在分析当前制造企业产品生命周期管理面临的挑战与现有制造服务模式不足的基础上,针对复杂产品生命周期数据呈现的大数据特性,提出一种生命周期大数据驱动的复杂产品智能制造服务新模式,并设计了一种体系构架。以产品生命周期为主线,提出并详细阐述了生命周期大数据驱动的智能制造服务新模式的关键技术体系与实现框架,包括制造和运维动态数据驱动的产品与服务设计、实时多源数据驱动的生产过程分析与优化、面向服务的运维数据故障演化分析与预测等。通过上述体系构架及关键技术的实施,可有效促进生命周期各阶段数据和知识的集成应用,进而构建一种产品设计闭环创新、生产过程实时优化、运维服务动态预测的产品生命周期管理与运作机制,以提升全制造流程和全生命周期管理的智能决策能力。所提体系和框架可为生命周期大数据驱动的智能制造服务研究和应用提供一种参考模型。  相似文献

将产品全生命周期划分为需求分析、概念设计、工程设计、加工制造、服务支持五个阶段,按照所划分的阶段,提出包括产品需求分析模型、概念模型、设计模型、制造模型和服务支持模型的体系框架,同时研究了各阶段模型之间的转换、集成、互操作方法。在此基础上,重点对产品生命周期中的产品服务支持阶段的模型进行了描述,提出了产品服务支持阶段的模型包括产品服务模型和客户信息模型,研究了从产品的其他阶段模型转化和构成产品服务模型的方法。  相似文献

为了建立完整、可重用、高度一致的产品全生命周期信息模型,提出了一种产品全生命周期模型的体系框架。该框架由面向产品生命周期的过程模型、扩展企业资源模型和产品信息模型组成。重点对组成产品生命周期的需求分析阶段、概念设计阶段、工程设计阶段、产品制造阶段及产品支持服务阶段各模型的组成、表达及其各阶段模型的演化过程进行了研究。在此基础上,提出了基于应用层、服务层和数据层的3层信息体系结构的产品全生命周期信息集成框架,支持网络环境中产品数据分布式互操作。  相似文献

以舰船复杂产品为例,分析了全寿命信息以及与全寿命协同设计及其动态联盟组建过程的相关性。把基于灰关联聚类数据挖掘的数据网格技术应用于设备故障规律的发现,根据舰船全寿命信息共享要求,提出了一个多层次和交叉的、以两个数据网格服务中心为基础的动态联盟共享结构及基于数据挖掘算法的资源和信息发现流程。已开发的原型系统实现了两个数据网格服务中心的信息共享,并用实例验证了用灰色聚类算法来发现某设备的故障规律可行性。  相似文献

It is becoming more widely realised that a truly 'joined-up' product lifecycle management (PLM) software solution can be an excellent tool in helping designers and SME manufacturers manage everyday production processes. These processes can work through manufacture, packaging, distribution, support and maintenance and, ultimately, right through to product disassembly The key benefit of such a PLM system is in its ability to aid the co-ordination of the activities of each person, department, and organisation involved in the creative and support processes. All relevant personnel can have quick access via an extranet to any data related to the product in question. This data could point to potential material suppliers, currently used materials, specifications and material composition of individual parts, production process information, costings and maintenance contract information. Life cycle engineering design (LCED) is the key and comprehensive technology to realize manufacturing industries’ sustainable development. Its main objective is to support design teams to create products considering the entire product life-cycle from conception through manufacturing and assembly to disassembly, recycling, disposal, and lifecycle assessment. So LCED should be collaboratively implemented among the different departments. This paper puts forward knowledge management architecture of LCED based ontologies and multi-agent system. The definition of the domain-specific ontology, the multi-agent architecture are described. Based on the two concepts, this paper discusses the detailed construction of CAD agents, LCED evaluation agents and knowledge maintenance agents and the system implementation. It can fulfill the concurrent collaborative developing of a product under distributed environments and also meet the requirement of knowledge sharing, interoperability, reusing among the whole lifecycle of product.  相似文献

