综采工作面液压支架乳化液配制用水的水质会对乳化液的性能产生极大的影响。从乳化液配制用水的基本要求出发,研究了乳化液配制用水的硬度和SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-含量对乳化液稳定性及防锈性能的影响程度,研究表明:水质硬度越低,透光率越好,乳化液稳定性也越好,应将水质硬度控制在250×10~(-6)以下;水质硬度过高和水中SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-含量过大都会造成乳化液防锈性能下降,水质硬度越低,防锈能力越好,同时SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-浓度越低,防锈能力也越好。并在此基础上开发了基于双级反渗透和EDI的工作面全水质纯水处理系统。实际应用效果证明,经该系统处理的水质完全满足乳化液配制用水要求,为工作面支架液压系统提供了可靠的水质保障。  相似文献

针对液压支架对乳化液精度的要求,自行研制了一种矿用乳化液过滤站。该设备运用液压原理过滤,采用并联和串联的方法,对达不到精度要求的乳化液进行高压过滤。使用该设备后大大提高了乳化液的精度,达到了电液控制液压支架对乳化液的高标准要求。大大降低液压件损坏率,液压件的使用寿命增加2倍以上。  相似文献

为解决煤矿综采工作面液压支架、电液阀等设备在使用过程中,由于配制乳化液用水水质达不到规范要求而引起腐蚀、结垢或堵塞等问题,采用介质过滤、软化除硬和反渗透脱盐相结合的方法,开发出综采工作面乳化液用水处理装置。该装置主要由压力调节单元、过滤单元、除硬单元和反渗透单元等组成,能够有效去除水中的悬浮物、胶体、硬度、溶解性总固体等物质。实践表明,该装置运行稳定可靠,操作管理方便,大大降低液压支架、电液控制系统的故障率,提高了综采工作面生产效率。  相似文献

针对液压支架乳化液的污染问题,为满足煤矿自动化生产对乳化液清洁度日益提高的要求,开发了乳化液高压反冲洗过滤站自动控制系统,提出了乳化液反冲洗过滤站控制参数的优化方法。在实验室进行性能测试,实验结果表明,系统工作稳定,运行可靠,压差检测精度达到了0.1 MPa。该系统可有效提高乳化液反冲洗过滤站的自动控制水平,减少乳化液的浪费,为液压支架提供清洁的乳化液动力。  相似文献

针对液压支架用乳化液热稳定性现行测定方法存在周期较长、目视检测不易定量等问题,研究了以粒度组成数据为基础,建立液压支架用乳化液热稳定性快速测定方法的可行性。试验测试了2种不同系列液压支架用乳化液的粒度组成,计算出油性颗粒的沉降高度,并与现行测定法油皂分层厚度进行了比较。试验结果表明:通过粒度组成数据计算油性颗粒沉降高度,进而测定液压支架用乳化液热稳定性的方法可行;油性颗粒沉降高度与液压支架用乳化液的热稳定性有关,沉降高度越大,液压支架用乳化液热稳定性越差;沉降高度越小,液压支架用乳化液的热稳定性越好。  相似文献
