刚果(金)SCM矿区低品位铜钴矿样中,铜以自由氧化铜、结合氧化铜为主,并含少量次生硫化铜,原生硫化铜甚微;钴主要以水钴矿、菱钴矿、钴白云石等氧化钴的形式存在,铜矿物、钴矿物赋存状态复杂,回收难度大。根据矿石性质和实际生产需求,试验采用“预先浮选硫化矿-硫化浮选氧化矿-磁选-浸出”的原则流程,考察了硫化剂种类、铜钴矿浮选作业药剂制度和磁场强度等因素对铜钴分选指标的影响,考察了常规浸出条件下铜钴的浸出效果。研究结果表明:采用Na2S作为氧化铜钴的硫化剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂、硫化时间4 min时,可实现自然矿浆环境中氧化铜钴的选择性分选;以磁场强度1.1 T、磁场流速1.0 cm/s、磁脉动频率16 Hz为磁选条件,磁选氧化铜钴矿硫化浮选的尾矿,可获得良好的铜钴矿磁选效果。针对含铜1.68%、含钴0.165%、氧化率94.05%的原矿,铜钴矿分选作业采用四段氧化铜浮选、三段氧化钴浮选和两段磁选的开路试验,获得了产率20.99%、铜品位6.67%、铜回收率79.91%、钴品位0.396%、钴回收率51.70%的氧化铜钴粗精矿。对开路试验获得氧化铜钴粗精矿进行硫酸浸出,用98...  相似文献

某硫化-氧化混合型铜钴矿氧化率高并含有大量的碳质泥,用常规浮选法不能得到好的综合回收效果。通过预先浮选脱泥消除碳质泥对浮选过程的影响,然后对硫化铜钴矿和氧化铜钴矿进行异步浮选,并采用硫化剂强化氧化铜钴矿的浮选效果,试验结果表明,对含铜2.63%、钴0.04%、碳6.63%的原矿,可获得铜品位21.12%、铜回收率高达88.55%,含钴0.116%、钴回收率为31.39%的铜钴精矿。研究还发现,硫化剂硫氢化钠与硫化钠相比更有利于氧化铜钴矿物的硫化浮选。  相似文献

针对刚果(金)某难选氧化铜钴矿高氧化率、高结合率、泥化严重、有害杂质钙镁含量高的特点,制定了不经脱泥,先浮选硫化铜钴矿、后硫化浮选氧化铜钴矿的原则流程,对易给氧化铜钴矿闭路选别带来中矿累积的微细粒中矿制定了选冶联合处理工艺。对含铜3.10%的原矿,采用最终闭路试验流程处理,获得了铜品位31.52%、回收率33.25%的硫化矿精矿和铜品位23.76%、回收率47.14%的氧化矿精矿,稀硫酸浸出中矿,可以回收6.64%的铜,总铜回收率达到87.03%,同时回收53.96%的伴生金属钴。  相似文献

刚果(金)某硫化铜钴矿位于加丹加省利卡西市,属中非铜钴矿带典型的硫化铜钴矿,矿石含铜1.50%、钴0.48%。根据矿石中铜钴矿物难以浮选分离的矿物特性,确定了"铜钴混合浮选"的原则流程。结合新型高效选择性捕收剂BK404B及铜钴活化剂BKNA,采用"一粗两扫三精-粗精矿再磨"的工艺流程,浮选闭路试验获得含Cu 26.93%、Co 7.24%,铜回收率93.70%,钴回收率78.42%的铜钴精矿。另外,针对浮选闭路试验尾矿,通过强磁选强化对钴的回收,可获得含钴1.18%,钴回收率3.20%的磁选精矿,浮磁精矿合并后满足销售要求,即采用浮-磁联合工艺使钴的回收率提高3.20个百分点。  相似文献

刚果(金)某氧化铜钴矿具有铜钴赋存状态复杂、碳质物含量高等特点,采用常规单一浮选工艺铜钴回收率均较低。本次连选试验最佳选矿工艺为预先浮选脱碳—异步浮选硫化矿和氧化矿—浮选磁选联合原则流程,原矿样含铜1.71%、钴0.31%,获得硫化精矿含铜25.94%、钴2.81%,氧化精矿含铜15.78%、钴0.60%,磁选精矿含铜3.54%、钴0.99%,铜钴回收率分别达到79.05%、61.33%。该连选工艺流程结构稳定,药剂制度简单,磁选操作简便,可为刚果(金)同类矿石资源的处理提供新思路。  相似文献

