为了提高实验室光谱分析中样品粉末定量给料的生产效率和控制精度,实现定量给料流程自动化,研发了一套高精度微量给料系统。该系统主要结构由电控系统、塞柱式高精度微量给料仪、高精度称量系统、接料系统、减震隔振系统组成。采用直线运动模块作为动力源,驱动高精度微量给料仪给料,经高精度称量系统及控制系统的综合运算及控制,自动完成高精度微量给料的操作。经试验结果验证,该系统给料具有可行性、可操作性及可靠性,可为该系统下一步的设计研究提供一定的参考。  相似文献

五龙沟金矿是一个生产多年的老矿山,由于矿山已生产多年,通风系统较为复杂,井下柴油设备较多,现生产中段及分段通风不流畅,且存在窜风、跑风等现象,亟需通风系统的优化,改善矿井通风效果,保证矿山安全生产。提出了将矿山通风系统划分为3 320~3 270 m通风系统、3 270~3 220 m通风系统及3 220 m以下通风系统。利用Ventsim软件,对新方案的通风过程进行了风流调节及可视化的动态模拟。实践证明,优化的通风方案极大地改善了矿井的通风条件,提高了矿井通风效率。  相似文献
