在晶体硅片生产过程中会产生大量的切割废料,不仅造成资源浪费,而且带来环境污染,有效回收该废料已成为亟待解决的问题。以晶体硅金刚线切割废料为硅源制备铝硅合金,引入冰晶石作为熔剂来促进硅的溶解。研究了冰晶石分子比对合金硅含量、切割废料利用率以及铝损失率的影响,得到较优的冰晶石分子比为1.6,此时得到的合金硅含量为11.74%,切割废料利用率为64.75%,铝损失率为4.78%。合金产物的XRD分析及金相表征结果表明制得的铝硅合金组织较为均匀。此外,对熔炼过程的机理也进行了系统的研究,结果表明,熔炼过程可分为两步:第一步,切割废料表面的SiO_2被熔解,使得颗粒内部的硅暴露出来;第二步,熔盐中的Si与Al液在界面处接触,生成Al-Si进入铝液。 相似文献

通过向热浸镀锌铝合金中分别掺入微量钛、硅元素, 探究不同含量的钛、硅对锌合金金相组织的影响。结果表明, ZnAl系合金Ti含量在0~0.01%之间, 其晶粒从多向生长转为单向生长, 第三相分布均匀;Ti含量在0.01%~0.02%之间, 其晶粒从单向生长转为多向生长, 组织形态变化较大, 随着第三相增加, 出现局部集中现象。随着Al含量增加, ZnAlSi系合金中第三相Si相从分布在富铝相和富锌相向富铝相区域集中。Ti元素对合金组织细化效果优于Si元素, 对合金组织影响较为显著。 相似文献

本文在Al7Si0.3Mg合金含0.3%Er的基础上研究了不同Zr含量对合金组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在添加Zr元素之后,Zr与Er形成了第二相颗粒Al3Er和Al3Zr,这些第二相粒子在铝液凝固过程中起到双重形核和细化作用,显著细化α-Al和共晶Si的分枝,提高了合金的力学性能。当Zr含量为0.2%时,其抗拉强度达到了182MPa,延伸率为6.4%,较未添加Zr元素的合金抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高了16.7%和33.3%。 相似文献

二次铝灰因成分复杂且含有毒害组分,物质组成及堪布特性不明限制了二次铝灰的无害化处置和有价组分的资源化利用。本研究利用XRF、XRD、激光粒度、SEM-EDS等对山东某铝电公司的二次铝灰进行了工艺矿物学特性研究。结果表明:二次铝灰中主要含Al、Mg、F、Si、K、N等元素,Al组分含量达到约84.933%;二次铝灰中主要含铝物相有Al_2O_3、金属Al、AlN、MgAl_2O_4等。AlN、金属Al、Al_2O_3含量分别为18.13%、12.41%、25.89%,总的铝物相含量为56.43%。二次铝灰粒度细,且分布不均匀,d(0.1)为1.058μm,d(0.5)为37.544μm,d(0.9)为264.882μm;含铝组分主要为氧化铝、尖晶石和铝锰合金;铝的氧化物主要以粒状存在且粒度较小,铝镁尖晶石组分以针状存在,部分以粒状、放射状存在;铝金属组分以游离颗粒单独存在,部分与锰铁组分紧密共生,以合金的形式存在。含氟组分浸染在铝镁组分中,铁和硅等微量组分以合金态集中存在于二次铝灰中,钾组分含量较低且与铝镁组分紧密共生。 相似文献

本文以云南鲁甸高硅低铝硅比型铝土矿为研究对象,通过正浮选阶段磨矿阶段选别、两段脱硅工艺流程获得了较好的铝土矿精矿,浮选指标良好。原矿含Al2O360.78%、Si O220.84%,铝硅比(A/S)为2.92,主要脉石矿物为白云母、石英等。通过在粗磨条件下进行一段浮选脱硅,粗精矿再磨再选后进行二段浮选脱硅,产出合格精矿。粗精矿再磨后进行五次精选,闭路试验获得精矿产率为64.74%、Al2O370.83%,Si O28.40%、A/S为8.43、Al2O3回收率为75.83%的良好指标。 相似文献