赞比亚谦比希西矿体铜矿矿物种类多,Cu、Fe、S和Al2O3含量分别为1.69%、3.94%、1.61%和14.70%,属高铝复杂难选铜矿。为给该矿石浮选工艺确定提供依据,对西矿体矿石进行了浮选工艺研究。试验确定采用先选硫化铜矿再选氧化铜矿的优先浮选工艺流程。以水玻璃为矿浆分散剂、氧化钙为抑制剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,进行硫化铜浮选,硫化铜浮选尾矿以硫化钠为活化剂、丁胺黑药+丁基黄药为混合捕收剂,进行氧化铜浮选,硫化铜与氧化铜浮选粗精矿混合后经3次精选,闭路试验可获得铜品位22.75%、铜回收率71.89%的浮选铜精矿,以及铜品位0.49%的浮选尾矿。  相似文献

刚果(金)某氧化铜钴矿含铜3.12%、含钴0.15%,铜、钴矿物赋存状态复杂,选矿难度大,采用"硫化矿与氧化矿分步浮选-硫化粗精矿再磨-氧化粗精矿再选抛尾"的选矿工艺,实现了铜和钴的高效回收。全流程闭路试验获得硫化精矿产品含铜71.13%、含钴0.16%,铜、钴回收率分别为46.47%、2.38%;获得的氧化精矿产品含铜31.66%、含钴1.32%,铜、钴回收率分别为38.23%、36.24%;铜、钴的总回收率分别达到84.70%和38.62%。钴主要因石英、白云石、绿泥石、针铁矿或赤铁矿及硬锰矿等矿物赋存钴而损失于尾矿中。  相似文献

某氧化铜矿石铜品位为3.99%,氧化率73.5%,铜主要以自由氧化铜的形式存在。采用优先浮硫化铜再浮氧化铜的原则流程回收铜,对硫化铜浮选尾矿开展氧化铜硫化浮选试验。以硫化钠为硫化剂,戊基黄药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂,进行1粗1精氧化铜矿硫化钠用量、强化硫化药剂、分段加药浮选试验和氧化铜浮选尾矿强磁选试验。结果表明,硫化钠用量为1 500 g/t,不采用强化硫化药剂,分两次加药、加药量比为3∶1时,磁场强度为1 240 k A/m时,浮选效果最佳。在该条件下进行全流程闭路试验,最终可获得铜位40.79%、回收率36.37%的氧化铜精矿1,铜品位17.62%、回收率16.40%的氧化铜精矿2和铜品位4.11%、回收率3.88%的磁选精矿。试验结果可为该氧化铜矿石铜回收工艺的确定提供技术参考。  相似文献

刚果(金)加丹加矿区硫氧混合型铜钴矿石含Cu2.21%和Co0.16%,铜钴元素均达到了工业回收标准,为确定合理高效的选矿工艺,进行了矿石性质分析及选矿试验研究。结果表明:该硫氧混合型铜钴矿石中的目的矿物种类复杂,目的元素铜除硫化铜和氧化铜形态赋存外,还有部分铜以铜锰铝硅氧化结合物中的铜形态赋存。钴主要以含钴黄铁矿及水钴矿形式赋存,脉石矿物主要以易泥化的碳酸盐类脉石为主。结合矿石性质分析和探索条件试验的结果确定了硫化矿物浮选—氧化矿物硫化钠硫化、组合捕收剂协同捕收浮选氧化铜矿物—氧化矿尾矿高梯度强磁选的选矿工艺,该工艺根据不同类型的目的矿物可浮性和磁性的差异性,分段产出硫化铜精矿、氧化铜精矿和磁选精矿三个产品,三个产品总铜回收率达到了91.54%,总钴回收率达到了56.48%,实现了对该硫氧混合型铜钴矿石主要元素的综合回收。   相似文献
