针对印刷机振动测试数据繁杂、难以处理的问题,基于MATLAB图形用户界面设计向导GUI,设计了印刷机振动测试数据分析平台,该分析平台是对PULSE测试分析软件的二次开发,包含时域分析、频域分析、阶次分析、比较分析、测点描述及数据导入等功能,不仅包含PULSE测试软件自带的分析处理功能,还能有效地对大量的印刷机振动测试数据进行批处理,其对测试数据有针对性的模块化分析处理的特点,能快速得到有价值的数据处理结果。  相似文献

海参作为营养丰富的海产品深受消费者喜爱,但其较高的商品价格导致食品欺诈行为时有发生。海参物种、产地和生产方式在经济利益的驱动下都可能被不法商家利用进行制伪掺假,因此,对商品海参进行溯源分析(物种溯源、产地溯源和生产方式溯源)至关重要。本文基于商品海参在市场上制伪掺假现状,对目前常用方法包括DNA分析、元素分析、稳定同位素分析和组学分析(包括蛋白质组学分析、脂质组学分析、糖组学分析)在海参溯源分析中的应用进行综述,并展望了海参溯源分析技术的发展趋势。  相似文献

On the basis of three-multiple research of character of a feed of the inhabitants of one of Moscow district by the standardized method of the 24-th hour interrogation reveals significant changes in structure of a feed of the population from 1986 to 1996. The shifts have appeared more dynamical in the second five-year from 1991 to 1996. Nevertheless, atherogenicity of ration of a researched population with superfluous consumption of the saturated fats and simple carbohydrates remains. Is established, in a feed of the women there were large shifts, than at the men. A study was made of the effect of sugar beet saponins on motor activity of animals, energy, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, osmotic resistance of red blood cells, antitoxic liver function. The 50- and 100-fold increase of the initial dose gave rise to an elevation of motor activity, lowering of the content of pre-beta-lipoproteins and increase of the amount of alpha-lipoproteins in blood serum, reduction of the osmotic resistance of red blood cells, dissociation of the processes of oxidation and phosphorylation, and decline of the energy efficacy of respiration.  相似文献

The message is devoted to optimization of amino acid structure of protein/peptide composition for its use as a component (a key ingredient) of functional drinks of various purposes. A basis of a composition forms protein/peptide product (PPP) received by enzymatic hydrolysis of meat and bone residues of processing of a bird, representing rather unvaluable food raw material. Molecular-mass distribution of fractions in PPP is quantitatively determined by an exclusion chromatography method of average pressure with the subsequent integration of chromatograms with a weight method. It can be supported the essential decrease of initial antigenicity of processed food raw materials as almost 80% from all sum protein/peptides and peptide/amino acid fractions are submitted by amino acids and peptides which molecular weight < or = 6 kD. The analysis of amino acid structure of PPP shows that the increase of its biological value assumes the increase of its score on four irreplaceable amino acids: leucine, tryptophan, phenylalanine and tyrosine (totally). For getting of the protein/peptide compositions of high biological value, the "above enrichment" of PPP by total protein of the cow milk is carried out. The modeling of a process of getting a two-component mix is carried out by a graphic method. The least percentage of the added total protein of a cow milk to PPP, at which is reached the amino acid score of the mix equal to 1,0, makes 26% from weight of the mix. The subsequent publications will be devoted to an estimation of biological value of a key component of functional food in the form of instant drinks in experiments in vivo on laboratory animals.  相似文献

A scheme is described for comparison of yeast colonies isolated on normal or selective media or by membrane filtration. By streak culture of each colony, or of a selection of each type of colony, on Oxoid WL medium followed by serological and morphological testing of the cultures, the different species present are detected with minimal effort. Colonies of the same species are identical in appearance, and in serological and morphological properties of the cells; therefore if a complete identification is desired, only one colony need be tested of each type. This saves the effort of fermentation and other tests on a large number of colonies, but results of morphological and serological tests alone normally provide sufficient information for identification of taxonomic groups of yeasts, if not of individual species. Three examples of the use of the method are described: identification of the various yeast species of the sherry flor complex, and identification of yeasts in samples of clean and polluted water.  相似文献

Light microscopy was employed to study the development of posttraumatic aseptic inflammation and subsequent regeneration in the affected musculus soleus in different patterns of hypovitaminosis B1. Alimentary deficiency of thiamine entailed pronounced retardation of the post-traumatic inflammation. The growth of macrophage density and formation of the pool of the regenerating cells were also retarded. On day 21 the regeneration pool showed an elevated content of the connective tissue. During long-term administration of oxythiamine in a dose of 10 mg/kg with a 12-hour interval, the development of the inflammatory response was marked by similar alterations, but the formation of muscle fibers and connective tissue proceeded more uniformly. A single administration of oxythiamine in a dose of 200 mg/kg did not bring about any substantial impairment of the early stages of regeneration. The alterations observed can be associated with different degree of inhibition of the activity of TDF-containing enzymes and derangement of the function of the nervous system.  相似文献

The influence of lipids received from liver of king crab (Paralithodes camtschatica) and liver of pollack on some indices of immunologic status of an organism and hematologic indices in rats was studied. The animals were divided into three groups in dependence from kind of lipid in diet: the control group received in the composition of lipid component of diet--lard and sunflower oil in the ratio 1:1, the second group--lard and lipid from pollack liver (1:1), the third group--lard and lipid from crabs liver (1:1). The differences of rations concerned their lipid component. The content of triglycerides in a liver of pollack compounded--73%, in a liver of crabs--50%, the content of phospholipids in a liver of pollack--12%, in a liver of crabs it is much more--20%; the total sun of omega-3 acids in the experimental group is practically identical: 23.8 and 23.1% accordingly. Some simulate influence of lipid from liver of crabs on the quantity of antibody forming cells of a spleen was noted. The tendency to decreasing of indices of humoral immunity was founded in rats, which received diet with lipid from liver of pollack. The decrease of the quantity of lymphocytes and the increase of the quantity of eosinophilic leukocytes in a peripheral blood of animals this group was noted in comparison with control and other experimental groups.  相似文献
