以液体环氧树脂为基料树脂,以水性胺为固化剂;以聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、氯化石蜡为膨胀阻燃体系;以纳米TiO2、可膨胀石墨为增效剂;以复合铁钛粉为防锈颜料,制备了钢结构用超薄型防火防腐涂料。当环氧涂层的交联度达到理论交联度的50%~70%时,涂层既有优良的防火隔热性能,又有优良的防腐蚀性及机械性能。 相似文献

Studies on novel silicone/phosphorus/sulphur containing nano-hybrid epoxy anticorrosive and antifouling coatings 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The objective of the present work is the development and characterization of silicone, phosphorous and sulphur containing nano-coatings using diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A type epoxy resin (DGEBA) as base material, tris (p-isocyanatophenyl) thio phosphate (DESMODUR) as modifier and POSS-NH2 (polyhedraloligomeric silsesquioxane) as nano-reinforcement. The nano-coatings were cured by Aradur 140 (polyamidoimidazoline) and XY 54 (polyamidoamine) curatives. The corrosion and fouling resistant properties of these coatings were evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance, salt-spray and antifouling tests. It was interesting to observe that the molecular structure of curing agents as well as the nano-reinforcing effect of POSS-NH2 significantly influenced their corrosion and fouling protection behaviour. For example, coating system ‘1’ alone retained an impedance value of 109 ohm cm2 even after 30 days of immersion indicating no deterioration on the coating. However the impedance values of other specimens decreased from 109 to 107 and 106 ohm cm2. This observation clearly indicates the synergistic effect of curing agent and nano-reinforcing effect of POSS-NH2 towards corrosion resistance. Similar observation was made from the antifouling study, with a marked inhibition of bacterial adhesion on such coated panels. 相似文献

The dependence of adhesion and protective properties of coating systems on surface properties of epoxy intermediate coatings, aged and non-aged before an application of polyurethane topcoats, were examined. The intermediate coatings were aged 500 h in UV chamber. The surface free energy and polar groups were estimated after ageing. After applying polyurethane topcoats on aged and non-aged epoxy coatings, resistance to salt spray and thermal shocks were tested as well as internal stresses were measured before and after corrosion tests.The results showed that adhesion in coating systems with polyurethane topcoats applied on aged epoxy coatings depends strongly on the degradation degree of epoxy intermediate coatings and the value of generated internal stresses. Coatings with good adhesion retention in corrosion environments have good protective properties even when temporary blistering has occurred. 相似文献

Flexible epoxy novolac coatings were developed by reacting an epoxy novolac resin, poly[(phenylglycidyl ether)‐co‐formaldehyde] (PPGEF) with an amine curing agent, 4,4′‐diamino‐3,3′‐dimethyldicyclohexyl methane (BMCHA), cardanol based reactive diluent (Cardolite NC‐513) and two different cardanol‐based flexibilizers (Cardolite NC‐514 and Cardolite NC‐547). The flexibilizer content was varied from 5 to 10% by weight of the resin. These resins were coated onto the stainless steel panels and tested for their gloss, cross‐hatch adhesion, falling weight impact resistance, flexibility, abrasion, scratch hardness, solvent scrub resistance, and chemical resistance. The thermo‐mechanical properties of these coatings were determined by TGA, DSC, DMTA, and tensile strength measurements. The cryofractured specimens were subjected to SEM analysis. The influence of structural differences of two flexibilizers on the coating properties was investigated. Despite the fact that the pipeline coating represents only about 5% of the total cost, the choice of the most effective coating is a key point to guarantee the life of the installed pipelines. Since the eighties, polypropylene copolymer coatings have been used for the protection of the external surface of on-shore and off shore pipelines. Polypropylene is one of the most suitable coatings when high mechanical properties (impact resistance, penetration resistance, etc.) and/or heat resistance are required. Polypropylene has also been used in ordinary pipelines giving advantages compared with the standard coatings, e.g. fusion bonded epoxy resin, coal tar enamel and polyethylene. New applications for polypropylene copolymers such as pipeline coatings have recently been developed, these include an insulating coating obtained with foamed polypropylene and an internal coating obtained by spraying a polypropylene adhesive powder. 相似文献

