A space precipitation diagram of [Ce]-[O]-[S] in pure liquid iron has been constructed utilising recent experimental thermodynamic data gathered on allied equilibrium systems of RE-O, RE-S and RE-O-S. A quantitative correlation between the activities of oxygen, sulphur and the constitution of the formed RE inclusions has been found. This correlation was theoretically evaluated through thermodynamic calculation and verified by experimental data concerned with the activities of oxygen and sulphur in liquid iron and the composition of the formed RE inclusions.  相似文献

Thermal wear of cast hot-forging die steel modified by rare earths(RE) was studied and compared with commercially used die steels. The function of RE and the mechanism of thermal wear of cast steel modified by RE were discussed. The results showed that with increasing content of RE, the wear rate of cast steel reduced at first and then increased. By adding 0.05% (mass fraction) RE, the cast hot-forging die steel with optimum thermal wear resistance was obtained, which was better than that of H13 and 3Cr2WSV. The large amount of coarse inclusions, (RE)2O2S, resulted from excessive RE, which obviously deteriorated thermal wear resistance. The mechanism of thermal wear of the modified cast die steel is oxidation wear and oxide fatigue delamination. The wear debris are lumps of Fe2O3 and Fe3O4.  相似文献

采用高温固相反应法制备了La2O2S∶Tb3+、La2O2S∶Tb3+,RE3+(RE=Dy,Gd,Ce,Sm)荧光粉样品并进行了相关表征。结果表明,合成样品的晶体结构与La2O2S相同,为六方晶系;荧光粉颗粒的形貌多为长方形片状;发射光谱由494 nm、545 nm、587 nm、622 nm的一系列锐发射峰组成。研究发现Tb3+的掺杂浓度对样品主发射峰545 nm的发光强度影响很大,且在摩尔分数x(Tb3+)=0.02时达到最强。稀土离子Dy3+、Gd3+对La2O2S∶Tb3+荧光粉的发光有明显的敏化作用。  相似文献

采用L9( 34 )正交试验法考查FeCl3 浸出铅精矿的工艺条件 ,结果表明 ,在 ( 95± 5 )℃ ,粒径- 0 178mm ,NaCl 30 0g/L ,FeCl32 0 0g/L ,pH =0~ 1,15~ 2 0min ,搅拌速度 75~ 80r/min ,液固比 6∶1条件下进行浸出 ,铅浸出率 99%以上。PbCl2 经过精制、脱氯、煅烧后生产黄丹 ,铅总回收率大于 95 %。在液固比 5∶1,95~ 10 0℃ ,30~ 40min ,室温冷却条件下 ,采用有机脱硫剂RE取代CS2 对含元素硫的浸出渣脱硫 ,脱硫率达 98%,产品硫磺纯度 95 %,硫磺回收率大于 90 %。浸出液中的FeCl2 分离后 ,在常压下采用富氧催化氧化代替氯气氧化 ,再生氧化剂FeCl3 可循环使用。  相似文献

 采用直流放电压缩电弧等离子束表面冶金技术,在Q235钢表面制备了添加混合稀土氧化物的铁基合金涂层,研究了稀土对等离子束表面冶金涂层组织的影响。结果表明:添加适量的混合稀土氧化物可有效改善冶金涂层的组织和性能。另外,采用热力学方法,分析了稀土氧化物对冶金层中夹杂物的变质作用。分析结果表明:在冶金熔池中,稀土氧化物(Ce2O3)可以被碳还原为稀土元素,这些稀土元素与氧、硫反应生成稀土硫氧化物,起到脱氧、脱硫和净化熔池的效果,从而抑制冶金层中凝固裂纹的形成。  相似文献

对用硫粉和氢氧化钠制备硫代硫酸钠和多硫化钠混合浸金体系的反应条件进行了实验,该制备反应的最佳条件是:搅拌速度200 r/min、反应时间30~40 min、温度353 K、NaOH与S摩尔比1.5、氧气压力1.1 MPa。该条件下得到的混合溶液中,S2O32-浓度较高。  相似文献

结合转炉超低硫钢研发试验及生产实际,分析了转炉原材料中硫含量分布,得出铁水及带渣量、废钢、石灰占转炉入炉原料总硫质量分数的70%以上;研究了150 t顶底复吹转炉碳氧积对终渣(FeO)的影响,吹炼时间(0~15 min)、炉渣综合碱度R(2~4)和(FeO)(15%~25%)以及转炉钢水终点温度(1640~1700℃)对渣-钢硫分配比LS=(S)/[S]的影响。20炉无取向硅钢AGW600生产结果表明,当转炉终点碳氧积控制在0.002 8以内,二元碱度3.2~3.7、转炉钢水终点温度1675~1710℃、渣中(FeO)不超过20%,渣-钢硫分配比LS达7.0,钢水终点[C]为0.025%~0.048%,[S]为0.0024%~0.005 7%,钢材的[C]为0.0012%~0.0029%,[S]为0.0022%~0.0047%。  相似文献
