该系统完成了一种数字同步脉冲信号皮秒级抖动传输,在发送端将100MHz时钟信号和10kHz方波信号进行编码,得到10kHz同步脉冲信号和已编码100MHz同步脉冲信号,通过光纤信道传输已编码100MHz同步脉冲信号,在接收端用250MHz频率时钟进行解调,最后解码输出10kHz同步脉冲信号。测试结果表明,该系统编码和解码方法可靠性高,同步性好,满足低抖动传输要求。  相似文献

针对延时脉冲发生器在外触发模式下,触发信号与时钟信号不同步造成的随机抖动问题,提出了一种随机抖动消除方法。该方法在FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)内部设计多路并行TDC(Time-to-Digital Converter)对随机抖动进行实时精确测量,然后通过数字延时和压控模拟延时电路进行相应随机抖动的补偿,从而提高了脉冲延时的分辨率和精度。测试结果表明,测量模块造成脉冲的抖动为18.9ps,抖动补偿模块的抖动为4.2ps,最终系统的抖动为19.3ps。  相似文献

提出了一种时标基准信号红外长程传输结合近程光电-电光转换的时标激光系统设计方案,该方案首先使用红外单模光纤完成时间基准信号的长程传输,然后使用光电探测器将红外时标基准信号转换为电信号驱动蓝光直调LD激光器,最终获得输出波长为450 nm,输出功率47 mW,脉冲宽度为120 ps的时标光信号。实验结果表明,所提方案可为激光驱动器提供窄脉宽,可长程传输的时标光信号用于甚多束紫外激光脉冲同步同发监测,同步监测精度可达10 ps。文中技术方案规避了敏感的固体激光放大与倍频过程,提高了时标光脉冲波形的稳定度与同步监测系统的可靠性。  相似文献

实现了应用于神光Ⅱ装置中的高精度整形激光脉冲与激光探针同步方案。在该方案中,激光探针经硅光导开关进行光电转换之后作为激光脉冲整形单元的触发信号,使激光脉冲整形单元,输出与激光探针同步的整形激光脉冲。为了降低由于触发信号不稳定引起的时间晃动,在光电转换之前放大激光探针,以调整激光脉冲整形单元触发信号的幅度。在神光Ⅱ装置中实现了整形激光脉冲与激光探针小于4.5 ps(均方根)的时间同步精度。  相似文献

"Z-Pinch"装置对其激光触发气体闭合开关有严格时序要求。为实现四倍频Nd:YAG激光器出光时刻的精确控制,开展了激光器Q开关光电转换及触发系统的研究。采用AVAGO公司的高速光电转换器件AVAGO2316TZ,将接收到的光信号转换成模拟电压信号,并以PECL(positive emitted-couple-logic)电平形式实现该电信号的板级传输与处理,最终,该信号作为IXYS公司的IXDD415的控制端,以实现低抖动,快前沿的电脉冲输出用以驱动Q开关。电路中采用了电感、电容、RC网络滤波方法,有效减小电源噪声对抖动的影响。该光电转换及触发系统在Z装置单路样机中得到应用,测试结果表明均方根抖动为70 ps,时延极差<1 ns。  相似文献

准分子激光放大技术可将固体掺钛蓝宝石飞秒激光器通过频率转换后得到的小能量深紫外飞秒脉冲放大为大能量深紫外飞秒脉冲。为了满足准分子激光器与固体飞秒激光器之间同步工作的需要,设计了一种准分子激光低抖动延时同步系统。该系统采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)数字延时和可编程延时芯片延时相结合的方法,利用时间测量芯片实现对延时时间的闭环控制从而提高系统延时的稳定性,最终实现对外触发脉冲信号的精确延时。验证实验表明,该系统在1~100 Hz频率下运行稳定,输出触发脉冲信号延时范围为56 ns~2.4μs,理论延时步进为10 ps,抖动在±1 ns内,完全满足飞秒激光器与准分子激光器同步工作的需要。  相似文献

研制了一种纳秒级同步延时的两级串联式电光开关高压快脉冲源,它具有延时精度高且可调、稳定性好、体积小且成本低的优点。在开关器件两端并联一个高压大电流快速开关二极管,有效地抑制了高压快速放电瞬间引线电感引起的过冲及振荡;采用光电隔离器将低压延时电路与高压开关电路隔离,防止了高压脉冲对低压延时信号的干扰;高压脉冲高电平最大值为1200 V,下降沿约为9 ns,零电平宽度在200 ns~15μs之间可调,同时两路高压脉冲相对时间抖动小于1 ns;两级电光开关串联通过腔外光学斩波将连续激光转化成了双快沿脉冲,其上升沿和下降沿均在10 ns左右,重复频率和脉宽分别在1~10 kHz和10~100 ns内范围连续可调。  相似文献

要检测方波信号的边缘,一般采用微分电路与逻辑电路,微分电路要外附电阻、电容和二极管等分立元件,抗干扰能力差。采用数字电路作边缘脉冲检测,电路简单,工作可靠。(一)时钟同步的边缘检测器在具有高速时钟信号的数字电路中,可采用触发器配合逻辑门电路把方波边缘转换成脉冲,见图1。图示的电路中采用上升沿触发的D触发器,波形④为上升沿转换的脉冲方波;波形⑤为下降沿转换的脉冲波;波形⑥为上升沿和下降沿合成输出的波形。④、⑤、⑥各端输出的脉冲波宽度为1个时钟周期,它与时钟同步。  相似文献

