圆-椭圆-圆孔型中轧制合金钢棒材时宽展迭代模型的建立   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
在预测圆-椭圆-圆孔型中轧制合金钢棒材的宽展时,在Shinokura宽展公式基础上进一步考虑了棒材材质对宽展的影响,并且推导出了轧件出口断面等效高度和轧辊平均工作半径公式,对Shinokura宽展公式进行了修正。为得到更精确的宽展值,基于修正后Shinokura的宽展公式用迭代法建立了宽展迭代模型。为验证宽展迭代模型的有效性,进行了GCr15棒材轧制实验,并用刚塑性有限元法模拟了轧制过程,通过比较认为,此迭代模型收敛速度快,并且具有比较高的精度,能用于棒材精轧孔型设计和轧制工艺参数的设定。  相似文献

对圆—椭圆—圆孔型轧制合金钢,提出了接触边界临界点的概念,建立了出口断面形状预测模型,推导出临界点的解和新的等效接触断面面积公式,给出了计算平均轧辊半径的新模型。为验证新模型,完成了棒材轧制试验,并且利用刚塑性有限元法对轧制过程进行了模拟。将不同模型得到的理论结果与实验值和模拟值作比较,证明新模型具有很高的精度,因此可以用于精轧孔型设计和轧制工艺参数的设定。  相似文献

铜包铝复合棒材平辊轧制宽展变形行为   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对铜包铝复合棒材平辊冷轧时的金属流动进行数值模拟和实验研究.结果表明:由圆断面至扁断面的第一道次平辊轧制中侧边以变形宽展为主;在后续道次的平辊轧制过程中,滑动宽展的影响增大,侧边变形宽展的影响减小;当压下率为13.3%~26.7%时,摩擦因数对铜包铝棒材宽展率的影响较小,而当压下率大于33.3%时,摩擦因数对宽展的影响增大;铜包铝复合棒材的最大轧制压力在轧制入口端,断面上存在一条"X"状的等效应变带.实验结果与有限元分析结果具有良好的一致性.采用合适的轧制工艺,可获得铜包覆层分布均匀、铜铝复合界面无裂纹和分层、表面质量好的扁排.  相似文献

Skin-pass rolling (or temper rolling) is usually the final process in the production of cold-rolled steel sheets. One of the main objectives in skin-pass rolling is to obtain a certain surface roughness profile. Although a large roll radius compared to the contact length and the reduction in thickness is one of the characteristics of skin-pass rolling conditions, numerous studies have been conducted thus far using laboratory mills with small radius rolls. In this paper, the influence of roll radius on roughness transfer in skin-pass rolling is investigated by experimental rolling tests as well as numerical analysis by elastic–plastic FEM. A simple but useful method of estimating roughness transfer is suggested. It was found that some characteristics of skin-pass rolling related to roughened rolls are not properly simulated using small radius rolls.  相似文献

Skin-pass rolling (or temper rolling) is the final forming step in the production of cold rolled steel sheets. Although a large roll radius compared to the contact length is one of the characteristics of skin-pass rolling conditions, numerous studies have been conducted thus far using laboratory mills with small radius rolls. In this paper, the influence of roll radius on the contact condition and material deformation in skin-pass rolling is examined and clarified by numerical analysis by an elastic–plastic FEM analysis as well as experimental rolling tests, which were performed to verify the result of the analysis. Some characteristics of skin-pass rolling related to pressure distribution, contact condition and material deformation are not properly simulated using small radius rolls. Considering characteristic skin-pass rolling conditions, two cases using simplified models, i.e., vertical compression and rolling with a circular, rigid roll, were analyzed.  相似文献

通过Deform-3D有限元分析软件及正交实验,模拟并优化了20A钢棒材热连轧过程的工艺参数,并对该热轧工艺条件下的20A钢棒材的晶粒组织的有限元数值模拟以及物理实验验证进行探索。对比数值模拟值与物理实验值,研究结果表明:在最佳工艺参数条件下,数值模拟的20A钢棒材平均晶粒尺寸为45.8 mm,而物理实验中的平均晶粒尺寸为47.56 mm,二者数值均满足技术要求,且误差仅为3.7%,通过有限元模拟能够成功地预测热轧变形过程晶粒尺寸大小。  相似文献

