采用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)高胶粉(ABSHR)和乙醇胺为原料,以邻二氯苯为溶剂,乙酸锌为催化剂合成了噁唑啉官能化ABSHR(oxa-ABSHR)。在不同的反应条件下制备了不同噁唑啉基团生成率的ABS高胶粉,并应用于丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共混物体系。傅里叶红外光谱分析表明成功地在ABS高胶粉上引入了噁唑啉基团。差示量热扫描仪分析和毛细流变仪测试表明,噁唑啉基团与PET端基发生了反应,并改善了体系的相容性。扫描电子显微镜分析表明,PET在ABS基体里的分散在加入oxa-ABSHR后变得更加规则,粒径更小。当加入6%(质量分数,下同)的噁唑啉基团生成率为50%的oxa-ABSHR时,ABS/PET体系缺口冲击性能提高了102%。 相似文献

建立气相色谱法测定乙腈装置减压共沸塔顶(T202顶)粗乙腈杂质含量的分析方法。采用DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱、氢火焰检测器,带范围校正归一化法定量。通过实验选择最佳分析操作条件,成功分析出粗乙腈中微量丙烯腈、丙酮、唑、丙腈等杂质含量。解决了填充柱在分析此样品时,主要杂质丙烯腈与未知杂质色噁谱峰重叠的问题。测定的相对标准偏差均小于5.0%,各组分加标回收率在97%~102%之间,能满足分析要求。 相似文献

建立了气相色谱法PEG-20M毛细柱测定丙烯腈中微量杂质含量。优化了气相色谱分离条件。该方法用于丙烯腈中微量恶唑、丙腈、甲基丙烯腈等组分,样品中恶唑测得的相对标准偏差3.7%,回收率为96.3%;样品中丙腈测得的相对标准偏差2.5%,回收率为97.1%;样品中甲基丙烯腈测得的相对标准偏差3.8%,回收率为96.8%,表明了该方法精密度和准确度较好,适合于丙烯腈中微量有机杂质的测定。 相似文献

乙腈连续回收装置是与丙烯腈生产主装置相配套的。通过合理利用唑在脱氰塔精馏段上部积浓的特性,调整乙腈连续回收技术中脱氰塔部分的工艺条件和操作条件,采用从精馏段上部液相抽出含较高浓度唑物料、在脱氢氰酸塔的精馏段上部增加一个液相抽出口的方法,解决了乙腈产品中唑含量超标的问题,达到制取高纯乙腈的目的。 相似文献

The shear-stress dependence of the shear modulus in concentrated solutions of acrylonitrile copolymer was investigated by the capillary end-correction method. The shear modulus decreases with an increase of shear stress above a critical polymer concentration at ti higher shear rate than that at which the decrease of the viscosity begins to occur. The non-Hookian behavior of the concentrated solutions may be considered to arise from the breakdown of the tangled network structure, namely elastically deformable pseudo network. 相似文献

The viscosity of polymer melts increases when adding fillers. Experiments were conducted with styrene—acrylonitrile copolymers filled with various amounts of glass beads and short glass fibres on a rotational and a capillary rheometer. Further from literature some representative equations have been compiled describing the influence of fillers on the viscosity. The rheological characteristics of short nylon-6 fiber-reinforced acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) were studied with respect to the effect of shear rate, fiber concentration, and temperature on shear viscosity and die swell using a capillary rheometer. All the melts showed pseudoplastic nature, which decreased with increasing temperature and in the presence of short fibers. Shear viscosity was increased in the presence of fibers. Die swell was reduced in the presence of fibers. Relative viscosity of the gum compound was less than one at all shear rates and temperatures. Activation energy of flow of the composite-containing bonding agent was higher at higher fiber loading and higher shear rates. Die swell increased marginally in the presence of the bonding agent. 相似文献
