinear auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average with external input (NARIMAX) model is used to relate the reactor temperature with heat input for nonlinear control algorithm. The linear (ARIMAX) and nonlinear (NARIMAX) models are utilized in the GPC algorithm for comparison. A Pseudo Random Binary Sequence (PRBS) signal was employed to operate the system. The model parameters are evaluated by using Levenberg Marquart Method. The NLGPC, Linear Generalized Predictive Control (LGPC) and standard PID controllers are applied experimentally to the polymerization reactor by using on-line computer control system. The performance of NLGPC control system was compared with LGPC and standard PID controller. It is concluded that the NLGPC control gives much better performance than the other.  相似文献

针对焦炉高压氨水对象的非线性和复杂性,提出了一种高压氨水模糊/PID复合控制算法。它将模糊推理系统和传统PID算法融合起来,较好地解决了由于不确定因素影响和焦炉工业对象的复杂性而难以建立精确数学模型的问题;当高压氨水压力与期望压力值误差较大时,模糊推理系统工作,自动识别焦炉系统是否加煤,加快控制过程;当高压氨水压力与期望压力值误差较小时,PID控制器工作,精确地获得稳定的氨水压力。通过对模糊推理系统的仿真结果证明,该控制算法是可行的和有效的。  相似文献

针对啤酒发酵温度控制过程的大惯性、大时滞及非线性等特点,将传统模糊PID控制算法进行优化并改进,提出了模糊PID智能控制算法,当偏差较大时采用响应速率快的模糊控制,偏差较小时采用多层神经网络PID控制算法。MATLAB仿真结果证实该控制算法提高了啤酒发酵温度控制过程的静态误差和动态响应速度,并且具有适应环境变化的学习能力。  相似文献

This article describes the application of adaptive PID control with genetic algorithm (GA) to a jacketed batch polymerization reactor. This method was used to keep the polymerization reactor temperature at the desired optimal path, which was determined by the Hamiltonian maximum principle method. The reactor was simulated and the model equations of this jacketed polymerization reactor were solved by means of Runge-Kutta-Felthberg methods. A genetic algorithm can be a good solution for finding the optimum PID parameters because unlike other techniques it does not impose many limitations and it is simple. In this research, suitability of these parameters was checked by the integral absolute error (IAE) criterion. The control parameters in the PID algorithm were changed with time during the control of a polymerization reactor. It was seen that the genetic algorithm was able to tune the PID controller used in this system in terms of higher robustness and reliability by changing the parameters continuously.  相似文献

针对锅炉水处理系统所具有的非线性、时变、大延迟的特点,对其工艺和控制过程进行了详细的研究。突破了常规的PID及模糊单独控制的方法,采用了两者相结合的控制策略,使其扬长避短,即在常规的PID调节器的基础上,根据误差及误差的变化,通过模糊推理来实现PID参数的自调整。与现有控制算法相比,该算法简单、实时性强、调节效果好,从而具有较好的工程应用前景。  相似文献