在连铸过程中,由于受多种因素的影响,钢坯表面会不可避免地形成周期性排列的横裂纹,如果这些横裂纹能在轧制中消失,将会大大提高生产效率和经济效益。通过DEFORM-3D软件和实验室轧制模拟了棒材轧制过程,分析了孔型对钢坯表面横裂纹的影响,得到了钢坯表面横裂纹在棒材轧制过程中的演变规律。  相似文献

To improve the quality of a joint composed of metallic microstructural parts, a novel resistance brazing method called the ‘two-step resistance brazing method’ has been developed. In this method, filler metals plated on the surface of base metals are butted and alloyed due to the Joule's heat by performing two-step energizing. In this study, the numerical simulation of the joining process for the two-step resistance brazing method has been carried out. A mathematical formulation and corresponding calculation scheme, which is derived from using the control-volume method, are developed for a model based on contact resistance between the filler metals plated on the surface of the base metals, and transient two-dimensional heat conduction with the Joule's heat generation. The calculated result, based on a base metal of type 304 stainless steel and plated filler metals of gold and copper, is discussed and compared with experimental data.  相似文献

根据某热轧厂横切机组中2#矫直机(11辊辊式矫直机)的工艺参数,建立钢板在矫直过程中的三维动态有限元模型。通过仿真得到矫直过程中各辊对钢板矫直力的数据,并结合实测数据验证模型的合理性;在此模型的基础上,分析钢板在矫直过程中横截面上的应力变化规律及不同压下规程对钢板残余应力的影响,结果表明,矫直过程中,钢板应力类似于应力波的形式由轧件头部向尾部传递,其中沿矫直方向的纵向应力占主导地位,应力主要是由纵向纤维上的反复弯曲变形所产生;适当抬高1#辊的位置,即可改善矫后钢板残余应力的分布,进而提高钢板的矫直质量。  相似文献

Nowadays, sheet rolling of stainless steel or aluminium has been performed actively. In the sheet rolling, a surface defect called herring-bone, which is a surface pattern like bones of herring, sometimes occurs. On the other hand, a surface defect called reduction-mark, which is many stripes, occasionally happens in the sheet rolling of copper. Since the cause of the surface defects has not been clarified, experimental and theoretical researches are required. First, experiments of cold rolling have been performed. Distances between a line of the herring-bone and that of the neighbouring line have been measured. Moreover, the lengths of projected material-roll contact are are calculated by the slab method. We have found that the distances agree well with the lengths. Secondly, we have proposed a new model of lubrication failure, and have performed analyses of rolling by the slab method based on the model. We assume that the lubrication failure occurs when the average thickness of the lubricating oil becomes smaller than a certain value. The value of frictional coefficient between the material and the roll is assumed to be extremely large when the lubrication failure occurs, whereas the value is assumed to be ordinary when the lubrication failure does not occur. The analytical results show that the lubrication failure occurs periodically toward the rolling direction, and that the period is equal to the length of the projected contact are. Finally, the mechanisms of the herring-bone and the reduction-mark in sheet rolling are clarified by the experiments and the analyses.  相似文献

The effect of the laser processing parameters on the composition uniformity and shapecoefficient of fusion zone with laser surface alloyed Cr plated on medium carbon low alloysteel has been studied.It was found that the composition uniformity depends on the shapecoefficient of fusion zone,and the later is a function of both power density and interactiontime.If the power density is fixed to a certain value,the shape coefficient is directly,propor-tional to the interaction time.A completely,uniform molten pool can be obtained,when theshape coefficient is between 1.6 and 3.0.  相似文献

Vertical-horizontal (V-H) rolling is an important process during width reduction in the roughing stand of hot strip mill. A simulation of steady-state V-H rolling was carried out by the full three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element method (3D RPFEM). To consider the shear work rate and cope with a singular point, an extremely thin array of elements was attached before the entry of the roll. The slab shape, the spread, the separating force, and the rolling torque calculated were in good agreement with the experimental values.  相似文献

运用Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机对轴类件用钢40Cr高温热变形的组织形态进行研究,并由金相分析数据回归得出高温奥氏体组织演变数学模型.然后利用非线性有限元法建立了金属成形过程中热、应力、组织相互耦合的刚塑性有限元模型.采用该模型对二辊楔横轧成形工艺进行仿真计算,得出了轧后工件的温度场、变形场、高温奥氏体晶粒尺寸分布等.对比轧后工件奥氏体组织分布的计算结果与实测值可知,两者吻合良好.  相似文献
