采用电化学沉积法在45#钢上电镀Ni-Cr合金,利用XRD、SEM、EDS测试方法对所制备的样品进行分析。结果表明,通过X射线分析,镀层为镍铬合金的共溶体。当衍射角2θ为44.375度时出现了明显的衍射峰,且由谢乐公式(Scherrer)计算得晶粒尺寸为35.97nm。由扫描电镜测试分析可知阳极材料的选取对镍铬合金镀层的形貌结构有较大影响。通过能谱仪测试,可知随着电流密度的增加,合金中铬的含量也逐渐增加。  相似文献

A batch of column experiments was carried out to investigate the change of Cr(Ⅵ) concentration leached out from chromium-containing slag with HCI as leaching agent, and to study influences of pH, ratio of solid mass to solution volume, flow velocity and temperature on Cr(Ⅵ) leaching. The optimal parameters were obtained for Cr(Ⅵ) leaching and a fitting model was established to describe the procedure of Cr(Ⅵ) leaching. The results show that Cr(Ⅵ) concentration in leachate increases with decreasing pH and increasing flow velocity and temperature. Moreover, Cr(Ⅵ) leaching percentage increases with increasing ratio of solid mass to solution volume. The optimal parameters for Cr(Ⅵ) selective leaching are as follows: pH=3.0, 1:5 of ratio of solid mass to solution volume, 180 mL/min of flow velocity and 40 ℃ of temperature. The procedure of Cr(Ⅵ) leaching fits well with the model: v= 1.87t^-0.54, indicating that the leaching rate of Cr(Ⅵ) declines in an exponential order of-0.54.  相似文献

针对电站锅炉受热面高温腐蚀的影响,采用电孤喷涂工艺,基体为锅炉受热面常用材料,喷涂国产高Ni—Cr合金涂层,对比FeCrAl涂层和T91材质,研究高温条件下的热腐蚀实验和热震实验,结合腐蚀动力学曲线与金相分析得到的孔隙率,说明国产高Ni—Cr合金在腐蚀防护上具有良好的性能,为今后电厂采用高Ni—Cr合金热喷涂涂层的防高温腐蚀应用提供借鉴.  相似文献

Mechanical properties and tribological behavior of a novel cast heat-resisting copper based alloy are investigated. The corresponding properties of a commercial aluminum bronze C95500 (ASTM B30) are compared with the alloy. The results show that the alloy possesses better mechanical properties and tribological behaviors than that of C95500 at elevated temperature. The tensile strength, elongation and hardness at 500℃ are 470MPa, 2.5% and HB220, respectively. The wear rate of the developed alloy at ambient and elevated temperature is about one-sixth and one-fortieth of that of C95500, respectively. The alloy is very suitable for ma-nufacturing heat-resisting and wear-resisting parts. Major strengthening mechanisms for the alloy are solution strengthening and the second phase strengthening.  相似文献

