在清洁燃油生产技术中,吸附脱硫由于运行成本低和操作条件温和,被认为是目前最具前景的非加氢脱硫技术之一。吸附脱硫技术在温和的条件下将燃油中的有机硫选择性吸附脱除,而其核心是高效的固体多孔吸附剂材料。本文综述了目前吸附脱硫的吸附机理和吸附剂研究进展,主要从物理吸附、化学吸附和反应-吸附耦合三种吸附机制出发,重点介绍了不同吸附机制的脱硫吸附剂的研究进展及应用,从脱硫选择性、吸附热力学和动力学、选择性等方面深入分析和比较了不同吸附脱硫体系。最后对基于物理吸附、化学吸附和反应-吸附耦合机制的三种脱硫技术进行了总结,指出了目前在真实油品中吸附脱硫仍面临的竞争吸附等问题以及未来亟待进一步关注的方向。 相似文献

综述了不同吸附剂脱硫和选择性吸附两方面的机理及研究进展。在燃料油选择性吸附脱硫研究的吸附剂中,使用最多的是金属阳离子改性的Y型分子筛,以Cu、Ni和Ce改性的Y型分子筛最为成熟。其吸附脱硫机理主要包括π-络合吸附和金属S—M键作用。燃料油(以汽油和柴油为主)组成复杂,含大量烯烃、芳烃、烷烃及少量的氮化物、氧化物、水及胶质,影响吸附剂的吸附脱硫效果,而烯烃和芳烃严重影响吸附剂的选择性吸附脱硫性能。各种吸附剂对富含烯烃或芳烃的燃料油中的硫化物选择性和硫容量不同,但都不高。研究吸附剂与燃料中的硫化物的选择性吸附机理,对研发具有高选择性和高吸附容量的吸附剂起推动作用。 相似文献

Selective photooxidation and adsorptive desulfurization of kerosene was investigated for fuel cell applications. Photooxidation was conducted using a 5 W low-pressure mercury lamp at 25 °C in the presence of O2. It was found for the first time that the rates of photooxidation of dominant sulfur compounds remaining in commercial kerosene after hydrogenation were at least 100 times higher than those of benzothiophenes (BTs) and dibenzothiophenes (DBTs), although their molecular forms were not clarified. The photooxidation of these highly reactive sulfur compounds was completed within 30 min and made them removable by adsorbents such as molecular sieves. On the other hand, non-reactive sulfur compounds such as DBTs were removed by adsorbents such as activated carbon. Using this proposed method, which combines selective photooxidation of highly reactive sulfur compounds and adsorptive desulfurization of reactive and non-reactive sulfur compounds, the total sulfur content in kerosene can be efficiently reduced to less than 0.1 μg g−1 (ppm) under mild conditions. 相似文献

Adsorptive desulfurization and denitrogenation were studied using a model diesel fuel, which contains sulfur, nitrogen and aromatic compounds, over three typical adsorbents (activated carbon, activated alumina and nickel-based adsorbent) in a fixed-bed adsorption system. The adsorptive capacity and selectivity for the various compounds were examined and compared on the basis of the breakthrough curves. The electronic properties of the adsorbates were calculated by a semi-empirical quantum chemical method and compared with their adsorption selectivity. Different adsorptive selectivities in correlation with the electronic properties of the compounds provided new insight into the fundamental understanding of the adsorption mechanism over different adsorbents. For the supported nickel adsorbent, the direct interaction between the heteroatom in the adsorbates and the surface nickel plays an important role. The adsorption selectivity on the activated alumina depends dominantly on the molecular electrostatic potential and the acidic–basic interaction. The activated carbon shows higher adsorptive capacity and selectivity for both sulfur and nitrogen compounds, especially for the sulfur compounds with methyl substituents, such as 4,6-methyldibenzothiophene. Hydrogen bond interaction might play an important role in adsorptive desulfurization and denitrogenation over the activated carbon. 采用浸渍法制备了活性碳纤维(ACFS)负载CuCl的深度脱硫吸附剂Cu-ACFS。在常温常压下,研究了吸附剂对汽油模型溶液中噻吩硫的静态吸附脱硫性能,并优化了吸附剂的制备条件。结果表明,吸附剂的CuCl负载量随浸渍时间的延长刚开始增加很快,到24h以后趋于平衡,吸附剂的脱硫率随着吸附剂中CuCl负载量的增加而增加,最高可达到89.29%,Cu(I)在ACFS上的最优负载量为49.5962mg/g,对应吸附剂的硫吸附量为11.7074mg/g,处理后模型溶液的硫含量由179×10^-6降低到30×10^-6以下,且吸附剂的再生性能良好。 相似文献

综述了吸附法脱除柴油中噻吩类含硫化合物的常用吸附剂、吸附脱硫的机理及吸附脱硫过程动力学研究的最新进展。阐述了近来研究较多的吸附剂主要有分子筛、活性炭和金属有机骨架(MOFs)材料。目前传统的加氢脱硫(HDS)技术虽然可以满足当前柴油中硫含量的国家标准,但是其需要高温高压、成本高且对二苯并噻吩类硫化物脱硫率低,而吸附脱硫技术由于成本低、操作条件温和、易脱除加氢脱硫难以脱除的硫化物、对油品品质影响小等优点成为当前柴油脱硫的研究热点。吸附脱硫主要包括反应型吸附脱硫和非反应型吸附脱硫,反应吸附脱硫关键是有旧键的断裂与新键的生成,而非反应吸附脱硫则是通过分散力使硫化物上的硫原子与吸附剂之间相互作用,从而达到吸附脱硫的作用。本文对吸附脱硫机理和吸附脱硫过程的动力学加以讨论,为以后的研究提供一定的理论基础,并提出了脱硫吸附剂今后的研究方向。 相似文献

焦化苯的选择吸附脱硫(SARS)技术以脱硫精度高、操作简单、设备投资小等优点而被看好。综述了焦化苯脱硫用分子筛吸附剂、金属氧化物吸附剂、活性炭吸附剂的研究进展,其中,分子筛吸附剂主要介绍了微孔吸附材料、介孔吸附材料和碳分子筛吸附材料,通过分析可知,吸附剂的孔道结构对硫化物吸附选择性的作用明显,Y型分子筛和ZSM-5分子筛是比较理想的吸附剂。并指出,要获得脱硫精度好、硫容高的焦化苯脱硫吸附剂,先制备孔径孔容较大、性质稳定、活性位丰富的多孔材料,然后对其进行酸性改性或金属离子改性是一条较好的途径。 相似文献