Both product design and manufacturing are intrinsically collaborative processes. From conception and design to project completion and ongoing maintenance, all points in the lifecycle of any product involve the work of fluctuating teams of designers, suppliers and customers. That is why companies are involved in the creation of a distributed design and a manufacturing environment which could provide an effective way to communicate and share information throughout the entire enterprise and the supply chain. At present, the technologies that support such a strategy are based on World Wide Web platforms and follow two different paths. The first one focuses on 2D documentation improvement and introduces 3D interactive information in order to add knowledge to drawings. The second one works directly on 3D models and tries to extend the life of 3D data moving these design information downstream through the entire product lifecycle. Unfortunately the actual lack of a unique 3D Web-based standard has stimulated the growing up of many different proprietary and open source standards and, as a consequence, a production of an incompatible information exchange over the WEB. This paper proposes a structured analysis of Web-based solutions, trying to identify the most critical aspects to promote a unique 3D digital standard model capable of sharing product and manufacturing data more effectively—regardless of geographic boundaries, data structures, processes or computing environment.  相似文献

Enterprises organised as distributed production networks face challenges related to the planning and synchronisation of their manufacturing operations, and of controlling the quality, cost and production time of products under development. Digital enterprise technology (DET) is a framework for new technologies which can shorten product development and realisation, by estimating and therefore controlling quality, cost and delivery factors for products at an early stage in their lifecycle. DET can also be deployed to facilitate planning and synchronisation of work across an extended enterprise. Particularly for high value and high complexity products, these techniques represent an emergent synthesis of strategies for design, manufacture and product lifecycle management.  相似文献

针对集团级分布式产品数据管理系统的需求,结合国产AVIDM 3.0系统,研究了大型高端产品数据管理系统的体系结构设计方法及实现技术,提出了一种基于域的分布式联邦产品数据管理系统架构及基于产品数据管理中间件软件平台的分层域内软件框架。该架构支持集中和分布两种部署模式,以满足大型集团松散耦合的层次组织关系及Down—to—top,Top—to—down,同级异地协同等信息交流的需求。基于项目的设计库、受控库、产品库和系统库概念,提出了电子文件的逻辑和物理全分布、项目级数据库全分布的产品数据存储方案,可满足海量数据存储要求。这些方法提供了一个从数据存储到应用服务全分布的解决方案,适用于支持大型复杂产品研制过程数据管理的高端产品数据管理系统的研制与开发。  相似文献

为了更好地描述和管理产品内不同产品数据,提出了由产品主结构维、产品组维和视图维构成的产品族生命周期的3维模型。分析了产品族生命周期内的主结构、产品组和产品的不同演化过程,并采用演化矩阵对不同演化过程进行了形式化描述。产品主结构、产品组和产品的演化矩阵构成了产品族演化过程空间。将产品族模型与产品族演化过程相结合,可以获得产品族中任一产品结构视图对应的产品主结构、产品组和产品视图的演化过程。该方法已经在某电梯厂得到了较好的应用。  相似文献

The shortening of product realization times and the increase of product complication require multidisciplinary experts to cooperate dynamically and closely in the whole product development lifecycle, behavior that has been previously unfamiliar. To further improve the design cooperation efficiency under this environment, this paper presents a novel cooperative design architecture using revolutionary Internet, agent, and semantic Web technologies. Based on the concept of service provision, intelligent Web-agent groups act as the function backbone to organize the service-based running of the system. Multidisciplinary product development units can be dynamically formed and configured in a knowledge-integration perspective. The layer-based architecture encapsulates distributed knowledge at a higher abstract level and coordinates lifecycle activities from different domains. Semantic-rich service expression and intelligent service accessing through agent mediation make the system more flexible. Within this dynamic cooperative environment, all of the participants involved and their distributed knowledge can be integrated as a whole to achieve more efficient and more intelligent design cooperation.  相似文献

The growing competition in the market demands a better performance from any product in terms of availability, reliability, maintainability and failure free life. However there a number of engineering as well as environmental factor that influence the performance of a product. Wear is one of the critical factors, which influences the reliability and useful life of mechanical components. Therefore, the ability to predict wear at the development stage enables the designers to come up with a better design, longer useful life and more reliable products. Moreover, the prediction of time-to-failure for a component will lead to better maintenance helping to avoid catastrophic effects of unexpected failures. This paper presents a methodical approach for predicting sliding wear and hence the remaining useful life for a polymer-polymer sliding joint. The major stages of the approach are: tribo-system examination, experimentation, experimental wear coefficient determination and model formation.  相似文献