Nano-SiO2 particles strengthened Ni-based composite coating was designed and prepared on steel substrate. The structures and nanoparticle content of the nano-SiO2/Ni composite coating were determined by SEM, EDS and TEM; and the micro mechanical properties were tested by nano-indentation technique. The results show that 56% of particles in the solution are dispersed in size of less than 100 nm, the content of nanoparticles co-deposited in the coating doubles and structure of the coating is more compact and uniform than that of Ni coating. Nano-SiO2/Ni coating exhibits excellent micro mechanical properties, and the nanohardness and elastic modulus are 7.81 GPa and 198 GPa, respectively, which are attributed to finer crystal strengthening, dispersion strengthening and high-density dislocation strengthening of nano-SiO2 particles to the composite coatings. The fatigue behaviors of 48MnV steel, both uncoated and coated with different thicknesses of 3Cr13 deposits using twin arc spraying, were investigated. The fatigue properties of the 48MnV steel, determined under axial loading conditions, can be substantially decreased by coating 3Cr13 films, deposited by twin arc spraying. And the fatigue behavior of the thinner coatings is better than that of the thicker ones, of which the fatigue limits decrease by 9%–14%. The decrease in fatigue life attributes to the less mechanical properties of the coatings in comparison with those of the substrate, their relative bad bonding strength and trapped oxide or Al2O3 particles retain in the matrix after blasting responsible for the initiation of fatigue cracks. Cr(VI)-amended soil was inoculated with Cr(VI)-reducing strain, Bacillus sp. XW-4 and incubated at 28 °C in an incubator. Cr(VI) reduction, available Cr and Cr fraction in soils were studied. The results show that addition of Bacillus sp. XW-4 can promote Cr(VI) reduction, but inoculation of this strain has a negative effect on the decrease of available Cr content in soil. In controls (without this strain) amended with 100 and 200 mg/kg of Cr(VI), Cr(VI) contents decrease to about 41 and 92 mg/kg respectively after incubation of 4 d, while in soil inoculated with XW-4, Cr(VI) contents decrease to about 18 and 60 mg/kg, respectively. The content of available Cr in soils with inoculation of XW-4 is higher than that in controls. Chromium is partitioned into water soluble Cr, exchangeable Cr, precipitated Cr, Cr bound to organics and residual Cr. The highest content of Cr is observed in residual form and water soluble Cr is not detected for all treatments after 42 d, but the soils inoculated with Bacillus sp. XW-4 contain higher content of exchangeable Cr and lower content of precipitated Cr than the soil without the inoculum. Inoculation of Bacillus sp. XW-4 can increase chromium activity in soils. The oxidation of the ternary alloy Ni-15Cu-5Al in 1×105 Pa pure oxygen at 700 °C and 800 °C was studied. The results show that the behavior of the Ni-rich alloy is similar to that of the binary Ni-Al alloy with the same Al content in the form of an external NiO layer coupled to the internal oxidation of aluminium. The presence of 15% (mole fraction) Cu cannot modify substantially the values of relevant parameters affecting the transition from the internal to the external oxidation of aluminium. The presence of 5% Al reduces the oxidation rate of the corresponding Ni-Cu alloy during the whole oxidation stages, though 5% Al is still insufficient to form protective external alumina scales. The cerium conversion film was applied to improving the corrosion resistance of Mg-Gd-Y-Zr magnesium alloy. The film was electrodeposited on the surface of the Mg-RE alloy in cerium nitrate solution. The compositions and morphologies were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning election microscopy (SEM). The corrosion behaviors of the film were investigated electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), potentiodynamic polarization tests and immersion tests. The results show that the optimum parameters for electrochemical deposition are as follows: pH 10.0, time 30 min, 50 mmol/L Na2CO3 and temperature 25 °C by the designed experiments according to the orthogonal table L(9, 34). The corrosion protection efficiency is dependent on the deposition parameters. The cerium conversion film shows better corrosion protection behavior than chromate conversion film on Mg-Gd-Y-Zr magnesium alloy. The compacted TiAl alloys were prepared and the effects of HIPing time on their properties were studied. At 1100 ℃, 80 Mpa, the density of TiAl alloy reached up to 3.46 g/cm3 after 10 min HIPing. The densities of TiAl alloys did not significantly increase with the time increasing from 10 min to 70 min. Under the experimental conditions, the TiAl alloys obtained is an unstable state alloy, and the effect of HIPing time on the TiAl phase is not significant. The micro-cracks appear in inner of TiAl alloy with the HIPing time increase. At 1380 ℃, after one hour heat treatment, the micro-cracks disappear and the phase changes into stable state and its microstructure changs into lamella.  相似文献

The oxidation and lower temperature hot corrosion (LTHC) processes occurring on the surface of Ni-Cr coatings produced by high velocity arc spray (HVAS) were studied. Several different conditions were studied under simulated boiler conditions at 650°C. The protection effect of an Al coating deposited by HVAS onto the Ni-Cr coating was also investigated. Microscope, X-ray diffraction and corrosion rate curves have been used to analyze corrosion mechanisms. The experimental results show that: 1) The oxidation rates are almost superposed in both air (no SO3) and in simulated coal-fired gas (containing SO3) as long as no salt was present on the surface. These rate curves show a logarithmic relationship. 2) When the surface is coated with salt (75%K2SO3 + 25%Na2SO3) the rate curve for LTHC of the Ni-Cr coated surface shows a parabolic shape in the simulated coal-fire flue gas. In air only the oxidation reaction takes place, the second type of LTHC was not seen. And 3) the Al over coating on the Ni-Cr enhances resistance to LTHC because an inter-metallic compound, Al3Ni2, forms at the Al/Ni-Cr interface and because of the increase in coating thickness.  相似文献

