采用微波加热技术对铜阳极泥进行硫酸化焙烧脱硒处理。通过响应曲面法优化工艺条件,探究了微波焙烧温度、焙烧时间和酸泥比对铜阳极泥脱硒率的影响,建立了微波硫酸化焙烧铜阳极泥脱硒工艺的二次回归模型。回归分析结果表明,酸泥比、微波焙烧时间对脱硒率影响显著。优化工艺条件为:酸泥比0.9:1,微波焙烧时间28min、焙烧温度400℃,在此工艺条件下,脱硒率模型预测值为95.35%,与实验值96.12%相近。响应曲面法优化设计有效。  相似文献

为研究微波焙烧辉钼矿的可行性及氧化焙烧机理,选取品位为64.68%的高品位辉钼矿进行介电特性、微波焙烧工艺以及物相演变规律研究。采用谐振腔微扰法分析辉钼矿介电特性;采用XRF、XRD及SEM等分析手段分别对样品的成分、物相、微观形貌等进行表征。结果表明,辉钼矿为强吸波物质,焙烧过程中微波选择性地优先加热MoS_2和FeS;最佳工艺条件为焙烧温度550℃、保温时间120min、物料厚度4mm;在最佳工艺条件下,焙烧产物中Mo的含量达到84.25%,产物物相为MoO_3,焙烧过程中,物相变化遵循MoS_2→MoO_2→MoO_3的规律。该研究可为辉钼矿氧化焙烧提供新思路。  相似文献

硬锌渣是锗提取的重要原料之一。目前,回收硬锌中的锗普遍采用的工艺为“中浸-氧化焙烧-氯化蒸馏”的工艺流程回收。企业中多采用焦炭来提供热源,对物料进行焙烧处理,存在能源消耗大、劳动强度大、环境污染大等缺点。本文以真空炉渣经中性浸出后的含锗硬锌渣为原料进行了微波氧化焙烧实验研究。通过研究获得本实验条件下最优微波焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间2.5h,以及相同坩埚下最优物料量为200g,所得到最佳浸出率为86.82%;微波显著缩短了氧化焙烧时间、降低了焙烧温度,改善了焙烧条件,实现了清洁、节能高效的氧化焙烧。  相似文献

研究铅烟化炉氧化锌烟尘选择性氢化焙烧脱氟氯的过程。考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间、氯化钠和硫的加入量等因素对氟氯脱除效果的影响。实验结果表明,加入元素硫可以使氧化铅优先氯化并迅速挥发,避免物料烧结,有利于氟氯的脱除。在最佳条件下,焙烧产物中氟、氮的含量分别在0.015%和0.04%以下,满足湿法炼锌的要求。  相似文献

转炉渣的存在可以抑制高炉煤气中CO_2气体对脱氯剂化学性能的不利影响,保证了脱氯反应前后脱氯剂的机械强度,转炉渣的含量控制在10%左右比较适宜。转炉渣磨矿时间的适当延长和配加适当比例的黏结剂可以改善脱氯剂的化学性能和机械强度;脱氯剂的焙烧温度过高后,脱氯剂中Ca(OH)_2和CaCO_3会分解为CaO,从而导致脱氯剂的机械强度严重降低,适宜的脱氯剂焙烧温度应该控制在400℃左右。  相似文献

提出了微波碱性焙烧—水溶含锗氧化锌烟尘的新工艺,研究了配碱比、熟化时间、微波焙烧温度、液固比、水溶温度等对锗浸出率的影响规律。结果表明:在配碱比1 g·g-1、熟化时间5 d、微波焙烧温度400 ℃、保温时间10 min、液固比5 mL/g和水溶温度70 ℃时,锗的最佳浸出率为91.15%,与现有的常规碱性焙烧含锗氧化锌烟尘工艺对比可知,碱性焙烧温度从950~1 100 ℃降低至400 ℃,碱性焙烧保温时间由1~4 h降低至10 min,锗浸出率由80.35%提高至91.15%。   相似文献
