随着轴承制造技术的不断进步,润滑脂成为影响精密轴承噪声性能的重要因素。针对轴承运行的不同阶段,利用BeQuiet+试验机对轴承启动阶段润滑脂的噪声值、轴承运行阶段润滑脂的噪声等级、中频段及高频段的振动值和阻尼值进行测试,并与S0910-Ⅲ轴承振动测定仪的测试结果进行比较,发现对于噪声性能相差较大的润滑脂,两者测试结果具有很好的对应性,而对噪声性能相差较小的润滑脂,BeQuiet+试验机法有更好的区分性。利用BeQuiet+试验机建立精密轴承润滑脂噪声性能的评价方法,使用6种不同杂质粒子和微观形貌的润滑脂对该评价方法进行了验证。该评价方法重点关注轴承整个运行阶段的噪声性能以及运行过程中噪声的稳定性,能够较好地区分精密轴承润滑脂的噪声性能。 相似文献

采用台架测量装置测试了不同环境温度下滚动轴承润滑脂的性能,研究环境温度、轴承转速、载荷和润滑脂锥入度对轴承力矩和温度的影响。结果表明:环境温度较低时,轴承启动力矩和运行力矩整体较高,轴承温度变化较为明显,润滑状态较差;随环境温度升高,轴承力矩和温度变化幅度均下降,轴承的润滑状态好转;高速乏油和重载条件下,轴承的力矩和温度增大,润滑状态变差。不同环境温度下润滑脂的表观黏度差异、不同转速下润滑脂的受剪切程度以及由此引起的润滑脂分油率的不同,是轴承呈现不同润滑状态的主要原因。 相似文献

MM-Z180Ⅱ型轴承试验机,是试金集团专为用户研制设计的大型精密仪器设备。该试验机用于模拟石油钻井用钻头的轴承使用情况,并自动测试、记录试样在各试验条件下的寿命及其它重要技术参数。主要用于油用钻头的轴承寿命试验、承载试验和润滑脂配比试验等。由于此前开发的轴承试验机存在转速低、噪音大、装配难度大以及控制不稳定等情况。就这些问题,在原有试验机的基础上,开发研制了MM-Z180Ⅱ型轴承试验机。进一步完善了轴承试验机的结构性能和操控程序,提高了试验机的技术指标,提升了轴承试验机的整体性能。本文就如何改进试验机的性能特征做了综合论述;并以该试验机为开发平台,对开发复杂受力情况下的各种试验设备做了详细阐述。 相似文献

The tribological properties of lithium-based grease with nanometer Cu additive are studied in this paper. The feasibility of Cu nanoparticle as grease additive is evaluated by four ball friction tester. Both the bearing temperature rise and the vibration acceleration at different lubrication states are investigated using the bearing test machine. Results show that when the adding amount of nanometer Cu is 0.25% in grease, the friction coefficient and the wear scar diameter of the steel ball are the smallest. Moreover, the vibration acceleration and temperature rise of bearing in 1171-0.25 lithium-based grease are decreased and the bearing speed limit is improved because of the self-repair role of Cu nanoparticles on bearing rolling surfaces. 相似文献

The failure mechanisms of grease lubricated ball bearings operating in the DN range from 1.0 × 106 to 2.0 × 106 was studied. A new rig capable of controlled operation of 20 and 25 mm ball bearings at speeds up to 100,000 rpm is described. Ball separator design seems to be a very important factor and a lightweight single piece machines outer ring controlled ball separator appeared to give the best results. In general, mechanical factors such as vibration, bearing design, bearing fit and tolerances, dynamic balance, load alignment, etc., have more influence on the performance of the bearings studied than gross grease variables. Under ideal conditions it is indicated that adequate lubrication with grease is possible for periods over 100 hours. However, under the test conditions generally in existence in the ultra high speed rigs grease lubrication was only adequate for very short periods. Grease compositional factors leading to better performance are smooth texture and hard consistency. At the temperature investigated diester type oil was slightly superior to mineral oil and greatly superior to silicone oil. 相似文献

以多支承转子 轴承 弹性基础系统为研究对象,对多支承转子系统某支承处轴承载荷变化引起不同支承点处轴及轴承的耦合振动响应进行了研究。首先,建立了多支承转子系统支承间的耦合振动模型,并进行了仿真和试验,耦合振动模型考虑了每个支承处的油膜耦合效应,通过轴承载荷敏感度矩阵得到各支承耦合力;然后,利用龙格库塔法对油膜刚度为定刚度和动刚度两种情况下的转子系统进行了数值分析及仿真;最后,在8支承转子试验台上进行试验,采取改变某一支承处的位移来得到轴承载荷的变化,并提取各支承处的振动信号。结果表明,轴承位置在稳态和瞬态两种情况下改变时振动响应明显不同,油膜刚度为动刚度的分析结果更为合理。 相似文献

试验研究镀银膜轴承在干摩擦、润滑油和润滑脂复合润滑下的摩擦性能。试验结果显示:在中低转速下,镀银膜轴承在银膜和液体润滑剂(油和脂)复合润滑下的摩擦因数仅相当于银膜干摩擦下摩擦因数的10%左右,且变化平稳;在高转速下,试验轴承在银膜和液体润滑剂复合润滑下的摩擦因数随转速增加而增加,且银膜与润滑脂复合润滑条件下的摩擦因数随转速增加得更快,但仍小于银膜干摩擦下的摩擦因数;镀银膜轴承在银膜和液体润滑剂(油和脂)的复合润滑下的磨损小于银膜干摩擦时的磨损;中低转速下,镀银膜轴承在液体润滑剂(油和脂)复合润滑下的摩擦磨损性能远优于银膜干摩擦时的摩擦磨损性能。 相似文献

Thrust ball bearings lubricated with several different greases were tested on a modified Four-Ball Machine, where the Four-Ball arrangement was replaced by a bearing assembly. The friction torque and operating temperatures in a thrust ball bearing were measured during the tests. At the end of each test a grease sample was analyzed through ferrographic techniques in order to quantify and evaluate bearing wear.A rolling bearing friction torque model was used and the coefficient of friction in full film lubrication was determined for each grease, depending on the operating conditions.The experimental results obtained showed that grease formulation had a very significant influence on friction torque and operating temperature. The friction torque depends on the viscosity of the grease base oil, on its nature (mineral, ester, PAO, etc.), on the coefficient of friction in full film conditions, but also on the interaction between grease thickener and base oil, which affected contact replenishment and contact starvation, and thus influenced the friction torque. 相似文献
