超临界CO2萃取技术是一种新兴的分离技术,它具有萃取效率高、分离工艺简单、不需要溶剂回收设备、工作条件温和、无毒、无残留等特点,在天然香料领域的应用越来越广泛。从植物根茎叶芳香成分、水果芳香成分和鲜花芳香成分三个方面对超临界CO2萃取技术在天然植物香料提取方面的最新应用研究进行了总结,并对超临界流体萃取在天然香料领域的发展前景作了展望。  相似文献

从可持续利用植物资源中获取的植物性天然香料是非常受消费者欢迎的一类香料,但其资源数量有限,生产成本越来越高,难以满足人们对香料不断增长的量的需求。以从可持续利用植物资源中获得的单一化学成分为原料,可以合成数以千计的合成香料,从这种途径制备的香料与以石化产品为原料制备的香料相比,在消费心理上更能够被消费者接受,满足了人们对香料来源越来越高的要求。从资源综合利用和环境保护方面考虑,源于可持续利用植物资源的合成香料符合可持续发展战略,应该优先发展埘在香料合成中有重要应用的部分植物资源及其所合成的香料。  相似文献

Recent technological advances and the development of new methods has provided an opportunity to obtain highly purified natural bioactive compound extracts with potential for the treatment and prevention of human diseases. The use of hazardous and toxic solvents for the extraction and processing of bioactive compounds from plant materials is considered a problem for health, safety and environmental pollution. Advanced technology aims to increase production of the desired compounds and find an alternative to using toxic solvents in the extraction of bioactive compounds from plant materials. The ever growing interest in plant bioactive compounds and today's concerns about environment issues have led to an increased need for an efficient and green extraction method. This review is focused on the extraction of bioactive compounds from plants using advanced and environment‐friendly methods such as supercritical fluid extraction, microwave‐assisted extraction, ultrasound‐assisted extraction and similar techniques that can extract rapidly and free from organic residues. An updated overview of the bioactive compounds present in the plant Phaleria macrocarpa and its extraction, fractionation, purification and isolation is provided. Extraction is a mandatory process for most of the industries, especially in the food processing industry to obtain the targeted compounds from various sources such as plant or seed samples. This review paper provides information about various extraction techniques that are normally used in the edible oil extraction industry. Five extraction techniques are presented in this paper. Among all the techniques presented in this paper, pressing and solvent extraction methods are considered as traditional techniques while supercritical fluid extraction, microwave assisted extraction, and ultrasound assisted extractions are considered as advanced techniques. Both advantages and disadvantages of supercritical fluid extraction, microwave assisted and ultrasound assisted extractions are discussed. Furthermore, the parameters that would affect the output of each technique are included in each section. Nowadays, research is going on to further enhance the extraction method to obtain a higher extraction yield or increase the quality of the extraction product. The enhancement can be either combining two or more extraction techniques into one complete process or modifying the available technique alone. Therefore, the theoretical knowledge provided in this review will be useful for future researchers who are interested in enhancing the extraction techniques. Practical Applications : Extraction is a mandatory process in edible oil extraction industry. Extraction industry is always looking for a process which is high efficiency and low extraction cost. Therefore, various advanced techniques or treatments are applied to optimize the oil yield and shorten the extraction time. This paper provides a review on various techniques by summarizing both advantages and disadvantages of each technique. The information can be very useful for improving the current extraction technique to further optimize the oil yield or enhance the quality of oil.  相似文献

This work deals with the intensification of extraction process of glycyrrhizic acid (GA) from licorice using ultrasound. Various process parameters such as extraction time, solvent to solute ratio, extraction temperature and ultrasound frequency which affect the extraction yield are optimized. The maximum yield of 36.4 mg of GA/g of licorice is obtained at optimized parameters of 10 min time, 30:1 solvent to solute ratio, 40 °C temperature and 25 kHz frequency. The yield obtained with ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE) is compared with that of Soxhlet and batch extraction of GA. It is observed that the ultrasound assisted extraction not only gives higher yield but also reduces the extraction time as compared to conventional method. Temperature has no effect on ultrasound assisted extraction while higher frequency of ultrasound gives slightly better extraction yield. Further the kinetics of this extraction process is also investigated based on the second order rate equation available in the literature. Extraction rate constant, initial extraction rate and equilibrium concentration for different solvent to solute ratio and temperatures are predicted. Model validation is done successfully by plotting experimental and predicted values of concentration of GA in extract.  相似文献

为充分利用蚕沙叶绿素废液,并寻找一种新的天然卷烟香料的制备方法,采用同时蒸馏萃取法从提取叶绿素后的蚕沙废液中提取卷烟香料,并对提取得到的香料进行了挥发性成分分析和卷烟加香试验。结果表明,蚕沙叶绿素废液提取物中共鉴定出22种成分,主要为酮类和萜烯类等重要的烟草香味物质;蚕沙叶绿素废液提取物对提高卷烟香气质、增加烟气甜润度和回甜生津感、柔和烟气、减少杂气、改善余味有明显效果。蚕沙叶绿素废液提取物可作为一种新型天然香料用于卷烟加香。  相似文献

通过L16(45)正交试验优选超声辅助半仿生提取半枝莲总黄酮工艺条件。结果显示,芦丁标准品浓度在0.01~0.05 mg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993);最佳提取条件:超声功率80 W、时间35 min、料液质量比1∶35、温度60℃、乙醇体积分数80%,此条件下总黄酮平均提取率最高,为3.01%。经验证结果可靠,采用超声辅助半仿生提取方法简单、安全、快速。  相似文献

Solvent extraction, ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE), and microwave assisted extraction (MAE) were examined for the extraction of astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis. In all cases, acetone was found to give the highest astaxanthin recovery compared with other selected solvents, i.e., methanol, ethanol, and acetonitrile. Among the various methods, MAE at 75°C for 5 min resulted in the highest astaxanthin recovery (74 ± 4%).  相似文献

概述了邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)作为聚氯乙烯(PVC)增塑剂的应用、危害,说明了PAEs的理化性质,详细归纳了超声波、微波、超声.微波协同萃取技术的应用及PAEs分析测定方法.通过优化超声波、开放式微波和超声.微波等方式萃取PVC塑料样品中的PAEs的萃取条件,比较了3种不同萃取方式的萃取效率.结果表明,超声.微波协同萃取是比较理想的萃取方式.利用该方法对2种实际塑料样品中PAEs的萃取和分析,成功地定量测定了PVC塑料样品中DEHP、DINP和DBP等邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的含量.该法可用于塑料制品中各类邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的快速萃取和分析.  相似文献