研制了一种基于光脉冲堆积和光电转换技术的任意脉冲波形发生器,其可输出一个由多路子脉冲堆积而成的电脉冲信号,该电脉冲形状可任意调整,脉冲前后沿陡峭(小于100 ps)。该任意脉冲波形发生器适用于任何需产生快速电脉冲的场合,在实验室、军用、工业加工等诸多领域的数据采集、波形分析和处理方面都有广阔的应用前景。目前该产品在国内虽有开发研制,但成熟的只有低速产品,因此研制出成熟可用的快速任意脉冲波形发生器有很大的现实意义。  相似文献

The detectability of the symbol rate of a digitally modulated signal by a delay and multiply receiver is investigated. Two signal pulse types are considered: Nyquist pulses and rectangular pulses. Since many digital transmission systems use rectangular pulse shapes, symbol rate-line detectability is considered for receivers optimized for rectangular pulses. For a receiver configuration that is reasonable for rectangular pulses, it is found that with a Nyquist pulse parameter α=0.25, the rate-line signal-to-noise ratio is down about 20 dB from that for a rectangular pulse signal  相似文献

A new fiber optic baseband analog transmission plan is proposed. It arranges the original signal into a pulse train for driving the laser diode to generate baseband components at the transmitter. The receiver can be just the same as those used in conventional direct linear intensity modulation systems using light emitting diodes (LED). Advantages of this new plan are (i) potentially cheap fibers can be used, since the plan requires neither an extra wide bandwidth nor special light acceptance conditions, (ii) long repeater spacings can be attained, since abundant light can be coupled into fibers using laser diodes and also the simple structures required for fibers are suitable for realizing low transmission losses, and (iii) the transmitter and receiver can be quite simple. Some candidate pulse arranging plans for generating baseband components are investigated. A pulse frequency arranging plan and pulse width arranging plan seem to be promising for efficient picture transmissions. An experiment using pulse frequency arrangement proves the theory developed here to attain a color TV transmission using a 10 km long step index low-loss fiber for a signal to noise ratio of 44 dB. Future improvements are expected by redesigning the transmitter and receiver and also by improving the mode stability of laser diodes.  相似文献

This paper proposes pulse width management in order to extend the repeater spacings of repeaterless transmission systems with optical amplifiers. First, the dependency of receiver sensitivity on duty ratio, receiver response, and fiber dispersion is clarified by numerical analysis. Next, the calculation results of sensitivity as a function of signal format and receiver basedband response are verified experimentally. Moreover, we show that pulse width management which uses return-to-zero (RZ) format with large duty ratio (~0.7) at the transmitter and pulse compression at the receiver increases the repeater gain by ~4.5 dB compared to conventional systems employing nonreturn-to-zero (NRZ) format. Ultralong nonreturn-to-zero optical transmission systems with incomplete dispersion compensations are studied. The dispersion of transmission fiber is periodically under- or overcompensated. Postdispersion compensation (PDC) at the receiver is used to compensate for the residual dispersion caused by incomplete compensation and to tailor the signal pulse shape. Formulas estimating the change of pulse width in the absence of amplifier noise during signal transmission and after PDC are given. During signal transmission, pulse width may be compressed or broadened by the combined effect of the dispersion and self-phase modulation (SPM). The change of pulse width nearly increases with the square of the distance during signal transmission. With amplifier noise, system performance evaluated by Q factor is studied. Several types of transmission fibers are considered. The Q factor can be significantly improved by proper PDC. Signal pulse is compressed when PDC is optimized. The characteristics of the maximum Q factor and the residual dispersion are studied, in which PDC is optimized. The results show that to achieve the best system performance, fiber dispersion should be undercompensated for positive dispersion parameter and overcompensated for negative dispersion parameter. The optimal fiber dispersion lies in the range from 4 to 10 ps/km/nm for the considered systems, and the optimal ratio of residual dispersion and fiber dispersion is about 1%  相似文献

Presented is a novel power management circuit for wireless sensor nodes that senses and processes a signal, and transmits an RF signal using scavenged energy without battery assistance. Experimental results show that with a single charging, it is possible for the sensor node to be activated by a wakeup pulse and deactivate itself after transmission of the RF signal to a receiver at a distance of 20 m every 5 min for 8 h without external power.  相似文献

In this paper, we address the issue of signal transmission and Doppler compensation in multipath/Doppler channels. Based on a wavelet-based broadband Doppler compensation structure, this paper presents the design and performance characterization of optimum receivers for this class of communication systems. The wavelet-based Doppler compensation structure takes account of the coexistence of multiple Doppler scales in a multipath/Doppler channel and captures the information carried by multiple scaled replicas of the transmitted signal rather than an estimation of an average Doppler as in conventional Doppler compensation schemes. The transmitted signal is recovered by the perfect reconstruction (PR) wavelet analysis filter bank (FB). We demonstrate that with rational orthogonal wavelet signaling, the proposed communication structure corresponds to a Lth-order diversity system, where L is the number of dominant transmission paths. Two receiver designs for pulse amplitude modulation (PAM) signal transmission are presented. Both receiver designs are optimal under the maximum-likelihood (ML) criterion for diversity combination and symbol detection. Good performance is achieved for both receivers in combating the Doppler effect and intersymbol interference (ISI) caused by multipath while mitigating the channel noise. In particular, the second receiver design overcomes symbol timing sensitivities present in the first design at reasonable cost to performance.  相似文献