In order to prepare a coating with better corrosion resistance, the double-layer coatings are designed to work together in this article. The double-layer coatings are made of polyethersulfone and epoxy resin as the matrix resin. Polyaniline (PANI) of different contents was added to the matrix resin by weight to form the primer coats, which was named as d-0, d-20, d-40, d-60. And polytetrafluoroethylene was introduced into the matrix resin to prepare the surface coats. A two-layer coating was prepared by coating the surface layer on the primer layer, named as S-0, S-20, S-40, S-60. The surface morphology of the primer coatings and the cross section morphology of the two-layer coatings were determined by field emission scanning electron microscopy. The anticorrosion property of the coatings was studied by water absorption, adhesion, salt spray corrosion acceleration test and electrochemical impedance test. The results indicate that the 40 wt% PANI composite coating shows the best corrosion resistance. 相似文献

The protective properties of eight high performance commercial multilayer organic coatings for aeronautical use (based on polyurethane, epoxy and polyurethane-compatible epoxy resins) on anodised 2024-T3 Al alloy were evaluated in neutral aerated 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique. The investigation was performed on specimens supplied and prepared from Alenia in accordance with their technical specifications. Results obtained in this paper show that all coating systems exhibit excellent protective properties even after prolonged immersion in the test solution (one year). Although the dielectric properties of all multilayer coatings are quite similar, EIS was proved to be able to discriminate among them, making possible a rank of these protective systems to prevent or to reduce corrosion. Capacitance measurements performed on the same coatings allow their behaviour to be forecasted. 相似文献

Organic protective coatings are widely used in corrosion control. However, environmental standards establish that the volatile organic compounds either must be removed or controlled at the lowest possible levels. The carcinogenic environmental impact of volatile organic compounds has led to the substitution of solvent‐borne coatings by water‐borne coating systems. Among recently developed water‐borne coatings, epoxy‐ and acrylic‐based coatings have a special significance over other reported water‐borne systems. Keeping in mind, the importance of water‐borne coatings in the present work, we report the synthesis of water‐borne epoxy–acrylate (EpAc) and melamine–formaldehyde (MF) as well as formulation of their anticorrosive coatings. The structural elucidation of MF‐cured EpAc was carried out by FTIR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopic techniques. The coatings of EpAc‐MF were applied on mild steel strips and were evaluated for physicochemical, physicomechanical characterization, and the anticorrosive performance under different environmental conditions. The present coating system EpAc coatings exhibited superior performance as compared to the reported water‐borne epoxy–acrylatecoatings. The presence of melamine–formaldehyde in the resin increases the scratch hardness, impact resistance, alkali resistance, and thermal stability of these coatings. 环氧树脂涂层因其优异的耐蚀性能、对金属表面良好的附着力而在金属防腐领域得到广泛应用。但涂层固化过程中会形成缺陷和孔洞,腐蚀介质可以直接接触到金属表面。为了开发出具有优良耐久性的防腐涂层,研究人员使用不同的方法和材料制备了多种环氧树脂防腐涂层。该文综述了纳米粒子改性环氧防腐涂层、超疏水型环氧防腐涂层、自修复型环氧防腐涂层、导电聚合物改性环氧防腐涂层及生物基材料改性环氧防腐涂层的制备及性能。但这5种防腐涂层各有局限性,未来应该探究出新的环氧防腐涂层,在提升涂层防腐性能的同时,兼顾其他性能,使环氧树脂基防腐涂层朝着功能化、智能化的方向发展。 相似文献

A series of water-based stable sol–gel systems have been developed. Various functional groups including amino, epoxy, vinyl, and allyl groups can be incorporated into the sol–gel network to interact with organic polymer resins. The solid content of these sol–gel-based coating formulations varies from 2.5 to 45%. The sol–gel coating of alumina–silica networks derived from low solid content solutions (2.5%) has been developed and evaluated to replace the current conversion coating pretreatment process. Sol–gel coatings derived from the high solid content solutions (17–45%) have shown excellent mechanic strength, good adhesion, and provide corrosion protection of the aluminum substrate when cured at elevated temperatures. Sol–gel/epoxy resin hybrid coatings have been formulated and studied. The hybrid coating showed enhanced mechanical strength such as hardness and abrasion resistance. When cured at elevated temperatures (80°C), all of the hybrid coatings studied passed wet adhesion testing. Some of the hybrid coatings pass wet adhesion testing when cured at room temperature. However, water-sensitivity remains for most of the room temperature cured hybrid coatings. 相似文献