NiCrAlY+(ZrO2+Y2O3) thermal barrier coating was prepared on the surface of refractory steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti with plasma spraying technique. The phases and microstructure of the thermal barrier coating were determined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the bonding between thermal barrier coating and substrate is sound. The surface hardness of 1Cr18Ni9Ti reaches up to 1 000 HV, but that of substrate is only 300 HV. The patterns sprayed with CoNiCrAlY+(ZrO2+Y2O3) ceramic coating have a good heat insulation effect at 800 °C for heat insulation temperature difference reaches 54 °C, which increases the operating temperature and service life of refractory steel. ZrN/W multilayered coatings with different modulation periods at the nanoscale have been synthesized at different N+ beam bombarding energies using IBAD. Various characterization techniques such as XRD, AES, nano indenter and profiler were employed to investigate the influence of modulation period and bombarding energy on microstructure and mechanical properties of the coatings. The results showed that all superlattice coatings had better mechanical properties than the monolithic ZrN and W coatings. At an optimal condition with 300 eV N+ beam bombarding energy and 8―9 nm modulation period, XRD pattern possessed a sig- nificantly structural mixture of strong ZrN (111), W (110), as well as weak ZrN (220) textures in the multilayered coating. The optimal condition resulted in higher hardness (26 GPa), elastic modulus (310 GPa) and fracture resistance of the coat- ing than other conditions.  相似文献

Sand-wear resistance of nano scale alumina particle reinforced nickel matrix composite coating (n-Al2O3/Ni) prepared by brush electroplating technique was investigated via wear tests in sand-contaminated oil lubricant, comparing with that of AISI1045 steel and brush electroplated Ni coating. Effects of testing load, sand content and sand size on worn volume of the three materials, and also coating surface roughness on worn volume of the brush electroplated coatings were accessed. Results show that the worn volume of all the three materials increases with increasing of testing load, sand content and sand size. In the same conditions, n-Al2O3/Ni composite coating has the smallest worn volume while AISI1045 steel has the largest because of the n-Al2O3 particle effects. As to n-Al2O3/Ni and Ni coatings, the surface-polished coatings have obviously lower worn volume than the as-plated coatings. The brush electroplated n-Al2O3/Ni composite coating was employed to remanufacture the sand-worn bearing seats of a heavy vehicle and good results were gained. The simulations of Cr atom substitution character during the formation of L12 and DO22 phases in Ni-Cr-Al alloy were performed at 873 K based on microscopic phase-field model. It is found that the substitution of Cr is affected by Cr and Al contents and limits of occupation probabilities of Cr atom in L12 phase are present. The precipitate is single L12 phase when the component is less than the limit, Cr atoms substitute the Al sublattices in Ll2 phase, and both of atoms Al and Cr occupy the β-sites and complex phases Ni3(Al1-xCrx) are formed; Cr atoms enter Ni sites when Al and Cr contents exceed the limit, and substitute β-sites or both of α- and β-sites. The DO22 phase is formed at the boundary of Ll2 phase.  相似文献

Chromium ore fines containing coal (COFCC) can be rapidly heated by microwave to conduct the voluminal reduction, which lays a foundation of getting sponge ferrochromium powders with a lower content of C. Under the conditions of COFCC with n(O):n(C) (molar ratio) as 1.00:0.84 and n(SiO2):n(CaO) as 1.00:0.39, the samples were heated by 10 kW microwave power to reach the given temperatures and held for different times respectively. The results show that the low-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase in the reduced materials forms before the high-C-Cr ferrochromium metal phase does. With increasing temperature the C content of ferrochromium metals is in a positive correlation with the content of Cr. The C content of ferrochromium metal in reduced materials is 0–10.07% with an average value of 4.68%. With the increase of holding time the Cr content in ferrochromium metals is in a negative correlation with the content of C, while the content of Fe changes in the contrary way. In the microwave field the kinetic conditions of carburization are closely related with the temperature of microwave heating, holding time and carbon fitting ratio.
